Name - Kilian Darukk

Alias - Ditto

Age - 19

Sponsor - Superman

Personality - mischievous, headstrong, stubborn

Powers - alien Carggite ability to triplicate into three individuals with a telepathic link to one another and slightly increased physical attributes.

Weaknesses - while stronger, faster, and more durable than most humans, Ditto can still be harmed by anything an average human would be. It should be noted his 'costume' is made from a cloth on Cargg similar to Kevlar..

Appearance -

BRIEF Bio - Kilian recently crash landed on Earth while travelling the stars, in Metropolis no less, and shortly after began moonlighting as a superhero when Superman was away. A native of the planet Cargg, Superman was familiar with Ditto's alien heritage from his experience with the Legion of Superheroes from the 30th century. After meeting the hero in costume after a run-in with Parasite, the older Superman discovered out of costume he was living in homeless shelters while one of his duplicates performed on the street for pocket change.

What's Changed - Ditto is back to being only a triplicate and his strength isn't as great as it once was.

Notes - Ditto's symbol is Interlac for the letter d. Interlac is a common alphabet used by various planets in the neighboring space sectors, mostly for interplanetary trade and shipping.

Sample Post -

The purple skinned Parasite was too busy trying to eat one of the triplicates to realize the other two were spinging a trap. Without a living solar battery like Superman to drain, the monster was down to about the size of a skinny human with wrinkly prunish skin. The Carggite was strong, enough to bend weaker steel like that used to make the dumpsters in Metropolis. While one of the triplicates kept the monster's attention the other two quickly sprung their rap.

Clark Kent managed to catch most of the fight. After hearing a woman in an alley scream 'Monster!' Clark began to change into Superman, dropping a hotdog he'd just bought from a street vendor. Before he even had his shirt unbuttoned and the glasses off he'd witnessed the young man from Cargg intervene with his x-ray vision. Superman knew if he went in now the villain would only grow stronger, and it was safer to stay at a distance. Soon enough a steel dumpster was a makeshift restraining unit for the Parasite and the triplicates were absorbed into the prime Ditto.

Later in the evening Clark Kent was out for a walk and noticed something familiar about a homeless boy collecting change on the street. His instrument, something like a miniature guitar, was made from trash and discarded materials. The young man was wearing dark sunglasses but Clark could still see the boy's glowing yellow eyes behind them. It was the young hero from earlier. Or one of his triplicates. Clark approached the kid with money and whispered into his ear...

"I can help you and your brothers... meet me at the top of the Daily Planet building at sundown..." Kent said to the boy under his breath.

"If you know my secret you should know I haven't figured out this strange writing on your plane or why they don't use Interlac. What's a 'Daily Planet building'?" the young boy with long dark hair asked.

Sometime after sundown...

"What do you say Kilian?" the Man of Steel asked.

"I'm in." Kilian responded.

"What did the lower case d stand for on your shirt, Duplicate Boy?" Superman asked, obviously referring to Triplicate Girl/Duplicate Girl in the Legion of Superheroes from the future.

"That sounds horrible... it stands for Ditto." the young hero said with a smirk

Name - Michael Lance

Alias - The Black Hood, Hood, Black Arrow, Arrow (He never chose his own name and would often go by whatever the tabloids would call him)

Age - 19

Sponsor - Black Canary

Personality - Defensive, prideful, and brash. He is nearly an exact copy of his Uncle Ollie.

Powers - Michael has no powers. All he has is the training that he received from his Uncle Ollie and his Aunt Dinah, as well as a few trick arrows left over from his Uncle Ollie.

Weaknesses - All in all, he is just another normal person. The suit helps out some, but nearly anything could kill him if the opportunity presented itself.

Appearance -

BRIEF Bio - Son of Sara Lance, Black Canary's sister, Michael looked up to his Aunt and Uncle, often spending much of his time with them whenever he could listening to the stories of their exploit with the League. While his mother may have wanted him to not turn out to be like them it was pointless. He was hooked from day one and would do whatever it took to become League members like them. After a year of begging and pleading, they finally relented and began to teach him, although never allowing him to join them on any missions.

At 16, they nearly disowned him after he followed them on what was suppose to be a simple run around Star City that escalated into a gunfight between two rival gangs. Michael made it out unharmed thanks to his training and the safety net of his Aunt and Uncle being around. For the next few years he had to earn their trust again and by the time he was 18 they had finally forgiven him. It was short lived however as his Uncle Ollie died shortly after.

Depressed he left Star City and began to travel the world honing the skills he had learned testing them in any situation he could. Shortly after his 19th birthday he received word from his Aunt who asked him to return to Star City and join as a member of the Young Justice program.

Notes - Michael has two gifts that he received from his Aunt and Uncle. Stock in his Uncles company, and a leather jacket from his Aunt. The two would often argue over which would be the more useful to Michael.

Sample Post -

Michael sat at a workbench making more of his trick arrows when a soft thump nearby drew his attention away. "You know I was wondering when the League was gonna send someone." He spun around on his stool to look at none other than his Aunt Dinah, the Black Canary. "I didn't expect them to send my own Aunt to put me down though."

