Unstoppable Death Machine
The Herald of War has strength, speed, stamina and durability beyond that of any normal being. It's martial prowess are unmatched, it's perception and reaction speed are far beyond human limit. The Herald of War can crush rocks and outrun cars. None can match him in a swordfight, and he has bested beasts many times his size. This power is simply here to tell you that this guy is a melee combat death machine, and that he can withstand an insane amount of punishment.

Secrets
Not all of this character's abilities are present. Whilst usually all of a character's abilities and skills are represented within the CS, this is not the case for The Herald of War. This is because certain abilities would allude to the character's true identity, something I would prefer to keep a secret. The abilities will be reviewed by the GM however.
Weaknesses:
There are weaknesses, but none are known.
Bio:
Little is known about the Herald of War. When Kiyoko built the Dragon Guard, he chose to gather the greatest warriors of Japan. He held a tournament, a massive battle for powerful samurai to prove themselves. From here he gained the warrior he needed, a man called Hiro, who was fused with the Storm God Susano-O. He was given Ame no Murakamo no Tsurugi, the legendary blade that had rested in the Emperor's possession for thousands of years. He was a poweerful warrior, wielding the power of storms alongside the power of the blade, augmenting his own physical powers to a level of Godlike perfection.

It took ten seconds for the Herald to kill him. The Dragon Guard had been on a mission to eliminate Hekate, the Greek God of witches. All he found was a headless corpse. Hiro challenged the Herald, who had killed the minor God, to battle. This battle was lethal for him, and the Herald took his sword. He then marched to the Emperor's Palace in order to return Hiro's beheaded corpse, for unknown reasons. At the court he was arrested, but Kiyoko soon realized that any man able to defeat a member of the Dragon Guard would be able to slaughter the local soldiers. So instead of fighting the Herald, he offered him a job. The Herald accepted.

(sorry to make a new character in a rush but i really wanted to try out this idea too)

Abilities: Sees spirits and is able to communicate with them and control them to a limit, Is able to use souls of his victims for many things like binding them to objects or creating material objects out of them like bending souls of his victims into weapons the weapons being more powerful if the soul is more powerful but is only able to wield one soul-weapon at a time whilst keeping the others in reserve, Can heal by killing,
Weaknesses: Bloodthirsty, Often influenced by the voices in his head, Clueless of the outside world (for now), Scared of fire for a reason he does not know (yet).
Bio: Ever since he was a young elf Elysandor always had contact with certain beings whom he did not know of what they were. He suspected though that they were the spirits of the dead. After finding out he could speak with them he found out he was indeed correct. He did not reveal his *Gift* to others. After years of studies trying to find out what this was Elysandor gave up. He met a woman whom he fell in love with at first sight and they got married soon after. For years Elysandor was able to live a normal life (to an extent) and keep his gift quiet. Until the raid. One day Elysandor was sitting in his chair reading a book while his wife ,Arianna, was in the kitchen making food. Suddenly Elysandor heard a scream as their door was broken open! Large men in black armor came in and grabbed his wife and him and then he blacked out... Suddenly he woke up covered in broken wood and fire as he realized this was or at least used to be his house! He broke free and searched for his wife and found her... with a broken neck. a piece of heavy wood had landed on her instantly killing her. Elysandor was furious and desperate, He spent years trying to find a way to bring her back until he got so desperate that he returned contact with the spirits and asked them what he could do. He took the spirits and bound them to an object and kept twisting their soul and mind until they told him what he wanted to hear and if they didn't he broke them until they were less than dead, with no longer anything but power and emotion left they turned insane and he discovered he could bind these broken souls to himself giving him power and that he could make them into weapons to use for revenge. After many many spirits he found one who was.... different finally Elysandor found a spirit who knew something. He told Elysandor a ritual that would send him to a realm that he would later know as the chaos realm. The spirit said that here Elysandor would find millions of powerful spirits that he could bind to himself Elysandor being desperate did it and arrived in the realm. Here he was overwhelmed by the sheer pure chaos of this realm. He knew that if he was able to control all these spirits he would be unstoppable. In his grief and bit of arrogance he tried to bind all of them to his soul. What was happening? He felt nothing for a few seconds. Then suddenly it came. Millions of spirits rushing into him all different and powerful. Elysandor did not know what was happening until he saw a familiar spirit. The spirit said: It seems we get life again in another body! Elysandor understood he was tricked and he was outraged! In his rage he forgot about the reasons he came here he forgot about love all he wanted was for the spirit who tricked him to pay. He used all his collected souls and binded all the souls to him at once and blacked out. Then Elysandor woke up. Was that his name? He felt like it was his name. Elysandor did not know what happened or who he was. Was he just born from nothingness? Elysandor did not know and for some reason did not care. All he knew was his name his sudden temptation to kill and that he was not alone. Voices in his head speaking whispering and screaming at the same time! He shut it all out until only one voice was hear able: 'It seems our new journey begins'. Elysandor thought: 'who are you?'. 'That does not matter. Just know that i am a friend. I will give you my power and the power of many others.'. Elysandor did not understand but knew he did not need to. He knew now that he had power to kill and the will to kill and he was just starting his journey.

