So we've got 8 characters.

I think that it would be best to split this into two groups for sake of pacing - we can follow Lugia's insular group model where post rotation occurs depending on the group you're in. Since we have other strong characters, I'll write up the rest of Nihonto's sheet and stick him into the second group.

I suppose it's entirely possible that the two groups have different goals. Do you guys think that both groups should follow the exploration plot, or should we split them up depending on objective instead?

Let's come up with essentially two separate plots, one for group A and one for group B... that being said, there could be a LOT of overlap to allow communication between the groups.
