Harry didn't know, so he got out his time table, glancing at it. "Ah, maybe...Ah. I was going with a science class next" He said, looking to Nicholas, wondering hwo the time tables actually worked. Did they all have the same classes, or were they different? "I'm interested in chemistry and such"

@Caits "Well i have the same class as you,Can i see your schedule?perhaps we have the same classes" Nichols walked over towards him pulling out his class times out of his pocket now walking beside Harry.He didn't know if he had the same classes all around the block as Harry but hoped he had some with him at least.

Harry nodded, holding out his timetable to Nicholas, never having done anything like this before, having been in hospitals and institutions more times then he could count, and hadn't had much interactions with other kids his age. So this was a new experience for him. "I'm looking g for...more science related classes, as well as controlling my abilities, and I guess some fighting"@Eviledd1984

@Caits "It seems we have about three classes together the next class being chemistry...I think it's next period just check just in cause" Nicholas was now peering over his and Harry's sheet of paper of their schedule looking over the similarities of what classes they have together.Like Harry he was nervous himself since he had not many friends and acted all aloof and cold but his mother Pamela Isley told him to make friend and not end up like his father.

Harry nodded, but had no idea how to check. he assumed that chemistry was next, but it could be wrong. Still, it was only the first day right? "Great. How structured is this? I was mostly home schooled growing up, and that's pretty inflexible' Even more so when you threw in treatment sessions, "I was also in an out of hospitals, so it was easier to be taught at home" Why did he say that? it wasn't like it needed an explanation, lots of kids were homeschooled. @Caits "Mhm i see then i think we have most classes together..." Nicholas said looking though the sheet of paper with their classes,"I see...ummm well i guess i could tell you that i had didn't have much of a happy childhood so i guess we are both in the same boat" Nicholas said just as the bell rang for the next class.

The class with Dr. Pym had been an experience for Kassy. She hadn't really understood any of it, to be honest. There were so many terms that her head sort of hurt by the end of it. The next class was much better though. It was a power control class, one for mages and energy users. Her illusions fell into that category, apparently. It was a wonderful time, led by someone in an interesting mask, named Dr. Fate. Kassy was curious about why all those doctors were teaching students, though, instead of healing people.

Next up was lunch, evidently. She followed the throng of students to the cafeteria. Once she got there, she stood in the middle, frozen with indecision. So many types of food and so many people... What was she going to do?

Kijani headed off to the cafeteria, a little sore after the modern weapons class. She didn't want to admit it, but she was a little nervous about it. Apparently they'd be learning to shoot guns later, and she'd never been good with guns... But! No need to think about that. She grabbed a simple burger and fries, and a very large drink. After trying to spot Connor or anyone else she knew in the crazy crowd, she found a mostly empty table and started to eat.

Ryan was quite happy after the modern weapons class. He loved showing off how awesome he was, he was easily one of the best students in that class. He walked into the cafeteria and swiped some food from someone else. Ryan sat down at an empty table and ate his food alone.

After Clark's practically useless class Hollow had been feeling like coming to this school might not have been a good idea, that was until he reached his next class, Power control for mage types, Dr Fate had some serious power and while he didn't like Hollow one bit he had showed him how to arc his flames so that he could do a flamethrower of green fire instead of the fireballs he was so limited to.

After that class was over it was time for lunch, Hollow walked right into the cafeteria with an evil smirk on his lips, these other kids...it was time to make friends. Hollow spotted a girl standing frozen looking at all the food, (Kassy) He decided to be friendly and walked over and with his serpents voice said, "You look indecisive my friend..." His eyes glowed a bright green from under his hat, "If you don't have anyone to sit with you're more than welcome to join me..." He offered her his hand, "They call me Hollow..."

"Oh!" Kassy was a bit startled at being spoken to, but quickly smiled. "Ah, yes, I suppose I do look rather out of place." She looked at Hollow's hand, and gripped it in greeting. Then she hugged him as she'd hugged the warm dragon, Mike. Hollow was not as warm, though. "I am Kassandra, I'm glad to meet you. Unfortunately I don't know much about human food, I'm unsure of what to eat." She gave him a hopeful smile. "Could you help me?"

Roxy waited until the classroom was empty before attempting to leave. She used her cane and other senses to help her find her way out of the building. If she remembered correctly most of the students would be heading to lunch now. Which left her with a decision to make. Risk the choas of the cafeteria or go to her dorm room. She didn't really want to eat alone so she decided to face the challenge of the cafeteria.

Kyle made his way to the lunch room. So far the school didn't seem that impressive to him. He hadn't learned anything new and the only people he had met had been jerks. OK so he hadn't exactly been friendly but that was besides the point. Both power development and alter ego classes were going to be easy As. Not that he was complaining. His dad would be happy. But neither of them solved his problem. He didn't know who he was beyond the identidy he had inherited.

Hollow was taken aback, he couldn't remember the last time someone had hugged him, he was shocked and despite his nature he softly returned the hug, "New to human food eh..." Hollow gave her a genuine smile as his showman side beat out the sociopath within him, "Firstly have to try Pizza..." He took her hand and led her into the lunchline and started helping her make her tray, "You're gonna want Burgers...and Fries...and macaroni...and mashed potatoes...and Ice Cream for dessert!" His eyes seemed to have softened to the girl, and for some reason he didn't feel like hurting her. He simply held onto her hand as if he had found a way out of hell and didn't want to let go.

"I guess in one way or another, we all haven't had the greatest childhoods...and yet here we are" Harry said, as the bell rang for the next class. When the class was over, Harry found himself exhausted and in desperate need of food. It was as he was getting his lunch, when some random kid bumped into him, knocking his classes off, that he did something he actively tried to avoid.