Name: Omega squad.

Bio: When the clone rebellion formed, they knew that they needed soldiers that could surpass the super powered tyrants they faced. They sent many young clones to be mentored by some of the most powerful organizations, hoping that they would later be soldiers able to oppose the evil of the dominion. Many of these children were found out, and killed, the dominion showing no mercy to any clone..but some survived. These children became some of the most powerful soldiers of the clone rebellion...but not all of these children had what it took to join the Omega squad, which were the best of the best. Only 6, out of several thousand made it in. When one of the Omega squad appears, pray they are on your side....or, your days may be numbered to less than one.

Making a CS for the one, as so people will know their power-level, and will know when, and if, they could ever fight them. They are meant to be defeated by a large group of people, each one powerful. The One won't act unless a character of extreme power is threatening Tor-6 in general. Don't worry about them showing up and killing people...they will wait for their challengers to face them.

Name: The One.
Species: Unknown. Inhuman.
Age: At least 30,000 years.
Appearance: Unknown. They speak though proxy to the public, so their true form has never been revealed.
Abilities:
A.O.S. aka Adaptive Obliteration Strike: The one is able to create massively powerful energy blasts, and fire them. The energy making up this attack can be changed by The One, and as such, can be used on many different creatures. This blast, at full power..can level a solar system.

Apparent Magic Immunity: In the only recorded event where the One had to fight themselves, magical attacks did nothing to them. How this ability works, and if there is a way to defeat it, is unknown. However, that does not mean this ability is not disreputable.

"This may kill you!": Moving as fast as possible, The One appears right beside their target, moving faster than any human could truly predict. Once there, they push a blast of energy right into their target, aiming to blow them to bits.

Ultimate Sacrifice: If all else fails, the One can blow themselves up like a star, causing a huge explosion at their place of death. This explosion can decimate multiple solar systems.... but the One will surely parish in the explosion...right?
Weaknesses:
These will have to be found out by the players, unfortunately, otherwise it would spoil who it is.

Abilities:

Valentus is an undying animated object, a suit of Power Armour given life. He feels no pain, has no blood, and does not require any of the things living beings need (like eating or sleeping). Any attack that targets the organic body is useless against him, as is any attack that alters brain chemistry. He has no vital organs, and as such almost any physical attack is useless against him. The only way to kill him, physically, is to destroy the Animation Sigil on the inside of his suit.

[Psionic Capabilities]
The original Valentus had immense psionic powers, exceptional even among the ranks of the Paladins. His ability was on par of some of the greater Librarians, and his weaponry retained the mark of his mind. Whether it is this mark, or it's birth within a Warp Storm that granted Valentus Reborn psionic capabilities is unknowable, but he has inherited powerful psionic abilities. He is not as powerful as his predecessor, but his lack of an organic body allows him to bypass the perils of the warp. He can continue to use his powers indefinitely, with no penalty.

