So, what should we be posting, exactly?

Heading through Ebb from wherever you've been staying, through the rain and past the various features of a city both remarkable and stuffed with barely-contained panic, injected with a threatening hint of anarchy, ruminating about the past and future and condition of Ebb, and the investigatory job the character signed up for and is now on the way to a meeting for, and then entering the parlour of the prestigious mayor of Ebb, who seems rather anxious, and her ninja associate.

The only thing I see is that there wouldn't be any bodies. They were never in a very great quantity to begin with, only a few every night and not a consistent amount, and in a wealthier part of the city they would certainly be cleared away.

It really pains me to say this Lugu, but I think I'm going to have to drop this RP. When I joined at first, I had expected it to just be this, HoB, and MetaOps (and even then I was hesitant to join in fear of joining too many RP than I could handle). Soon after though, a friend of mine started a RP of his own and he needed more people so I volunteered. Not long after that, a different friend invited me to another RP he had just joined. Now I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and feel I need to drop one. I wish you luck and I hope that the story of Protea be told without hindrance. Goodbye.

@Lugubrious Do have some kind of mana drain affliction? Like where if someone completely expends their mana pool, they take a hit to its recovery time?

I don't think that's necessary. Mana comes back slowly enough that it can be treated as a finite resource in an engagement. If someone runs out of mana, it'll be some time (half an hour or more depending on the person) before even a single spell can be used. Plus, mana consumption makes the user tired in the same way as physical exercise.