"You're just as pessimistic as your Uncle Ollie." She muttered under her breath as she looked around the abandoned warehouse that Michael was using as his current headquarters. "It's a little bare for a secret headquarters don't you think?" She asked as she turned her attention to him. "And I've told you before, the League doesn't 'put people down' we send them to a farm where they can romp and play all day." The comment brought a smile to each of their faces as Dinah grabbed the only other stool in the entire warehouse and set it besides Michael at the workbench, and leaning towards him as he returned to finish the arrow he was working on. "Thanks for putting another stool in here by the way."

"Well I figured that they'd send someone eventually to speak to me about all this," He waved his hand around nonchalantly to mean his current base of operations where he conducted his nightly vigilante agenda. "I was being honest though, I never expected them to send you." He finished the arrow and looked over at his Aunt. "It is good to see you though," Another smile spread across his face. "So what brings you to town?" He asked as he turned on the stool to face her.

"It's great to see you again, too, sweetheart." She said as she brushed his cheek, something she did when he was younger to soften the blow of what she always said afterwards. "But it's time for you to put and end to your time as a vigilante and come back home."

The mention of home reminded him of his Uncle Ollie and caused a slight frown to flash across his face for a brief moment. "You can't stop me from doing this, even if I did go home."

"I don't want you to stop, sweetheart, but I do worry about you being alone out here. That's why I want you to be apart of the Young Justice program that the League is starting."

Michael let out a sigh and looked around the warehouse at the few table filled with arrow stands and the case holding his outfit and bow. "You mind helping me pack up my things?" He asked looking back at his Aunt.

"I'd love to." Dinah said smiling again and pulling Michael into a hug. "It's gonna be great having you back home."

Name - Veronica Hawkins
Alias - Shock
Age - 19
Sponsor - Static
Personality - Abrasive, Blunt, Free spirited
Powers - Electro-magnetism
Weaknesses - Besides standard human weakness, if completely drenched, powers backfire on her. Distance. Too much use of her power makes her week
Appearance -

BRIEF Bio - Taken up by her older brother after her powers came to fruition her first day of culinary school, her expanding ability has really taken a toll on Veronica's school life. She still goes to classes but is finishing up a lot more slowly than she would have preferred. Her love life is also zilch thanks to training but besides her fiesty tongue towards the situation, she wouldn't have it any other way. She's also ready to step out of her elder brothers shadow.

Notes -
------
"I can handle myself, Virgil!" Veronica slammed the house door as she walked off into the night. Going out so late in the streets of Dakota city was probably okay if you weren't the daughter of a prominent cop but that was besides the point. Veronica had recently gained metahuman abilities a season ago and was learning to keep them under control. When she got heated like this her body started sparking up (literally). Causing power outages in her home probably wasn't a good way to keep her secret identity at bay. It seemed that ever since finding out her brothers true identity with the fruition of hers, he tried to teach her but in most ways treated her more like his kid sister than ever. Even Gear noticed it but always the passive genius, he kept out of it.

As she neared the junkyard (where she always went to practice, who should show up but one of the worst rivals Static had told her about. Ebony. "Heh. Well look who's out here all alone tonight. You trying to play superhero, kid?" That sly raspy mobster voice was enough for her to immediately go onto the defensive. "Stay away from me. I've just about had it tonight."

"Oh so you think you're tough now?"He said as he slid into a 2d shadow form on the ground to attack her.

"You were warned." As soon as he wrapped himself around her, her body lit up in blue electricity, part of it the raw uncontrolled part that came from her emotions, the other part of it controlled, but it had as much energy as sticking two pieces of metal simultaneously into two electrical outlets. "AGGGGGGGGH" he yelled. As he let go of her, he sunk into the concrete and retreated.

"Hmph! don't mess with...me..."She said as she began to feel weak. As she fell backwards Static caught her on his reinforced steel disc. "I know you can handle yourself sis...but you're always going to be my younger sister and i'm always gonna be protective of you..." She mumbled something. "I guess maybe, i could treat you more like a partner though..." she was asleep by then as he flew the pair back home.

Name: Dominic Miller
Alias: Kid Rogue, formerly Kid Kold
Age: 18
Sponsor: The Flash
Personality: Rude, opinionised, determined

Powers:
A form of technopathy, Dominic has the superhuman ability to innately understand any mechanical device he comes into contact with. This enables him to know how to manufacture a whole range of devices, as long as he has the available materials at hand.
As well as this, Dominic has been trained in some combat during both his time with both the Rogues and the Flash. While no expert, Dominic has also had some training in the use of the tools utilized by the Rogues, such as Pied Piper's sonic technology and Mirror Master’s mirrors.

Weaknesses:
Aside from the typical weaknesses that come with being a typical human being, Dominic has a severe nut allergy.

Equipment:
  • Sonic Gauntlets – Based on the technology built into the Pied Piper's hypnotic flute, Kid Rogue has equiped his gauntlet to perform similar results, with them able to emit a hypnotic signal which suggests that people evacuate the area which they are currently located. This is mostly used for crowd control, or to disperse mutiple entities that he may have to go up against. The gauntlets can also emit sonic vibrations which could shatter glass at high frequencies.
  • Mirror Gauntlets – Kid Rogue’s gauntlets also make use of two mirrors, which contain small doorways to Mirror Master’s mirror dimension. While too small to travel through, Dominic uses this to store and retrieve a variety of weapons, for quick access in the field.
  • He also makes use of various explosive devices similar to that used by the Trickster which he has stored in his gauntlet mirrors.
  • Ear plugs, due to hypnotic gauntlet related reasons.