[Absolute Purity]
Valentus Reborn exists as a reflection of the original Valentus. His mind cannot be altered, controlled, or in any other way affected. He is completely immune to the seductions of Chaos, and most psychics would see him as an unmoving white blot. However, he is incapable of wielding the Words of Banishment due to his 'broken' soul, and his mind is nigh-impossible to change.
Weaknesses:
He is really, really heavy. Like, put him on the second story, and he'll sink straight through the floor. He can't use stairs because his footsteps would destroy them. He also can't use his psychic abilities if he's cut off from the Chaos Realm (the Warp). Lastly, he's really shit at subtlety. But who needs subtlety when you're a psychic tank on legs?
Bio:
Valentus serves under the Grey Knight, the hidden military arm of the Ordo Malleus, the Inquisition. He spent nearly a thousand years fighting the forces of chaos, and he proved his worth in every crusade. He earned the rank of Brother Captain of the First Regiment after he saved the life of a Grandmaster. Wishing to reach the pinnacle of his potential within the ranks, the ambitious Grey Knight aspired to become a Paladin, the elite warriors of the Chapter. He would serve directly under the Supreme Grandmaster, and would act as his personal bodyguard. And as his desire and potential were recognized, he was awarded the right to go on the eight quests. He completed each, finally slaying the Witcher Lord singlehandedly. He was awarded the right to become a Paladin. And while he was not immediately awarded the position of guarding the Supreme Grandmaster, he knew he would reach his dream.

However, it was not to be. On his first mission as a Paladin, the battlefleet he served on was hit by a Warp Storm. The forces of Chaos washed aboard in waves, even as the ships were pulled into the Warp. The fleet was stranded, cut off from help and surrounded by infinite hordes of demons. For nearly 200 years the Shield of Man held strong, firing until no ammo was left, striking until they had dulled their blades on the enemy's bones, and then simply pummeling their enemies to death. But they were outnumbered infinitely, and those horrors they killed reformed from the energies of the Warp. Those who did not fall to the infinite enemy hordes were slaughtered in the great Storms and Winds of Chaos that swept the realm. In the end, with nearly a thousand battle brothers dead around him, only Valentus remained standing. On top of a mound of corpses the size of a mountain he fought, tireless, fearless. But even he was doomed to fail against the unending enemy.

By some scheme of fate, however, he was saved. In a momentary break in the enemy assault he stooped, retrieving the weapons of his allies as he prepared to once more face the enemy. He stood ready to die, determined to face the Dark Gods one last time. But even as he prepared for the end, his story truly began. For in that moment his latent abilities awoke, and right before he was crushed by the incoming Daemon, he was transported to the realm of Tor-6. There, he would continue spreading the name of the God Emperor, and he would crush the enemies of mankind. With the fate of his brothers in mind, he set out to make the most of this second chance at life.

Abilities:

"Psychic": Not actually a psychic. Beings of her race have the capacity to "manipulate vectors". Usually this is used to transfer their consciousness across worlds, but she doesn't have much talent or skill in this. They are capable of minor(but very precise and efficient) telekinesis, and she can also create fairly accurate "illusions".

Eldritch Biology: The xeno race that her consciousness inhabits has a physical capacity far above any human. Further, they're capable of manipulating their current body to increase certain physical attributes and change the structure of their internal body. To some limited degree they can directly change their outward structure as well, but anything beyond essentially cosmetic changes cannot be done. Useful for regeneration, though their regenerative ability does not naturally show up in combat; its very effective at keeping them alive long term, but it doesn't really let them heal major wounds mid combat. Further, their body is made out of materials not natural to humanoid concepts, and their xeno biology reflects this. It goes without saying that her "mentality" is Eldritch as well.

