I would like to know before I make a form and be disappointed, can we be dragons? If not, it's ok. I would like to be head of security, as well.

Dragons are fine :)
I'm guessing you will have a human form though? (Size reasons)
As for head of security Alex has returned to that role but alight of previous events more security couldn't hurt.

I'm thinking of making a 'the heart of the tavern' kinda item and maybe that can be the specific thing you are to guard.
But I'm pretty slow at getting round to things, so it could be a while.
