Let's be honest here; he is Touma, albeit with different coloured hair and a pet dog. He even has an automatic harem making clause and an implied relationship with Tsurara which is identical to Touma and Misaka's.

I don't want to start an argument here and I'm no GM but throw me a bone; I'm just seeing a Touma expy that goes beyond imitation.

We have Capacity_Down and AIM fields to shackle espers and magicians and that will be enough. A Student type character especially must not have this type of capability. There will be no exceptions on this point. If Jelly is involved in this we're both going to have a long chat ._.

Eh, if you're creative enough with your ability it's fairly trivial to kill the Imagine Breaker. But the fact it negates ontological inertia as well is kind of poopy.

@ClocktowerEchos That's nit techincally true, as any esper or magician with regular weapon's and Martial arts training would be able to take him on. But I also think that insta-nerfs are a bad idea. Maybethecharacter could have either a weakened form off Imagine Breaker that only weakens the effects of supernatural stuff or one the specializes on either Magic or Esper abilities, but not both.