"Soldier": White Rabbit is a legendary soldier in its universe of origin. With extreme amounts of natural talent, they are a soldier among soldiers. They are one of the original inventors of Space-CQC, and are an insane marksmen, not requiring even sights or a spotter to perform shots that are impossible. However, they hold a disdain for most melee weapons and prefer to use their hands or ranged weapons, especially handguns. The way they look at the battlefield is from a seasoned veteran with the calculating capacity of a quantum computer.

Equipment: White has access to a variety of (nigh exclusively) ranged weaponry, allowing them the capacity to adapt and changed tactics while fighting, or to "fit in" within a particular universe much easier. This can range from plasma, orthodox(terran) ballistics, to even laser weaponry and gyro weapons and everything in between. They further have access to a stealth suit that makes it more difficult to detect White with technological or super natural means. It is capable of mimicking clothing she sees(or even her skin) perfectly, to allow her to blend in and adapt(Thankfully, it is self repairing). All of her effects are stored within the "A-Type Timepiece".

Void Shields: A shielding system from the Timepiece that displaces what hits it by putting it in another location, thus avoiding the attack altogether. Further, this shielding can be used for short or long term teleportation. This function is outdated, so the drawbacks are a serious problem. This ability comes from the timepiece.

A-Type Timepiece: A piece of equipment that looks like a simple Golden Pocketwatch from the outside. The inside of the watch is non-euclidean in nature, and a shard of "The Looking Glass" with an alignment toward "Time" is embedded within. This gives it the capacity to produce "time grenades" that can be used like most types of explosives(Grenades, mines, etc.). Upon remote detonation, time can be altered within the bubble, such as speeding it up, slowing it down, stopping time, or even reversing it. The range and amount of manipulation depends upon the limitations put upon the universe in which White is in. Without limitations, this ability becomes extremely powerful. Further, she is capable of producing any of these effects around the Timepiece itself, thus targeting herself. (It also acts as computer/VI and information gathering tool, and is connected to the stealth suit to that effect)

Weaknesses: Because they have trained so much with their skills and weaponry, they are incapable of using what are essentially basic abilities of their race, such as manipulating vectors, using "magick", or manipulating their body in a variety of ways to make it into a monstrous weapon. Further, their void shielding is outdated; when they wish to teleport that deactivates their shielding; and vice versa. Over use of teleportation can lead to inaccuracy in where they "land". Further, they cannot just blindly teleport without any data on where they're going. Void shields, while very potent, only work on ranged attacks; it does nothing to melee attacks, unless their area of effect is insane.

Bio: The White Rabbit is an agent and Herald of the White Court. She is a being who takes over the consciousness of others to move through worlds or survive death. Thus, the body she inhabits is that of another race, called the Lemurians. However, most of her race have inhabited the Lemurians for a very, very long time, after their last exodus and flight from peril(And are thus simply called "Lemurians"). As such, this body is the one she was born into, and it thus is not "alive" in a sentient sense.

She has acted as a member of the White Court for some time, and she seems to be one of the favorites of the White Queen. Because of this, the amount of weaponry and resources she has access to is disappropriate to other members of the Court with her rank. She is a veteran of many missions but has found no deeper calling in life despite all of this. That could be called her truest objective.

Shadow Dragon Slayer: Michael is able to utilize the power of the shadows, making for a powerful offense and swift recovery.

Grima’s Mark: Michael is able to harness the power of the Shadow Dragon Grima, amplifying both his shadow magic and physical fighting capabilities. While harnessing its power, he can alter his body into a dragon-like state, his skin becoming as tough as dragon scales, pointed teeth, red eyes, and developing shadow claws. He can also form a skeletal version of Grima, utilizing it as armor or a tertiary way of attacking.

Expert Swordsman: He is capable of wielding any sort of blade.

Tactician: Utilizes his sharp wit and battlefield experience to lead others and is capable of making snap-judgments, especially when his life or the life of his comrades depends on it.

