"Why are you so kind to me?" He questioned with a puzzled look on his face, he enjoyed every moment of fighting James and would have killed him if he didn't see any negative repercussions. Yet this girl was still as cheerful and nice to him as ever.

"I like to see happy people but I kinda like you." Valencia began to blush while saying the last part. She didn't know why she was so nice to him, it just felt right. "Here eat this, the sugar will help to regain some energy." and an apple appears in frond of his sight.

Zwei laughed quietly to himself as he grabbed the apple and sat up, "If you insist." He said with a smile stand up and stretching back while taking a bite out of the Apple. "Hmm well I think we should start with the activity before the counsoulers get mad." He gave a slight wink as he spoke. He approached the materials and set down his Apple ranking a piece of wood in one hand, with the other he coagulated his blood into a small blade agin and made small holes in both the top and bottom so he could properly run the sting through. After that he took another bite of his Apple and started stringing the bow Intel he felt it was tight enough. "Let's hope this doesn't break." He thought to himself as he drew the string back feeling the tension run through it, but to his surprise it withstood the tension.

Valencia smiled at Zwei when he thanked her. She didn't knew what they needed to do so she stood up and watches over what the others where making. Valencia took the other apple out of her back and took a bit out it. She watched what Zwei was making but didn't asked what it was going to be.

Kyle took his time looking at the supplies for the bows. He wanted to make a good one. Something he could really use. He watched Ivy out of the corner of his eye. When she started one of the sticks on fire he automatically put it out. He began testing the other sticks to find the most flexible wood.

Aki had never made a bow before but he knew the basics of making one. He walked over to the pile of sticks and picked up a few. He tested each for flexibility and the ones that weren't as flexible he kept to make arrows after he made the bow. He found a stick that was fairly flexible so he grabbed a string, feathers, and a knife. He then stepped away from the pile and used the knife to carve notches on each side of the stick for the string. Once he finished that he wrapped and tied the string to one side of the bow.

Matthew just avoided the task presented to the campers for now, at least until everyone got the stuff to make their bows. He walked over to the table and examined the remaining items.

Finally, he's done it. The ground is littered with broken sticks, snapped strings, and other building materials that didn't fare so well in the legendarily clumsy hands of Tim, but by God he's done it. He's built a bow that doesn't break when the string is pulled back. Tim grabbed an arrow, nocked it into the string, and attempted to shoot a nearby tree. The arrow flew 2 feet, then dropped to the ground. Back to the drawing board he goes.

"Not bad. You may continue working on the bows until we have lunch ready. We will be in the cafeteria if you need us." the counselors headed to the lunch room.

"Having so trouble there?" Zwei asked with a playful smile on his face. "Have you ever crafted a bow before, Valencia?" He asked looking at her bewildered expression.

Matthew bent the stick he picked up until it snapped. He frowned slightly. "hmmm..."

Ivy got bored trying to get the stick to bend the way she wanted it to. She put her stick back down and bounced around looking at the others. She knew better then to go too far. She didn't want to distract her brother from his crafting. He would be angry if she ruined his time. So she simply looked around and watched the other.

Valencia looked back at Zwei. "No, I have not and I have never tried it before." She said while looking at his for a while and looking back at him and smiled back.

Tim pulled back on the string of his newly made bow. The twig he was using as an arrow rested upon it, aimed at a tree trunk roughly 5 yards away. Tim let loose the string, and it snapped across his forearm. It stung, but not too bad. The draw strength was most certainly not strong enough, as evidenced by the twig bouncing across the dirt roughly 4 yards away and resting nicely at the foot of the target tree.

The bell rang through the camp calling the campers too lunch.

"Well, that's that," Tim muttered to himself. He wondered to himself where he was going to put the bow he just built, looked around, and set it on the ground, hoping no one would step on it.

Zwei gave the girl a slight smile, "I see, Shall we go to lunch?" Zwei asked as he heard the bell ring. The bell reminded him of how livestock would be condition to go eat at the sound of a bell.

Matthew took his incomplete bow and arrow with him so get lunch. He had missed the meals the previous day and he knew he had to eat something.

The bell rang and Valencia stood up and was about to say the same thing as Zwei to get lunch. So she nodded and thought about to take his hand. Valencia waited for him to get up. She grabbed her back and looked at him

Zwei smiled at Valencia and extended his hand to her, "May I escort you Valencia?" He gave a slight blush as he spoke to her, he didn't understand what was happening this girl was starting to grow on him she was special at least to him.
