Thats the problem of having too many players in a single place: if one is unavailable, the entire RP locks up.

TBH, this RP isn't officially dead just yet, it is just, that it is deadlocked by some players, who went missing.
The only one, who can declare an RP dead is the GM, or lack thereof.