Beastial Senses: Due to being a Dragon Slayer and having a sort of bond with Grima, Michael has a better sense of smell, hearing, and overall better reflexes than that of a normal human.

Weaknesses:
Light: Light acts as a double-edged sword for Michael, it increasing the power of his shadow-based magic, but greatly straining his body as a result.

Dragon’s Bane: The longer he uses Grima’s power, his personality will change. He’ll be easy to provoke and will not resist the urge to strike down anyone that gets in the way of his current goal.

My Friends Are My Power!: Some may dub this as foolishness on his part, but Michael will put his neck on the line for his friends, even if it means he’ll lose his life in the process.

Harbinger of Awakening: Imorteth's one purpose is to bring to life all Necron Tomb Worlds he can find. He is accompanied by a group of Necron Immortals, twenty in total. They are his personal bodyguard and they are known as a Resurrection War Cell.

Rod of Night: this rod steals energy from everything technological, but only when it touches them.

Resurrection Orb: This orb allows Imorteth to bring back to life his fallen soldiers.

Sempiternal Weave:Imorteth's exoskeleton has been made stronger and more resilient due to this weave of phase hardened metals.

Shadow Ankh: This amulet produces a small but extremely power full null field generator, this allows him to nullify the effect of warp powers, and severs the connection to the Immaterium. It also nullifies magic.

Mindshackle Scarabs: These scarabs follow Imorteth's command, burrowing into an enemies mind they take full control of their targets body allowing Imorteth to control the person like a puppet.

Weaknesses:
Background fighter: Imorteth is practically useless in one on one fights, he uses his body guards and abilities to keep himself out of the fight.

Death March: Like all necrons Imorteth is slow and purposeful.

He has to follow his protocols, so if he does not need to fight he will not fight.

Name: Tiny, the Wizard King.

Appearance:
Abilities: Mend Being: Using his biomancy, Tiny can, in fact, mend wounds and heal most any damage done to most creatures, that aren't made of magic. Examples of this, he can't heal a mana-man, but he can heal an angel.
Create Being: Using his powers, Tiny can turn the most mundane things into living creatures, with magical abilities of their own. Such as, fire breathing raptors, flying wasps that can shoot stingers like a smg shoots bullets.
Memelord: Tiny, via some strange power, can pull things from the virtual realm into reality. These things, are mostly memes, such as shoop da whoop, and Nyan cat. These creatures, while not powerful, can serve as useful distractions.
Breaking the curse: Tiny can also free beings from curses, and magical prisons.
Magical staff: Tiny has a strange wooden staff, which, is oddly, super durable. He's able to deflect bullets, and blades with it, and does.
Weaknesses:
On an epic quest...to piss everyone off.: Tiny has a very strange goal. To, in fact, piss off everyone, and give everyone a common enemy. As such, he will have no one to back him up, other than his creations, and people who give such little f#@ks about shiz that they can befriend him.
Insane: Tiny is absolutely nuts. As is shown, by the fact, he seeks to piss everyone off. Expect him to do stupid shiz at time. Extremely, stupid, shit. As in piss off the most dangerous person in the room, before throwing shit at everyone else while dodging the retort to his actions.
Bio: Tiny, the Wizard King..no one knows shit about him. Other than, he's out to make you pissed.

The God Emperor is able to see into the future of the world, by glaring into the Warp. He uses the collective knowledge of all sentient beings, or at least some fragment of it, to predict future events. He quite literally draws the knowledge from the Warp, and he can use it in a variety of ways. However, due to his current state, he has only limited access to this nigh-infinite source of knowledge. He is only able to glimpse fragments of the future, and has little control over this gift. He is prone to sudden visions, and occasionally he can even be lead astray by a misinterpretation of this vast well of knowledge.

