Just so you'll understand how this fight will go:
The katana is much sharper, but with one blunt side, whereas the broadsword has both sides blunted. However, both can cut through bone equally well. Katanas rely on speed, whereas the broadsword relies on brute strength and force (of which Phoenix has plenty- she is RIPPED). Both are two handed.

(Interestingly, they were invented and developed at the same time, on opposite sides of the world...)

Like I said in my post, she’s capable of combat that Dean would find more favorable. In this case, he’d rather her live to kill her another day than have her die in a not so glorious manner. And he doesn’t know that she can come back to life, so there’s that.

I'm sorry that I didn't run this to your exact specifications or force people to stay awake at times that would be inconvenient for them solely to fit your schedule.
