I can actually see Telio being quite good at magic. As a cartographer he has to be pretty good at geometry and various kinds of algebra, which are skills generally associated with rune-based magic. I can also see him getting a bit reckless in experimentation...

Roy follows the Woodcutters Creed, which states the idea of returning what is taken(So in a way he is all about encouraging new growth). However I will admit making a woodcutter who loves trees is a part of the reason why I love his character so much!

@Crimson Raven Vee hasn't made an intro post but plans to. :) Also, she said previously that her posting speed will likely be a few times a week or less. That's absolutely cool and I don't want anyone to feel pressured. However if you plan on posting daily I suggest you be mindful of which characters you choose to interact with and which players to wait for. I separated the groups partially based on posting speed to avoid this very issue. :)

If you want I can have Sharie pull Kelsier out of his conversation, that way he wouldn't have to awkwardly walk away, that is if you want to switch gears and get him interacting with someone else so you can post.

My idea is team broccoli closes the gap between them and the rest of the group. Sharie sees Kelsier and because he's technically still a member of her team, she calls out to get his attention. Something like this is what I'm thinking.

I feel like he wouldn't, or at the very least not out of sadness. He would almost as if it's fitting for an old tree to give back to the world, and in doing so plant another tree that would grow in its place. I did try to address this idea somewhat in my post, while the entire idea of a woodcutter loving trees is hilarious it also deals with this level of respect. A tree that he doesn't need to cut he will leave be, as it has it's own role to play in the world. Or at the very least that's what I generally thought of so far.
