@KatherinWinter She changes forms based on the phase of the moon so i suppose if it was a projection of the moon, it would work. Her powers will work as long as there's moonlight.

@luclovers I understood the phase part. I just hadn't thought about how she would learn control. I think a projection or magical moon might work.

Oh okie dokie then, I wasn't aware. I'm new to this forum, the whole apply thing wasn't blatantly obvious, sorry. So then are the parents human or something lower than a god? I'd like to know.

The Parents have to be gods (actual ones from some kind of mythology etc....) this I believe includes titans and primordial beings, or have to have a big believable story as to how your god/goddess came into existence.