[The Minds of Many]
The Emperor was originally created when over ten thousand shamans fused their souls and beings into a single immortal spirit, a Godlike being of immense power. The Star Child was born from the souls of over a hundred Sensei, powerful descendants of the Emperor himself, fused with the remnants of the original Emperor's soul. He has the combined psychic might of all these beings, and is able to read and control the minds of others with relative ease. However, due to his current state, this ability also is fragmented. Whilst he can easily control his lesser psyker powers, he lacks the delicacy required to perform more complex actions. His attempts at mind reading might very well simply cause the target to explode, and his mind control is severely limited.

[Perfection Incarnate]
The Star Child forged it's body in the image of it's previous form, but even further enhanced. This body is the epitome of human evolution, the ideal form. His skin is tougher than Kevlar, his bones are harder than steel. His superior muscles grant him the strength of a hundred men, and his joints allow for easy and agile movement. He is fast enough to dodge bullets, and strong enough to crush steel with his bare hands. He is immune to almost any form of nonmagical poison or disease, can survive in space, and can draw nutrition from any material. He requires no sleep, and has near-infinite stamina. These feats are purely physical, and as such are not affected by his current, fragmented state. Furthermore, his physical capabilities can be further augmented psychically.

[Reality Manipulation]
Using the power of the Warp, the Emperor is able to control many aspects of reality. He is able to control and manipulate vast amounts of energy, ranging from heat to kinetic force. He is furthermore able to alter substances on a molecular level, and can create new matter from thin air. His powers also allow him to alter space and time, to an extent. For example, he is able to teleport from world to world with relative ease, and travel in and out of the warp. His power is so great that he's able to perform these feats on a planetary level, destroying and creating entire worlds. However, due to his current fragmented state, he has limited control over this power. He isn't able to access his higher-tier abilities except instinctually, to protect his life or well-being. He's also prone to use his powers accidentally, or to screw up while using them if he's trying something big.

The Emperor is a genius, carrying the knowledge and intelligence of thousands. His mind has been sculpted to perfection, and he has spent tens of thousands of years gathering knowledge both manually and with his psychic abilities. Whilst he isn't able to access most of his memories and knowledge, he has an instinctive and detailed understanding of the universe and how it functions. He is a prodigy in the fields of engineering, gentic manipulation, space travel and astrophysics. He is furthermore able to learn things at a superhuman speed, and was able to learn a new language solely from books in less than a day.

The Star Child is the Emperor reborn, and has the potential to lead all of humanity into an age of prosperity once again. However, he also has a far darker potential. His spirit is powerful enough that he is in many ways a God, like the Chaos Gods or the Eldar Pantheon, but he is bound to the physical worlds through his body. His spirit and body are the only vessel in the known universe that could host the collective might of the Chaos Gods, turning him into a Daemonhost of unimaginable power. He would become a physical being capable of directly wielding the power of all four Chaos Gods, in addition to his own powers. Such a being would be an unstoppable evil, and no doubt tear down the entire universe.

[Fragmented Soul, Fragmented Mind]
The Sensei sacrificed themselves in an imitation of the original creation of the Emperor, attempting to revive him once more. However, they only partially succeeded. The Emperor's psyche had been fragmented by his defeat and efforts atop the Golden Throne. His very soul was split into pieces, scattered through the Warp. Although the Sensei succesfully brought together the fragmented pieces and augmented it with their own souls, the result was a bit of a magical frankenstein of souls and minds. Even the Emperor's own mind couldn't properly piece itself back together, let alone all the new guys. As such much of his power, knowledge and memories are fragmented, leaving him vulnerable to the corruptive influence of chaos, and severely weakened.
Bio:
The Golden Throne kept the Emperor alive for 10.000 years, but slowly tore apart his soul and mind. His body decayed away, until he was more machine than man. Eventually and inevitably the Emperor would die, his dying breathe stretched over thousands of years. It was as the Emperor lay dying that the Sensei, his distant sons and daughters, emerged from the shadows. They knew their duty to their father, and they killed themselves in ritual sacrifice. Even as the Emperor's body finally died, his soul was revived by the combined power of the Sensei, given new cohesion, and a new chance to reform the world.

