History of the Nation: The Soviet Empire of Eurasia was established in 2018 due to the elapsing term of President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation. To cement his power, he crowned himself Emperor of a new, both Soviet and Imperial, state. Putin's United Russia party merged with the Communist Party and formed one cohesive program for running the nation. Over the next twenty years he secured his power, crushing protests and revolts, and succeeded in accomplishing the membership of Ukraine and Kazakhstan in the Empire. During World War III, Ukraine was successfully annexed into the Empire fully, and it has designs on the states of Central Asia and the Baltic which were once part of the Soviet Union.
However, in 2032, leading his army in Central Asia, Vladimir Putin was assassinated by Islamic extremists, and the war was called to a halt as his son, Vyacheslav Putin, was crowned the new Emperor. Since the end of the war, Vyacheslav has been consolidating his power and improving the economy and industry of Russia to prepare for war once again. The Soviet Empire has close ties with the Second Ethiopian Empire, due to their funding of the government and due to their mutual struggle against Islamic extremists in Central Asia and North Africa, and hopes to continue such a partnership.

So I hope @Durandal won't mind me taking some minor nations from the East.
And because Hungary was used to be an unimportant nation they survived the burnt of WW3, especially since they were no longer part of the EU and even considered quitting NATO before the thing fell apart on its own (I suppose that's what happened prior to the war).
After the war they found the last descendant of House Arpad and used him as the figurehead to recreate the Kingdom of Hungary from the past.

As a result of the devastation caused by the Third World War and the destruction of trade between many countries following, the GEC became much more self-sufficient out of necessity, unable to support itself as it had before the War. Originally a small portion of the EU's budget, agriculture has become much more supported by the GEC, amounting to 40% of total spending as food imports are much less reliable. Although agriculture consumes a massive amount of the GEC's budget, the primary industries are manufacturing and renewable energy. As limited fossil fuels exist within the member states due to decades of pre-War consumption and lack of easily accessible reserves, renewable energy, primarily wind farms, geothermal vents, and solar power, have risen to power much of the territory. Limited nuclear power exists in certain area and research is being conducted into hydrogen fuel cells. Bioenergy is also a large industry, utilizing some of the reserves of crops to produce fuel.
Manufacturing centers around primarily consumer goods and large industrial equipment, with sectors such as military, small industrial equipment, and other items taking lesser importance. Electronics are a large sector of production, although chemicals and automotives, as well as pharmaceuticals, are the largest areas of industrial production in the GEC.

Diverse to the point of equality between the larger nations, although smaller nations have a much smaller representation of ethnicity. Most people are Caucasian (67%), but there are many other ethnicities, primarily Arabic and African.

No official state religion exists with the GEC, although the member state of Italy is a partial theocracy centered around Catholicism. Open worship is allowed by the central government, although member states may have other restrictions as long as they do not go against the laws set in place by parliament. Tolerance is promoted as a means to ensure peace although prejudices do still exist in large numbers, although religion has started to fade. Most people are atheists or agnostic (48% of the population), with the rest being mainly Muslim and Catholic, although other religions do exist. No official census has been taken on the subject of religion due to it's sensitive nature.

Was interested in joining as a sort of Greater Australia until I saw that Australia and New Zealand have apparently been awkwardly cut in half by the Chinese. Perhaps Britain, including her overseas territories and Ireland?

Each branch employs several thousand workers, however Dominus special agents are much fewer in number. Each branch controls around 20-40 highly trained field agents, executives and technology experts in their respective field.
All chairpersons are promoted from within their branch, so they have full awareness of what a mission needs to be completed. Many are former field agents or career managers.
Productions:
Dominus trains highly specialized agents to perform several covert tasks as indicated by their clients. They also have a highly efficient weapons facility in the Cayman Islands that produces cheap, basic weaponry, such as assault rifles. Dominus employs agents from all over the world.
History of the Nation:
During World War III, the allied powers needed as much intelligence as they could gather on their enemies. They began to hire private security firms to serve as security and intelligence. Dominus, at the time, was one of these companies. An American company, Dominus was hired to go behind enemy lines and gather military intelligence, in addition to having Dominus agents serve as personal security guards of the families of several world leaders. Several different nations poured money into firms such as Dominus in order to exploit their intelligence and covert capabilities with no political drawback on the countries themselves. Dominus achieved worldwide renown during WWIII, as it successfully prevented an assassination attempt on the First Lady of the United States, and it discovered a major invasion plan by China into the United States, that would have allowed the Chinese to basically invade all of Alaska.
When WWIII was winding down, nations had less money to give to Dominus, but they expected the same level of operations. Dominus was stretched thin, and several of their famed operations began to fail. Agents were caught in China and Russia and unknown assassins caused the jet of the Prime Minister of Italy to crash into the ocean, taking the PM and four Dominus security guards with it. Dominus' CEO, Richard Lovejoy, began to desperately go to allied powers and ask for more funding, but he was turned away. Dominus grew weaker until unknown mercenaries stormed Dominus' headquarters in New York and killed over two dozen employees, including Lovejoy. Dominus threatened to collapse upon itself when Cordia Tsao, Chairwoman of the Intelligence and Reconnaissance division of Dominus and rather eccentric millionaire, assumed control. Due to the prejudice against Chinese in America because of the war, Cordia took Dominus out of the States and to her resort in the Cayman Islands. Dominus cut ties to the allied powers and became an independent organization. Cordia began to model Dominus after the CIA, rather than a security company. When America eventually collapsed, Cordia recruited several hundred CIA agents to work for Dominus and help design it.
After the war, Dominus was a company in name only. It was now a rogue intelligence organization. Ms. Tsao was no longer the CEO, but the Director. Cordia purchased the Cayman Islands from the Crown of England after the war for a relative bargain due to Britain's debts, and established Dominus with the rents from the residents of the Islands as well as the considerable tourism and money laundering associated with the Cayman Islands. A few years after the war ended, Dominus began to expand its practices from intelligence and security to more dubious operations, such as assassination, sabotage and kidnapping. In the chaos that followed the great war, Dominus found much work, and they have continued throughout the past 20 years relatively unopposed when it comes to covert operations.
Dominus has the reputation as being efficient and professional, as does Director Tsao. Nicknamed by many people around the world "The Illuminati", Dominus takes pride in its reputation as a force that can see anyone's darkest secrets and reveal them to the highest bidder.
Cordia Tsao herself is approaching the age of 70 and is known as a philanthropist and a socialite. She often travels the world, making connections with the powerful elite and hosting and attending many luxurious parties, balls and galas. She is almost universally liked by those she chooses to be her friends. Many wonder how such an enjoyable lady could oversee so much of what goes on at Dominus, but that's all part of Cordia's mask.