Met someone's eyes.

It happened at once, that instant connection, the flood of memories, feelings, thoughts, and perhaps worst of all, the image, the future image of the kid he got contact with. Another voice added to his collection, echoing through his head as the memories demanded attention.

Harry's tray clattered to the floor as the connection broke, and he slammed his eyes shut. "M-my glasses" he stammered out, crouching, all he wanted to do was curl into a ball and sob, but he knew he couldn't "please, please, please, someone...I need them"

Phoebe was just walking into the cafeteria, as the tray clattered to the ground. wary, in case some sort of fight was breaking out, she glanced about, seeing a boy who appeared to be having some sort of panic attack. She heard 'glasses' and spied what appeared to be...well, goggles.

As someone made to step on them, unaware, she shot out a vine, quick as that, and scooped them up, and out of harms way. It was clear the boy needed them. Using the vine, she held them up, but the boy seemed unaware she had even managed to save them from being crushed

Kalinda went through the day before lunch reluctantly, wanting nothing more then to get away from the new students, so she waited until almost aloof the students were heading to lunch before doing the same, hesitating when she saw the blind girl. Not a cruel person, Kalinda stepped up to the girl and said "I'm not pitying you or anything, I'm not going to offer you my hand because frankly that would probably knock me on my butt, but do you wish some help?"

Connor rubbed a now sore spot at the back of his head as he walked to the cafeteria. He had good reflexes, he knew he did, but had to admit, he relied on his suit to tell him if something was incoming so he could dodge or attack. Without it, well, he couldn't dodge as well. He hadn't expected the fight class he had chosen to get quite so physical quite so soon. Sighing, he entered the cafeteria, standing for a moment to take in the craziness of it, and deciding not to make any sense of it, he grabbed some food, going for pizza. @Caits Nicholas could see that someone bumped into Harry the reaction that came form Nicholas was wanting to punch that person,But his mind came somewhere else when he saw his half sister helping Harry not saying a word watching her help Harry give him back his glasses.He had not spoken to his sister for what seemed like a week or so but was planning on this once they were alone.

Kassy was relived as the green-eyed boy helped her out. He piled a tray full of foods that she'd never seen before. Her stomach growled in response, and after she was led to what was definitely some magic device that conjured bright colored liquids, they sat. "I'll try this, first." She lifted what he called 'pizza' and took a bite. It was quite nice, warm and salty and chewy. "Mmmm... It's good!" She didn't want to fill up, though, so she went to the next thing. That was macaroni. It was orange and gooey, and honestly, a bit odd tasting to her. She politely ate a few bites before cutting a piece of the burger, and eating it.

"...oh." Her orange eyes went wide, and then a blissful smile appeared on her face. She picked up the burger and took a large bite, briefly revealing some rather predatory looking teeth. "Oh, this is... this is my new favorite food..." Her eyes were sparkling. Actually, in fact, the entire table was covered with tiny, multicolored motes of light. Kassy had never quite gotten the trick of keeping her power under wraps under certain circumstances. Joy was one of them; she illused lights and sometimes music. "And you all get to eat these things every day?!"

Kijani smiled at Connor, leaning across the table to kiss his cheek quickly. "Hey." She looked around the cafeteria chaos momentarily. "Crazy first day, huh? I almost forgot how alive this place was. So... how was your fighting class?"

Roxy studied the girl that offered her help. She tilted her head and listened to the other girl. "I appreciate you not pitying me. Most do so without thinking about it. I am capable of caring for myself. I am alittle uncertain about trying the cafertria. Lunch rooms tend to be chaotic. If you could assist my by telling me what kinds of food are available that would be a great help." She was picking up a many different smells. It was hard to sort them out enough to know what she wanted to eat.

Ryan tapped the table with his fingers after he finished his meal. Wow, he was already bored. New record on that front. He briefly thought about hopping on the table and firing a gun to stir up some attention, but that got him kicked out of Xavier's school. He shrugged, got up, and walked towards Kyle.
"Hey there friend. How's your day going? I'm doing well, I have at least two guaranteed A's this semester. Do you think you'll do well in class? I'm sure you will, you look pretty scary." Ryan stopped to take a deep breath after that rapid fire line of 'conversation' and thought of more questions to ask.

Mike went into the cafe and looked around for an empty tray which he was able to grab just before another student did. He then began grabbing a few things. He had a good appetite right now plus he had seen Kassy but he did not want to be rude so he simply waved to her before he went to a table and sat down

Phoebe hesitated. The boy didn't seem to notice The glasses, but with almost relief, Phoebe saw Nicholas, hanging with the boy. She went over, her vine retracting and she took the glasses, "hi, Nick. Ah. He doesn't seem to notice me, can you give these to him?"@Eviledd1984

"never a dull moment, that's for sure" Connor said, smiling, but it shifted into an almost sheepish expression. "Ah. It could have been better, really. But it was okay. How was your class?" He asked@Mistress Dizzy

"People often react with pity because they don't understand that you can be perfectly okay with your disability. They don't understand that it's a part of you, and that any difficulties you find just make you stronger. So they react with pity because they can't imagine it, can't imagine it for themselves. I'm more then sure you can do things for yourself, but sometimes we all need a little help. Oh. Sorry, I'm Kalinda" she said, realizing she hadn't said her name.

She looked about at the food, searching for the vegetarian options, "well, you got your usual foods, pizza, burgers, chips, soup...what do you like?"@KatherinWinter
