Ok guys, I can't let this sit in limbo, and I honestly have no idea where to go from here. I think very much that we should consider this RP closed.

I feel awful about it, especially after you guys put SO much work into your character sheets and I gave you almost nothing in return. I took too long with the initial posts, there was far too much weight and expectation placed on everyone, and I should've started you all off in the same place with a set purpose from the beginning, as a few of you pointed out but I obstinately ignored. Well, now I know. I've learned a lot here, and I hope to be a better GM in the future.

If you want to use your character in any of the other RPs that I'm modding (Lantern, Candlewick, The Bawdy Dog), we would be overjoyed to have you. I will make special arrangements and accommodations to ensure your abilities, etc, remain intact.

AND/OR, I am considering starting another RP, this time -- definitely -- the group will be together at the beginning and everyone will have a reason to help everyone else out from the getgo. None of this one-on-one, story-will-happen-eventually business (which seemed like a good idea at the time, sort of). If enough of you are still around, perhaps we can use what's here and try again in redux, modded properly this time.