Appearance:

BRIEF Bio:
After witnessing The Flash fail to save the life of his mother during a fire, Dominic’s hatred for the scarlet speedster started. Instead of idolising the heroes like the rest of the kids in his new home, the orphanage, Dominic set his eyes on a new group of idols; the Rogues. He admired their rules and efficiency, with the boy keen to follow in their footsteps. In his early teens he made a small record for himself, mostly due to petty theft and shoplifting. Although he followed the rules of the Rogues, not harming anyone. Discovering that he had meta-human abilities, Dominic decided that he could finally be of use to his heroes, and was determined to join their ranks. He tracked the team’s whereabouts to their regular bar but was unfortunately rejected by ol’ Captain Cold himself, who told the kid to “Fuck right off”. That didn’t stop him though, as Dominic managed to get an imprint of how to make the villain's weapon just by giving it a simple touch.

Within a few days, he had completed recreating the gun, and after suiting up in a homemade costume, he took to the streets. Finding the Rogues outside the Central City National Bank, Dominic managed to come to the aid of Captain Cold, by getting a hit on the Flash. After joining the group’s escape, they deemed themselves impressed and after learning of his abilities they decided to keep Dominic along. While mostly staying behind in their safe house while the team went on heists, he trained in the use of their gear, as well as adding advancements to it. After a while, he joined the team for his first real heist, under the guise of Kid Rogue, mirroring the alias of the Flash’s old partner, Kid Flash. The mission was successful although during his second outing, he was apprehended by the Flash.

Despite first resisting and fighting back due to him believing that his team would come save him, he realized that the Rogues weren’t coming and that he had been abandoned. Reluctantly, he decided to put his feelings against the Flash aside and let the hero help him. He was relocated to a new foster family and was instructed to give up his previous costumed activities. That didn’t stop him though, as Kid Rogue continued to hit the streets at night, although this time as a hero.

Sample post:
“I thought I told you to give up with this, kid?”

Despite currently focussing on not being taken out by the group of thugs surrounding him, the sound of that distinctive voice caught his attention. Groaning, Kid Rogue lowered his raised sonic gauntlets, his eyes watching his current predicament disappear in a blur. Or for use of a better word, in a flash. In front of him, the scarlet speedster darted about, quickly pinning the hooded goons against the parking lot wall, locking their hands together behind their backs using some kind of futuristic handcuffs.

While many would have loved to witness such a sight, the teenage vigilante was extremely pissed off. Every time! Every single time he ventured out at night to fight the good fight, this guy always turned up and sent him packing.

“I take it you have my place bugged or somethin’, old man?” Dominic questioned as he approached the superhero, adjusting the circuitry on his gauntlets as he did so.

The Flash simply gave the boy his signature smile and let out a short laugh. “You’re not going to stop doing this are you?” He spoke, ignoring the question. The grumpy look on Dominic gave him his answer instantly. “Well if I can’t stop you, then at least I can make sure you go about this the right way! It’s time you and I had a little chat.”

Notes:
Due to Captain Cold choosing not to come rescue Dominic from the Flash, Dominic has stopped idolising the villain so decided to no longer use a cold gun out in the field, relying on his sonic gauntlets and technomancy instead!

Name:
L'Oriana

Nickname:
Lori

Alias:
Starbolt

Age:
17

Sponsor:
Starfire.

Personality:
L'Oriana comes from a highly sensuous, Honest and emotional culture. For the most part she is in touch with her emotions but can get a little hot tempered at times, She is a honest individual that is often optimistic but has a no nonsense warrior attitude with a gentle innocence. Despite that innocence she is free spirited and can have a wild sexuality but will take friendships seriously, L'Orianna can often get distressed when others that are close. Especially her friends argue or fight with one another.

Powers:
With her Tamaranean Physiology, Starbolt's body is able to absorb and Project energy from ultraviolet rays, Starbolt can project that energy in the form of destructive blue bolts. Thanks to a Ring that was specially made for her so she is able to fly like others in her species, The speed of Starbolt's flight can be supersonic, Although she has yet to achieve this. Also, Starbolt's strength and endurance is more superior to that of a normal human. Starbolt is also able to "absorb" any basic spoken tongues and languages through lip contact with another individual, so that she can speak and understand it immediately. Thanks to the training she had with warlords on the planet Okaara, Starbolt has become an excellent fighter in hand-to-hand combat, both armed and unarmed being ambidextrous and agile.

Weaknesses:
One of the first major weaknesses is the ring that was made for her for without it Starbolt can not fly due to her childhood illness which would effectively ground the Tamaranean. Another weakness in fact can be were Starbolt's body constantly absorbs ultraviolet radiation which is converted into energy enabling her to use energy projection but this can act sometimes beyond her control for example releasing a small blue energy blast when she sneezes or where she does not know her own strength and accidental bending of a street light or bending/breaking other objects, Despite her strength and endurance being superior to a human starbolt is unable to survive in hostile environments or where there is no oxygen.

Appearance:

( Special thanks to Aro for this awesome Micro.)