Of course, as can be seen from the text above, this didn't go over perfectly, and the Star Child is a flawed creation.

Xeno-Biologist: Luigi's service to the chaos gods has been in studying xeno life, to find better ways of corrupting the flesh, and allowing the chaotic mutagens of the warp to better twist life itself into a chaotic monstrosity. As such, his weapons, armaments, and armor are enhanced by this knowledge. He is able to inject mutagens into creatures with many needles attached to his robotic appendages, to allow the warp to change them. He can corrupt even Necron A.I, with his own, disease like, hacking equipment, built to twist even machine spirits with chaos. He even has a small bolter weapon attached to his robotics.
Heretek: Being a Heretek, Luigi's body is in fact mostly robotic, and extremely durable. He can survive long falls, being ran over by cars, getting set on fire (as long as it isn't holy fire) and the likes. However, weapons can still harm him. It's just unintentional harms that have lesser effects on him.
Surprisingly Orky ability to loot anything: Due to not only his knowledge of biology, but of mechanics, Luigi can hijack most anything, including large monsters, if he's able get to one that's not blown the hell up. After infesting some poor machine spirit, or living creature with some form of Mutagen, the chaos are able to control it, unless it's able to resist such an infection. ((Pretty much any main character is able to do this, unless you want them to be chaos infused.)) If he does hijack it, it will obey him for the time being, however after a battle it will be sent off to go fight other stuff for chaos, unless it's a player character, in which case they can do whatever hertic shit they like. These mutations can also be purged by holy priests, their powers able to defy chaos.
Chaos TechMarine Guards: A group of chaos Tech Marines follow Luigi around, studying and learning from him, as so they can reach their asperations. To becomes Warpsmiths, great techpriests of chaos. However, Luigi sees them little more than tools to further his own goals, and a meat shield for him to hide behind when things get to rough for him to handle. Each of these TechMarines are armed with chaos bolters, corrupted cog power axes.

Weaknesses: Heretek: Being heretical, a lot of magic based towards killing demons, purging evil, ect, works really well against him. His soul is infected and festering, so those able to see souls are able to really do a number on him.
Curious: Luigi is extremely curious, so..expect his scientific curiosity to get him in deep shit.
Servant of Nurgle: Luigi is a follower of the Chaos God Nurgle. As such, he is constantly at risk of ending up being subject to his own sicknesses, mutating him. This is his fate, should he fail Nurgle.
Bio: One of the many Hereteks of the chaos, Luigi is unfortunately being fucked over by Tzeench, who has sent him into a new realm, detected by the chaos after some dummy used psyker powers there.....

Race:I forgot what I used to be ,but now I am nothing more then an apparition of the fifth dimension.

Biography:I don't remeber much ,but what I do remember is this:I was a professer living with my family on a doomed world ,I attempted to tesser,or wrinkle us thru the 5th dimension to save them ,but I was the only one who made it ,but I got stuck there ,loosing my soul and almost loosing my mind in the process.I landed on Earth after god knows how long,the trip changed me ,it allowed me to tesser on command ,giving me great power ,it also made me nothing short of a shadow of what I was.

Bio:

As a child, Vali was persecuted by his father who was afraid of him and viewed him as a monster. This was later revealed to be a suggestion by his grandfather, Rizevim, who told his son to "bully" Vali if he was scared of him. Vali eventually ran away from his parents and was found by Azazel who took and raised him in Grigori where he trained himself with the intention of killing both his father and grandfather.

Personality:

While initially appearing to be a cold, arrogant, overconfident and ruthless person, Vali has a calm, noble, and caring side in him as he cares deeply for his comrades. Vali strongly believes in his own strength. Along with the Longinus "Divine Dividing" and his demonic powers, he refuses to use any other weapon besides the two.
He is known to be a prideful young man and a battle maniac, being obsessed in finding strong opponents, and having said that he would gladly welcome death if there was no one strong enough for him to fight.
Vali shows a proper attitude towards beings that deserve respect.
