Well...I guess I wouldn't mind removing some. Claws and fangs are easy to retcon, just to say he has above average and strong sharp teeth and fingernails. The stripes are the only thing that truly keeps him from being completely considered just another cat faunus so I can't remove that.

So, if I can deal with just two traits...Question is, do I remove the tail or ears?

I'm not above or against removing a few.

Half the things we have here are expansions on what we knew at the time, doesn't mean they'll 100% fit with worldbuilding that happens in canon

Obviously, Shiro is not a normal tiger faunas.

He's actually a human faunas, and is primarily a tiger. Just as pops was trying to figure out if he could turn Faunas into humans, someone, somewhere, was trying to turn animals into faunas. Shiro is a product of such an experiment and why he has so many animistic traits for a faunas, because he was once a normal animal, now in humanoid form.

And nothing has been said to deny my hypothesis, and thus it may as well be canon.

@Guess Who There's actually gonna be a bit of lore on the Naga Clan in the upcoming Red Nile story, and it does have some relations to the whole Human & Faunus situation! It's nothing direct that influences the Remnant lore too much, but it makes Sangue feel more of an oddball.

See, even Seraph agrees with me! It's canon now @harinezumikouken. Shiro is actually a Tiger-turned-Faunas, which handily explains his multitude of animistic traits and his behavior. It also means that if we rip out Shiro's bones, we can use it to make aphrodisiac medicine. Or just take his bath water, we'll run some tests.
