I have a suggestion. I think you should put in a relationship chart for each character. That way you can see what they think of the others.

For good appearances I tend to just go google images or look up visual novel sprites but for the most part I'm not sure.

Personality: He is the definition of shy and silent. But not impolite. For a matter of fact, he loves talking. But always worries he will annoy people with what he has to say. He’s nice and will often put the good of others before himself. He’s also the kind of person that doesn’t mind doing something that most others dislike: cleaning. He’s often seen as a nerd and has no concept of style or fashion in what sort of way. Next to baking and cooking, computers are his life and he rarely goes out of his room. He also has a distinct dislike for large amount of people. If he would be told to stand behind the cashier, he would literally hide in a closet. Occupation at the Bakery: Baker and janitor. He cleans often late at night after the shop closes.
History: He actually lived most of his life in France, near the border with Belgium. There he helped his mother in the local bakery they owned. Well, helping is a big word. He gave her the ingredients and often watched. Though sometimes he would help out and almost always could he taste. Though it came at a price. He had to help clean up the kitchen every evening. Around the age of 13 his father got offered a prestigious job in Japan. They moved and David had to find another thing to keep him busy. So he began playing on the computer. His mother still loved baking so still made cakes and pies whenever she could, and David did help her with it. One day he heard a bakery was looking for more people to work there and he just signed up.

Eeeeeeeh I'm not sure. Would his sister be part of the Bakery? Also if I allow it, then everyone will get a second character. The only reason I have 3 character is because they're all plot relevant.
If people are all for it then sure, then I'll allow them all to have a second character and there may be other people to join and then there would be alot of characters.
Also don't forget everyone, the Bakery may be the main place of interaction but there will be other places to interact such as the school or other places. Since realistically, around only 5 people will be needed at a shift.

Rather thin and lightweight, she has a sharp defiant jaw, that is often clenched in retaliation, or locked to hold back her words. She is pale, and not much of a looker, with smooth, pebble-stone cheeks and none of those prominent cheekbones that American actresses keep inheriting. Her hairstyle was born of a salon visit gone wrong, and it hasn't changed since.
Personality: Outspoken, aloof and shameless, Theodora (who also goes by Theo) has never enjoyed conforming to society's expectations. She will keep to herself, or otherwise lash out at others with a curt and brusque tongue. She can easily come across as arrogant, and selfish, considering the way she holds herself distantly from the rest. In reality, Theodora has simply made it a habit to keep people at arm's length to avoid possible complications. Lord knows she's downright hopeless at keeping civil relationships with anyone she can't tolerate, or vice-versa. Few have ever stuck around long enough for Theo to know how good of a friend she can be - if at all. Intelligent in her own right, Theodora often finds great solace in her books and laptop, and can be found toting the two around in her trademark sling bag occasionally.
