I have discussed this with a fellow guild member, there will be a side rp where you can do contracts which gain you notoriety within the city and guild. Which means you will be respected by your fellow assassins and feared in the city

Assassins age from 8(childs dont get to kill until 13) and max age is 19, then get handpicked to train with the master assassin
