Well that seems pretty clear. So peace is sort of on the horizon? If there's a male claimant on the throne and the most likely contender for the throne, claim wise, has been captured, I mean. If I'm going to play the Tullys, can I ask what has been happening near the Riverlands?

Currently there's a group in Harrenhal looking for a dragon, and the Lord of Harrenhal has a plot that I haven't revealed yet.

Harrenhal is always bad news, it's almost like the place is cursed. So should I play the current Tully house that's in the CS in the Characters tab or make a new one? Or just edit the current one to avoid continuity errors?

Okay, nice. I'll read the letter and try to incorporate it into the characters or, at least, try not to do anything that actively disagrees with what's been said in it. Sorry for all the questions but I might have a few more. Should I have an explanation for why the house hasn't been involved in any of the shenanigans in Westeros so far? If so, I may have the old head of the house finally succumb to an illness and his heir take control and start putting things back into shape.

Uneasily, yes, they are :)

Roosan, that is a choice you actually have- the previous Lord Tully was isolationist, and likely declined an offer from the Westermen to marry off Tywin to one of his daughters. As his heir, you might think different...or hear the rumours that King Aerys Targaryen is on the throne, and just beat back the Crakehalls...with the Reach barely playing it's hand :D So yeah, you're still an important figment in all of it, and who knows what you could do.

My current concept for a character is a young lord who has come into power after his father passed away from an extended illness. I want to have hime do his best to be a Tully lord and try to follow the family words but also be young and rash. So he's certainly not going to be an isolationist but he probably won't want to trade away his sisters either. I'm thinking of having a wise, old and totally-not-ambitious maester to advise him though, who might push for a marriage to smooth things over.

Garland is unmarried (and yet unoficially, betrothed to Baela Targaryen) while Alerie is completely single...she's attractive and smart, red-haired Reachwoman, why not, right? I mean, otherwise, I'd go with another Dornishman I was going to make that would end up marrying her, which would be interesting to play with. Just to throw that out there.

Oh, and don't ask about Rickard. He's a crippled boy who might become a Maester. Or more. Who knows. I haven't delved into him as I have kept KL so bright, and actually, RPing a 14 year old who is marginally more able than Garland is more difficult than I imagined :P

Man other than the whole 'Tywin is gay' thing the Crakehalls are pretty well off, and hey! Tywin is an option! He is a hidden in the closet by papa kind of gay so... there is some deniability there... btw is @Apoalo still in this? Cause Leona is out in Dorne atm

You don't have to wait on me you know? I am about half way done with my post. Writers block, work, family, etc, all piled up for a little while. But anyhow, my post will be independent of whats going on in Westeros, for the most part. I will try and finish the rest tonight at work, but no promises. But anyhow, hope you are all doing well, and I look forward to getting my post out.