L'Oriana is a very physically attractive woman though few would be brave enough go so far as to call her beautiful, she stands at a height of 5'10 and weighting 158lbs with Auburn hair she chooses to wear freely, Gold leather skin with light blue eyes thanks to her alien physiology giving her a exotic look for her kind. She has a medium size nose, hands, and ears, and thin eyebrows with high cheekbones and delicate over average size lips, She wears a size 8 shoe with a good feminine build with a toned, Curvy figure and Slender shoulders.

BREIF Bio:
L'Oriana did not have the most easiest of life's on Tamaran and although born to a loving family things were made all the more tougher when she suffered from a childhood Illness that robbed her of the ability to fly. The inability of the use of flight like the others in her race made her feel a little outcast as she did not have as many privileges as others. Despite these hardships and in Tamaran's warlike custom, Toriand'r was sent for warrior training with the Warlords of Okaara. this took up most of her childhood year with hard work and training pushing hard to prove herself but for whom she never thought about. Upon returning to her home L'Oriana was given a ring that was especially forged to give the wearer like herself the ability to fly, It was the most amazing gift the was given to her and soon additional help and training with flying was needed. Eventually Lori's family had taken her to earth with the hope, honour and opportunity to put everything she had learned and experienced so far to join the Young Justice League with the Tamarean Princess Starfire as her sponsor, this would make the teens first time on Earth.

Name - James Natchgale

Alias - Scourge

Age - 20

Sponsor - Red Tornado

Personality - Kind, Charismatic, Happy

Powers - Fire manifestation and manipulation as well as smoke manipulation. He can also raise his body temperatures close to supernova with no harm to his own body other than physical exhaustion (the hotter his body gets the more exhausted he gets he is prone to bad fevers when physically exhausted from this ability). Can also absorb flames into his body though this will also cause his body temp to rise resulting similarly to the above complicating.

Weaknesses - Water is an obvious weakness, with his raised average temperature being introduced to the cold to quickly will put his body into shock. Also anything that kills or injures a normal human kills and injured him other than fire and breathing in smoke (his lungs are used to breathing it in)

Appearance -

BRIEF Bio - James grew up in a normal home, though when his powers first started developing he used that fact that he could raise his body temp to his advantage, often using it skip school. Though as more of his abilities began to surface his body began to inexplicably smoke or catch fire. This, of course, caused him to drop out of school all together though it didn't effect him much as he was at the top of his class anyway. James went into Firemen training after gaining control of his ability and after landing a job as a fireman he secretly used his ability to subside or even completely put out the fire, depending on the intensity of the flame.

Sample Post - It was a normal day at the fire station, a couple small house fires but nothing that one or two men couldn't handle. Those at the station had settle down into a game of Texas Hold-em. Either that or they were idly chatting on the sofas around the lounge area. Nothing to interesting had happened in the past week or so, giving the men and women who worked at the station a nice break.

The calm of the station lasted until about half past midnight. It was then the alarms sounded, signaling an all hands fire. The once calm station burst into a bustle of bodies and noise as they set to the tasks they were assigned to. The loud speaker blared announcing what they were dealing with. A lab fire on the outskirts of town. It seemed the fire had started from a small burner being knocked over but with the amount of chemicals that had been used in the room, everything caught quicker than they could stop it.

The preparations ended and they headed out to the lab. They arrived there quickly and they unloaded, quickly getting to work. They found that several people had been trapped in the building so a team was assigned to go in a get them. Within this team was James.

Heading into the building he and two other men split up to find those trapped inside. James found a pair of researchers in a matter of minutes. He turned to head out of the room with them but the ceiling collapsed in front of them. James, being in the front, took the brunt of the flames that shot up at them from the falling debris. Taking no notice to the flames that burned his suit he turned to look for the closest exit, this being a window, though only the two small researchers could fit through it, he was a little to big to get through. Smashing the window he prompted the two to exit, and only after that had gone did he start using his ability. After a moment he managed to clear the debris from the doorway and head out.

When he exited the building he heard hollers about something explosive. And a couple of the others on his team mention not being able to put the fire out before it exploded. Grunting he used his power, to reduce the flame no nothing but a small smolder easily put out.

After vigorous questioning he was brought to the attention of the Justice League, where Red Tornado had decided to sponsor him, though at first James had little knowledge of this. It wasn't until a week or so later that the Tornado himself came to speak to him. Explaining the situation, and how he was now sponsored by him.

Name:
Kendra Martins

Alias:
Cassandra, formerly Foresight

Age:
18

Sponsor:
Wonder Woman

Personality:
Stoic, stubborn, proud

Powers:
Kendra has the power of foresight, though her visions are not completely reliable or concrete. They tell her what is most likely to happen based on the decisions a person is going to make, but not what will definitely happen, as decisions and choices can change over time.

She can access these visions veer mediation, occasionally, but not always, accompanied by incense, which can help make the visions more vivid and clear. She can even control what she sees by thinking of a certain person, place or event that she knows is going to happen. These visions can vary from extremely vivid to brief and unhelpful, with rarely any way to tell how urgent or far away the events foretold within them will occur, and, as said before, the future isn't written in stone.

She also had something of a 'danger sense', which will alert her seconds before danger hits. It really only helps her, however, and can't be used to assist in-danger teammates.

