As for the kidnapping subplot, I will get to you when I can find an opening for you to get involved in.

As for interaction as a whole, I know for a fact there are several characters who haven't really been doing anything. There's [@lady Tale]'s James, @Kaithas' Tali Lowe. There's also @Plank Sinatra's Dana and also @Krayzikk's Rebekah, as well as @LovelyAnastasia's Kathleen.

You can talk to them to see if anything could mesh between Gabe and their characters. :)

Ah geez, I can already imagine the interaction between Gabriel and Delilah. Wouldn't be the smoothest interaction, I can tell you that! Meeting Gabe with Ashley would definitely be interesting, as I'm sure she could easily force him out of his shell.
