Well you need to flesh things out a bit more then that. Brainstorm and try to make a world, and figure out how characters could be incorporated. That's all I can really say since your post is pretty vague

As the other post said try to brainstorm so your idea is fleshed out a bit, also you might want to take a look at some other rps to get some inspiration (but dont straight out copy them) and who knows you might decide to join them!

Creating a world is often a long process. You can avoid this long process if you set the stage in modern times and as a slice of life RP. Otherwise, you often have to think up the culture of the civilization you're creating. Their physical appearance and their psychological tendencies as well. You could always create a generic world and offer your players the chance to build their own species or territories, that's always pretty fun for everyone.
