Hm. Looking at Sly's post, we ought to have an NPC event, or have something happen to spark tensions and make things more interesting.

@Inkdrop Exactly! Just you wait. The monthly evaluation of events IC is coming up( my next post) , where I asses what happened and dish out some aurprises for you. This post aimed at showing that the world reacts to your actions. Right now, NPC's are the biggest trouble, but rainy season is on us, so flooding is also in play. But you'll know it in my next post. Till then manage your empires wisely!

@Deaddlife You keep surprising me. I imagine that the boilers are really rare inthis world, and are generally not accepted. I can go with that. YOur post is amazing as always, but your sense of time and technology differs from mine. So I make this statement. We have basic steam machinery, but unlike IRL they are spreading slowly. That is it. You are granted to do all your technology stuff. Just makes ure to stick to lore.

@6slyboy6 Technology is always a bit of a mess. I'm probably not going to get into using proper machinery for a while yet but I wanted to lay the ground work for my nations development and it was something to help fill my post.

Can I do something that will escalate tensions? It will have to do with that convoy I just sent across the sea.

@Inkdrop Can't see why not. You usually post interesting things, and my original idea was to write something about the convoy, but I dumped it. They are your ships after all ;)

Mm. I guess something bad could happen to Song of Storms or one of her sisters... I will do something and will leave it open ended, and see what the butterfly's wings manage to stir up.

And such a long post. I decided to spice the events. Currently only I should know of the storm approachiung, as the turns play in the same time. So what is it you ask? see it in my monhtly assesement after the last post in this turn. And you are in for a surprise. I hope I ruined plans and dreams, as it was in my best intere4st to keep your brains fit. I feel like you all wanted to do something with you precious gases and boilers, so I showed some interest. But now, now, we have a traitor to catch, haven't we @Inkdrop? Who blew up that gunpowder storage I wonder? Oh and the baloons. We'll talk about those later :D

I just finished my post and for some reason I feel like I absolutely littered it with mistakes, I'm probably going to rewrite something like 45% of my post in the morning when my brain starts working again.

@Deaddlife I feel like one of those times when you read something and you feel like an idiot, and then after 30 minutes of reading you just give up and say that it is not your fault. I also have no idea how could you POSSIBLY get to know of any things happening around the globe. At least give me a reason. I have been planning on recon and espionage for this post, for a LONG time. And you just know stuff. I feel pathetic when I think about your deeds.

Right I fixed up my post and expanded on what I failed to say in the first place.

@6slyboy6The problem with me is that I don't feel tired mentally, I can be up three days straight and mentally I will feel exactly the same as if I had just woken up, even though I probably stopped making sense a long time ago.

@6slyboy6I hope you are okay with that. I figured it would be fun to discover helium but I tried to balance it by making it halucinogenic.

@Inkdrop Not at all my friend! Please continue. I think that if you make an entirely new gas (maybe a mix of existing gases, or a new atom?) as it would cause an "oil rush" of a sort. That would heat things up. Also what did you intend to do with a terrorist attack?

@6slyboy6 I do not know yet. I think it will start a sort of witch hunt, and really be incendiary in the populace because of how timid everyone is of the new open borders. I also might tie it into the sinking of the Eastern Wind.

@Inkdrop So actually tell me something. Winds near Japan blow either from North to South or West to East. Why Eastern wind then?