Kendra also, to aid her with her lack of offensive power, has had training from the Amazons and Wonder Woman, and has even been lent a magical spear, which was christened Aristokles, meaning 'the best glory', that can change shape and responds to verbal commands in Greek.

Weaknesses:
Kendra has no other powers besides her foresight, and therefore is physically weaker than most heroes, usually having to rely on her wits, training and occasional danger sense to help in her fight, meaning she might be next to useless against large, more powerful threats.

Aside from her physical weaknesses, Kendra will also have difficulty getting on with others, often keeping to herself and rarely socialising outside of a battle, which might make working on a team with her incredibly difficult at times. She also likes keeping information shown in her visions to herself, as she believes that keeps her as in a position of power despite her lack of physical strength. On top of this, despite her stoic and proud persona, she's actually very insecure and full of self-loathing, and even has quite the temper that may reveal itself should her weaknesses be exposed.

Appearance:

(Special thanks to Aro for creating this awesome micro for me ^^)

Kendra is very short. About 5'4", to be exact. Despite her lack of height, she's gained a quite a bit of muscle from her time training at Paradise Isle, making her sturdy and strong. She has blonde hair that is so long she could practically sit on it, though she often has it tied up in a plait, particularly when in battle. While originally pale, she has gain some sun from her time with the Amazons, contributing to a warm tan and a face sprinkled with freckles. She has narrow hazel eyes that always seem to be set into a glare, a tiny snub of a nose, slightly crooked teeth with a prominent gap between her front two teeth.

Her costume can be seen in the image above, with armour beneath her hood, and she seems to rarely wear anything else. Expect her when not wearing her costume and armour to be wearing very baggy, loose clothes, and she doesn't seem to like showing much skin. She seems to favour the colour green. She also has a silver pendant, given to her by a very dear friend, which she almost never takes off. She keeps it under her clothes and costume, and it seems to have a picture inside, but she'll only look at it when she feels she's alone.

BRIEF Bio:
Kendra was not born with her powers. In fact, up until the age of 14, she lived a fairly normal albeit lonely life. She was an only child and her parents both worked full-time jobs, often meaning they would not be back before Kendra came home from school. Being shy and socially awkward as a child, she had very few friends. However, she did have one friend, a very close friend: Juliet Silverman. Kendra and Juliet were as close as two people could be. "Like sisters," Juliet often said, though, as Kendra got older (around age 13) and began to hit puberty, she started to wonder if it was more than that, if her feelings for Juliet extended beyond friendship, if she... loved Juliet.

Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when the supervillain and terrorist Snafu (my character and, no, he will not be popping up in this RP) entered the picture, when he blew up the local police station. Juliet's father was a policeman and Juliet had been there visiting her father when the station was attacked. Juliet's father and a couple of other police man somehow manage to escape with minimal injury, but, alas, Juliet did not. Kendra was devastated. Her best friend, her only real friend, had been killed. For the next few months of so, she locked herself up in her room, not going to school or talking to anyone. Her parents, who were never good at dealing with their daughter, decided to leave her alone, believing she would get better in time. However, what they didn't know was that ever since Juliet's death, Kendra had started to become obsessed with occult and spiritualism. She began researching on necromancy and demonology, hoping to find some way to bring her friend back. After much searching, she finally found something, stories about a demon known as Mammon, the demon of greed who would grant a human's greatest desire, albeit for a price. Kendra didn't care about any 'price', she was too young to understand about consequences and too possessed by her grief.

So she summoned the demon Mammon and asked for him to bring her friend back. However, Mammon confessed that, despite his powers, he could not revive the dead, yet he did say that he would gladly grant any other request Kendra desired. Kendra was upset... "If only I could see the future," she said. "I could have prevented it... I could have saved her." She didn't mean that as a request, but Mammon decided to interpret it as such. "As you wish," he said, and with a click of his fingers, he was gone, though Kendra begged him to return.

It was only a couple of days later that Kendra's powers began to make themselves known, first showing when she managed to save a little girl from getting run over by a speeding car. A few days past, each day passing with Kendra's powers resurfacing and allowing her to help other people. She couldn't control them and wasn't sure what to do with them, but she was grateful for them nonetheless. They gave her a purpose, a reason to keep going even though Juliet wasn't there anymore. She couldn't save Juliet, but she could save others. Of course, everything comes with a price, and Kendra soon got a second visit from Mammon a month later. He told her the powers he gave her was a taster and if she wanted, she could keep them for the rest of life... she agreed that, once she was at the age of 20, she would come to the underworld with him and become his bride. Kendra was a little frightened, and yet, she didn't want to give up her powers. So she agreed. "See you in six years," he said with a grin, and vanished again.

For the next year, she used her powers to save others, fighting crime as the vigilante Foresight, at the time NOT sponsored by the League, which meant she was not trusted or liked in the public eye. She particularly made it a personal matter to deal with the villain Snafu, using her powers to catch him and lock him away for good. But her last battle with Snafu was a close call, and she decided that it was too dangerous for her to continue, so she instead settled on sending anonymous tips to the police and letting them deal with it. It was only when she was nearing her 17th birthday that she started to worry about her deal with Mammon and began to regret it, knowing she only had three more years before he would come to collect. She tried to summon him in an attempt to call off the deal, but no matter how many times she tried, the demon would not appear. It seemed there was nothing she could do... at least, not by herself. It was then she decided to contact help. She first thought about the JL Dark, but knowing Constantine's reputation, she decided against it, and instead went to the Justice League. They were unsure of what to do at first, until they decided that the best course of action was to send her to Wonder Woman, who was now ruling over the Paradise Isles with the other Amazons, believing that only could Wonder Woman protect but also teach Kendra to protect herself.

