Someone else (don't feel like looking for it right now, I'm tired) claimed some of those countries. They said it on one of the early pages. I do think that everything other then Cote D'Ivoire and Burkina Faso are claimable though.

Specifically Mali, Guinea, Sierra Leonne, Liberia, and Guinea-Bissau. Now if someone did claim any of those countries earlier please let me know so I can adjust accordingly.
