Did I miss something or where was it specified that Jack has a laser eye? Because I was pretty sure Sam for the most part was creating a new RFG not just rehashing the one from JL Doom or any other animation.
Well he didn't say anything specific about Jack so I had to work with what I knew about Jack. Did Tamashi even hear Adam give them his plan?
sorry I guess that part slipped my mind. when I was reading over it. I guess we could say Tamashi was offering an alternative idea. If you like I could edit the post and remove that part.

@The Patriarch - Thats ok, its an easy edit for you to change laser eyes to knife hands. Here's a foes. It's also worth mentioning that each member has the iconic 'playing card', a large, hoverboard in the shape of a playing card that allows them to fly. Seeing as the setting is slightly futuristic these cards are completely collapsible, folding down to the size of a regular playing card when they're not being used.
Considering making a page to keep all this relevant data so I don't end up losing it!

Would indeed be a good idea to place all important, and possible reoccurring, NPCs in the Character thread.

edited my post, after reading through the powers of the Royal Flush gang, Jack and Ace still seem like they could be the most dangerous in terms of power

On a completely different note, did to you guys hear that DC has officially made the Joker immortal? Apparently he has the radiation which made Vandal Savage immortal and fuels the Lazarus Pits within his blood. It only activates from extreme injuries explaining why he always comes back.

I don't really follow comics but that's pretty cool.

I've been reading Endgame, I'm pretty sure it's a red herring, there's been a lot to suggest that Endgame isn't in continuity and that it could be a hallucination or alternate dimension.

All I have is a flat what. That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Sure, I knew there was 'Joker immunity', but making him officially immortal is just too much.

hay why does it matter? Captain America is black, Thor is a woman and many other changes have been made to comic book continuity, it can always be changed back

Because that's the kind of shit that's going to stick. The only way this particular change will ever change back is if they actually kill off Joker. . . which will never happen. Look, don't get me wrong, I know he was immortal before. DC would never have killed him off, it would just be bad business for them. That said, his previous immortality was an unspoken one. Before, whenever Joker looked like he had died the reader always knew that he hadn't. There just can't be a Batman without a Joker, just like there can't be a Superman without Lex Luthor, or a Captain America without a Red Skull. The characters are so entwined that they've essentially become the same entity. But at least they're was still the chance that he MIGHT have died. Now that sort of suspense a moment like that once would have held is gone forever. Saying he's actually immortal, that the Clown Prince of Crime who terrify's both heroes and villains alike, and used to do it with no more than a few knives and a pocket full of lint, is now super-powered? I dunno, it feels like a kick in the teeth me. Villains used to tell Joker stories around camp fires for petes sake! He was their version of the bogey man! Saying he's immortal diminishes him and his accomplishments, and in the process also diminishes Batman. On top of that it robs Bat's of one of his big moral quandaries, namely why he has never killed the Joker. Before this Joker was the one villain who was most likely to challenge Batman's iron moral code. Sure its easy to stick to a "shall not kill rule" when your dealing with small time crooks, sultry cat burglars, or even the likes of Two-Face or Riddler. Those two are bad, sure, but their hardly the irredeemable force of chaos that the Joker is. Because make no mistake, the only sure fire answer to stopping the Joker hurting people would have been for Batman to kill him. But to do that Bats would have had to abandon his code, one of the foundations that make him who he is. But now he doesn't even have that option.

Poor Jaymi. Not a lot of people are taking a liking to his telepathy. With good reason though. Most of them are cray in the head. XD

Ok, that's the opening of our scrapfest. I'll be controlling the NPC's, so not insta-hits please. And remember that these are accomplished villains, who are well used to working together. We're unlikey to have an easy win, if we win at all. @Dragonbud - I know Fenrir locked Belle on the plane, but I wouldn't be surprised if she managed to break out and join the fight lol. Have fun guys.

Now I suppose the real question is if I want Belle to hulk out and join the fight, or maybe it would be more fun to have her hulk out and rip up some of the seat cushions in the cruiser

Ha ha When I originally wrote the post I thought to myself "Belle will definitely get out of this, the kid always finds a way to disobey the adults and get in on the action" but now I kinda want to see her stay trapped, and to hulk out and wreck the place. The team gets back to find her sitting calmly at the epicentre of a thoroughly trashed carrier, like a puppy that gets left at home on its own and wrecks the living room and pees on the carpet.