Kendra lived at Paradise Isles for about a year, training under Wonder Woman, as well acting as a soothsayer for the queen. Back home, her parents did not know, and still don't, where she has gone and she been written off as a 'missing person'. Kendra feels this is for best. She doubts her parents will believe her anyhow. Kendra had also discarded her old identity of Foresight and changed her alias to 'Cassandra', after the Greek soothsayer. In fact, Kendra seems to have adopted the name Cassandra as though it were her real name, asking Wonder Woman and the other Amazons to refer to her as 'Cassandra', and prefers that to 'Kendra', as she feels that that life is behind her now. Still, she keeps a reminder of her past: a small picture of her old friend Juliet, which she keeps in a silver locket that Juliet gave her for her 13th birthday, so many years ago.

Recently, though, Wonder Woman has noticed that perhaps Cassandra needs more than just protection, and she needs to learn how to get along with others her own age, so she sent her off to the Young Justice in order to learn how to, well, be a human being again. She promises she'll keep in touch, and that the League will still do their best to look after her and make sure Mammon doesn't come to get her. Cassandra is skeptical, but she has been talked into it, and has come to terms with the idea on the basis that the team might need her powers. Now, she's just arrived in Star City, and is determined to take the team by storm.

What's Changed:
Very little. She's had a little longer to train with the Amazons (about a month or two, at the most), meaning her fighting skills are better, but is perhaps a little less likely to warm to others as quickly, and will probably take a lot more to gain respect her new teammates. Spending over a year with a group of proud warrior women who look down on mortals will do that to you.

Notes:
- Cassandra's past is one she keeps to herself. Only the League know the truth about her deal with Mammon, and have agreed not to divulge this information to the YJ, hoping that Cassandra will tell them herself when she's ready.

- Cassandra is a lesbian, though she hasn't yet admitted this to herself. She does believe she was genuinely in love with Juliet, but doesn't think herself of loving women as a whole. Then again, she doesn't really think of herself as loving men. If you ever asked her, she'd claim she is incapable of romantic feelings towards anyone (besides Juliet, of course).

Name: Lin Sian

Alias: Photon

Age: 19

Sponsor: Dr. Light, Raven

Personality: Greedy, Cunning, Caring

Powers: Light manipulation: Can generate and absorb electromagnetic waves, though the further they are from the visual spectrum the harder they are to work with. While this ability is generally fairly weak, he also has the ability to bend, focus, and redirect light, which is remarkably strong, and can even be used to keep industrial lasers and laser weapons from hitting him. This ability also works on hard light constructs, such as holograms and Lantern constructs, due to Dr. Light's training. He has been known to focus the ambient light into laser beams when need be, but they are generally weak due to the small amount of light in them.
His suit can absorb light from the visible and some near-visible wavelengths, storing them for him to use or using them to power a hard-light shield on the surface of the suit.

Weaknesses: Darkness. Without light he has to rely on the small amount generated by his suit or the small amount he can generate. During his training with Raven, however, he learned to resist the weakening effects of Darkness.

Appearance:

Brief Bio: He doesn't remember his parents, just growing up in an orphanage on the outskirts of Gotham. The adults there were cruel, only caring about the money they got off of the kids, not the kids themselves. When he started exhibiting powers at the age of seven the people there saw him as a gold mine. With a metahuman working for them they could make huge amounts of money. They quickly pulled him out of school and started his grueling training, with one of the workers there teaching him karate via the "if you'd learn to dodge you wouldn't get hit" technique. They'd then make him exercise, followed by using his powers. When he became too tired to keep practicing, they'd beat him until he started practicing again.
One day he decided he'd had enough of this and, when they tried to beat him, he blinded them with a burst of light. He ran away and never came back. He learned to live on his own, being taught by the beggars, thieves, and general low-lifes how to make a quick dollar when you needed to. He even learned to read and write due to the teachings of one of the homeless men in the area. The man was an ex scientist who'd let alcohol ruin his life, but he was more than happy to teach a child about math and science. From his teachings Lin learned about how you could cloak something by bending the light around it, and found that he could do the same thing with his powers.
When he grew up he went to look for a more reliable way of making money and came across Dr. Light. The Doctor agreed to build training devices for him, and help him to learn to use his powers as long as he would steal things the Doctor needed in his research. One year ago, however, the Justice League caught Dr. Light and locked him up. Lin decided to strike out on his own, but when, a few weeks later, he found a young girl living on the streets in Metropolis's China town district he got an apartment nearby and adopted her, though not officially. He now steals things for whoever is willing to pay.

What's Changed: N/A

Notes: Skills: Stealth, Parquor, lock picking, hacking, studied several martial arts forms

Sample Post: Photon decloaked himself near his apartment. Another successful job. Another paying client satisfied.

"Azarath Metrion Zinthos" he heard, and was immediately surrounded in a sphere of darkness, cutting off access to his power source, namely ambient light. He tried to output enough light by himself to overpower her trap, but she was too powerful. Eventually, he stopped struggling and she made the field around his head disappear. "Photon. You're under arrest. Give back your stolen goods and I'll make sure the police go easy on you."

"I don't have it anymore, I already delivered it to my client."

"Then tell me who the client is so that I can get it back." she responded.

"I can't do that. I'll lose clients if I tell who they are."

"But you'll lose Lin if you get sent to prison." she said, referring to Photon's sister.

He knew that he couldn't risk getting locked up, as she would be sent to a orphanage if he was put in jail. "So you know about her. That means you know why I need the money. I'm willing to switch sides and work for you instead, but I'll still need a paycheck."

She thought about it for a while, then nodded. "Fine," she said, "we'll work something out, but in the mean time, consider me your parole officer. Now, the name of your client?"

Photon nodded. "Luthor."

Name - Sarah Donner

Alias - Guardian Angel (Angel or GA for short)

Age - 17 {Angel appears to be in her mid 20s)

Sponsor - Zatanna

Personality - Sarah can actually have conflictual personalities. She honestly would prefer if people left here alone and vices versa. Being sociable was not something she grew up doing and she could be very cynical. Even with those close to her she would act sassy. But her transformation into Guardian Angel compels her to assist others. And if that requires her to act extremely outgoing and friendly then she cannot stop herself.

Powers - White magic: First and foremost, transforms her into Guardian Angel. As Angel she possesses super strength, speed, and the ability to heal. Obviously taking on the form of a winged angel she has the ability to fly.

Weaknesses - While more athletic as Guardian Angel, physically she is not any more durable than a normal person. Using up too much of her magic energy will cause her to change back into Sarah, who has no special qualities and is as normal as any other human. Having a dual personality when the two don't agree then her performance suffers.

Appearance -

Sarah:

Guardian Angel:

BRIEF Bio - Growing up in a bad side of town made life pretty tough. Street smarts and fighting were a must but it was only a matter of time before Sarah fell in with a bad crowd. The things they did were small time, petty theft and psudo-terf wars. Somebody somewhere must have been desperate because her little gang got recruited for a big job knocking off a local museum. The payoff was just too good to pass up and they would even be provided the equipment and plans to pull it off. The reality was that the people who wanted the loot needed as much distance from the crime as possible. Getting a bunch of clueless kids to do it for them made that easy.

Things went without a hitch. Everyone got out with the loot, some weird broken stone tablet. Lagging behind with the loot Sarah missed the rondevu with their employer long enough to avoid getting nabbed like the rest of her gang. She did however see what happened and got away. Word quickly reached her that if the goods were not brought like promised that her friends would be killed. Things were getting too real for Sarah to deal with and she had no idea what to do. These guys clearly did not hold up to their word. What could be so important about a busted up old rock? It sort of looked like a puzzle though. Needing a break from the stress she busied herself assembling the pieces. In the back of her mind though she wanted to help her friends and it brought her back to things her mother used to tell her about guardian angels. Her friends could definitely use one now. Putting in the last piece her silent wish was granted. Becoming part of Sarah, the tablet gave her new form and power to carry out the wish and her days as Guardian Angel began.

Sarah's new found power came with an unusual catch. The normally rough and difficult to work with girl would spin on a dime whenever danger was present or something bad happened. What's more those situations were not something she could ignore. If she could help then whether she really wanted to or not she felt obligated to do so. Involuntarily thrust into a much bigger role than she ever wanted many of her actions are now dictated by her strange alter ego.

Notes - Sarah still doesn't know who hired her gang or what exactly the tablet was. Having no leads or magical knowledge she had made little headway.

Sample Post - After some much unneeded chaos Angel had taken care of an armed robbery. Sarah had only gone out to pick up a few things and the sirens had drawn her attention. Since her transformation into an angelic being had occured she had found such alarms difficult to pass up. Most often they were small tasks but the word of a Guardian Angel in the city was hard to miss. Thankfully she could hide her identity behind the teen punk she was.

Having moved out of sight of the public she was about to return to normal when some unusual words floated through the air. They were actually spoken backwards, a signature of the magician Zatanna. Spinning on her heels the woman smirked slightly. "So you're the guardian angel I've been hearing about. You're pretty good at hiding when you're not out saving the day." Both Sarah and Angel had heard of Zatanna. At one point the girl had thought about asking for help in learning what had happened to her. Even if this was a hero though she wasn't willing to give up her secret. "I must stay hidden if I wish not to put myself in any more unneeded danger." The statement seemed self defeating since she purposely threw herself into risky situations.

Such was the life when saving people. Stepping a card appeared in the magician's hand and she offered it. "Well you're doing a good job. But if you really want to make it in this business then you're going to need friends. Think about it for a while and..." Her words were cut short when Angel spoke up. "I exist to help people. If accepting your offer will assist in that endeavor then I am ready." Slightly caught off guard by the unwavering willingness she chuckled. Stepping back a bit Zatanna tilted her tophat back a bit. "Well aren't you a eager beaver. Well alright then, we'll be in touch. Hang onto the card and when everything is ready you'll know." Stepping around a corner she seemed to disappear just as quickly with another spell.

With the coast clear the winged being seemed to dissolve into twinkles of light leaving behind the young Sarah. The card still in hand she glanced down at it. Scrawled on its face seemed to be magical lettering with a few small details about a team, Young Justice. Great, once again GA had gotten her in over her head. Frustrated she tried to toss the card aside but it got caught by a mysterious gust of wind and flung back into her face.

Name: Raymond Tyler
Alias: Time Bomb
Age: 17
Sponsor: Blue Beetle

Personality: Snarky, Opportunistic, and Goal-Oriented

Powers As a result of his forefathers ingesting so much Miraclo, he was born with a fraction of its effects, such as superior strength, speed, stamina, and agility. This does not diminish or nullify the benefit of using the improved formula of the drug himself. When on Miraclo, his strength, speed, stamina, agility, and thinking abilities are improved. His perception of time is even slowed. And the effects begin to weaken, depending on how much he exerts himself, around an hour after ingestion. His homemade gadgetry includes: Flash-bombs, smoke canisters, Miraclo dispensers, lock-picks, a pocket knife, & hand-cuffs,.

Weaknesses Unsurprisingly, he has a secret addiction to Miraclo, which his predecessors hadn't shared their experiences with. The withdrawal is brutal, causing agonizing headaches and random blackouts along with general physical weakness.

Appearance As Raymond he generally wears hooded jackets, cargo pants, and running shoes. He has short brown hair, Caucasian skin, brown eyes, a round nose and box-shaped face. He stands roughly 5'11" and has very visible musculature.

BRIEF Bio: Rex Tyler was a pharmaceutical engineer hired to reverse-engineer a tribal formula that gave the users superhuman fitness. His biggest hang up was that his employers were the military. Unwilling to allow the blend to be applied to widespread murder, he purposefully sabotaged the project before being relieved of his position. Once dismissed, he moved to Appleton City to join their police force, putting Miraclo, as he called it, to good use. Later on, his son Rick took a similar course. In his lifetime, Rick refined the formula and optimized its effects.

Raymond 'Ray' Tyler was born in the summer of 2003 to Rick Tyler, the second person to develop Miraclo, and biological son of the original. He long admired their records of service on the police department. Naturally, he aspired to follow in their footsteps, seeing it as his heritage to become a policeman aided by Miraclo. At eight years old, he was constantly being bullied, so he fought back, injuring them unintentionally and being withdrawn from the public school system.

The family moved to Metropolis in 2016, causing Ray to lose touch with all of his friends and causing him to grow socially awkward. His own emotions betrayed him and he needed something to take the edge off, and neither of his forefathers seemed too keen on giving him a supply of Miraclo. So he started crimefighting in the style of Batman, purchasing and designing his own gadgets, outfits, and accessories.

It didn't take the world's greatest detective to figure out what Ray was doing, so Rick decided to allow his son to experience the life of a superhero. Between the two of them, he was jokingly referred to as a ticking Time-Bomb before it became completely obvious that he was in it for the long haul. When he turned sixteen, Rick taught his son how to manufacture Miraclo from a special blend of rare vitamins and common substances.

After a year had passed by and Rick officially gave Ray his blessing as Time Bomb, providing him with his own costume.

Notes: None yet

Sample Post:
A river of thick smoke pressed down an alleyway, suffocating a trio of armed thieves that were caught entirely off guard. They gagged and sputtered, struggling to take in a breath, but fell to their knees. One of them managed to reach for their gun, but wasn't able to prepare himself for the bumble-bee striped blur that bounced on him, smacking the thug's head into the concrete they'd stood on.

"Excellent work," the voice of the Blue Beetle broke the silence that Ray had built.

"Oh, hello there," Ray answered, slightly spooked. Stating the obvious, he said "I didn't realize you'd tagged along. I guess you still got it."

"More or less," the elder hero shrugged his shoulders. "But I watched you tonight, and after the last few days you've had, I think Hourman is ready to hit the big leagues."

"Really!" Ray's eyes opened like the Red Sea.

"Of course. There's a new project. Of course I can't offer you full League membership, yet, but I can fast track you."

"I'm listening."

"Join a group of other rising teens to help out on a wider scale. I won't be on top of you, and as annoying as the people you're going to meet may be, it'll be a lot like the actual League."

Exodus TRAITOR!

Member Seen 8 yrs ago

Name: Beck Harrison

Alias: Frostbite

Age: 20

Sponsor: Ice

Personality: Calm, Quiet, Thoughtful

Powers:
- Cryokinesis
He'll either Iceman it, gliding around on ice and freezing things, or coat himself in ice, making himself into an ice-monster bruiser similar to the Thing. It all depends on what the group needs.
- Peak Physical Conditioning
He comes from a gymnastic background, so he's pretty well built and agile.

Weaknesses: He's got a special serum that he needs to inject himself with every other day. It regulates his body temperature so that he doesn't literally freeze from the inside-out, which was a side-effect of getting hit by Mr. Freeze's experimental gun. Symptoms get progressively worse the longer he goes without it: weakness, loss of powers, intense physical pain, death.

What's Changed: He's aged up, and has more of a 'quiet and thoughtful' personality than the 'relaxed smartass' type. He has more experience, and a closer relationship with Ice.

Notes:
- Enjoys fitness and gardening. Totally secure in his masculinity.
- Despite often filling a bruiser role he really is a gentle soul.
- Ice has become basically a second mother to him. They're really close.
