[IC] Pokémon Hoenn: α and Ω

Liam was worried. He felt like they should intervene, but this was an official gym battle, and that might be frowned on. Still, he had his hand on Gallade's ball, should Enkidu need to be knocked out quickly.

The primeape finally, after grabbing the small steel type Pokémon and bashing with overly powerful strikes, the primape discarded it, tossing magnemite to the wattson that seemed to be in awe. The poor thing didn't even stand a chance, and he wondered how strong that primape truly was. With a bit of thought he sighed and sent out voltorb. Khuda was holding back her primape, grunting and struggling to talk. "No enkidu! We, need, to switch out. I promised you'd get them all, but you're being crazy!" He was slowlying being skid onto the arena, and finally letting go. Eventually her Pokémon managed to grab her, and Khuda was thrown across the room into the bleachers to sit and watch. She rubbed her back in pain. "Why that little...I'll give him and uppercut you've got" she continued in angry mummbles. Primape, on the other hand, was not taking to long, rushing for the voltorb and grabbing it, squeezing tight before jumping up, turning upside down and going for a powerful suplex for her vital throw. Unfortunately the vultorb started to glow, and in the monkey pigs hands, it exploded, sending hime out of the map, and the vultorb steaming and unconscious on the map. After the steameeting cleared, two glinting red eyes glared through at he enemy. Primape started to get up, but was in pain. Khuda jumped up, still worried.
"No, just stay down! It's ok!'
Primape roared and was now standing, snarling at its owner, only to fall down again, too weak to stand or move much. It was panting heavily. Khuda quickly moved to put his heavy weights back on him and she moved nervously towards the other trainer she was fighting, rubbing the back of her neck.
"Hehe, sorry about all this"
Wattson laughed. "That was quiet the show young lady, maybe he next one will be less dramatic"

Liam began to relax as he saw Enkidu was worn out. "We have to keep an eye on that Primeape."

Khuda let out a sigh as she looked through her pouches. Primeape had begun to show disobedience as they trained, but she didn't notice how bad it was until now. With a sigh of relief she pulled out her gravaler. Kirilia was trying to go her job as cut man, but didn't seem to be able to bring primeape to her and so she just patched him up there, though the sadist within her made sure to only cover up enough so that her trainer would not be mad. With gavaler out and ready, he contrasted primeape completely. He was still, arms outstretched on either side ready to fight. He had no movement, and his face was blank, almost like a robot. He awaited commands. Wattson nodded.
"Hmm, good choice kiddo! This final pokemon is pretty strong, so be sure to be on your toes!"
And with that she watched a Magneton emerge. As soon as it was out, khuda cursed to herself and began to rethink her strategy, but was too busy with this to see her pokemon get hit by super sonic. Because of this, she was surprised to see her demands have no effect for so long, gaveler just falling over and attempting to get up, getting shocked by various electric moves for a while. He didn't seem very hurt, at first, but was doing damage, Khuda could tell. Suddenly it snapped out of it, but by then it was hurt enough to show. Khuda knew she needed to act quick.
"Now, smack down!" She shouted, and gavaler was suddenly high in the air, hitting down it's opponent to the ground, and it knew how to follow up. A very powerful earthquake shook the gym, doing massive damage to the enemy as gravaler stomped it out. With a final mega punch, magneton hit the side of the building but regardless started to float, hitting gravaler with super sonic again and a few more electric attacks. Khuda knew she needed to act quick, and with a hastily, paniced voice, she finally shouted.
"Self destruct!"
and watched her pokemon grab the other and a powerful explosion follow suit. As the smoke cleared, the rock type was on the ground, but magneton was high in the sky, though it was clearly using almost all of it's energy to stay afloat. Khuda looked to the only two pokeballs left in her bag. She knew what she had to do.
"Hohoho! Young lady, you only have one more pokemon! I hope the next one can put up an equally powerful display!"
Khuda bit her lip as she nodded to kirilia, wondering if the other pokemon would have been a better pick but deciding it would not be in her best interest.
"Kirilia...use torment" She responded, watching the small pokemon greedily grin, and with it's psionic power to slowly make the other pokemon grow mentally in pain. As it was finally mentally beaten, kirilia used confusion to finish it off. Khuda sighed. She had to go to such great levels to beat this enemy, even after all that training.

Liam began to relax as he saw Enkidu was worn out. "We have to keep an eye on that Primeape."

"Primeape are well known for their fury and tenacity," stated Shiranui. He saw Graveler explode after shaking off several zaps and even felt Kirlia's sadism. "She's as sadistic as a Gourgeist," he mused, "As a Gardevoir, she may end up being as evil as Saisei was when Liam and I first met him."

Khuda begrudgingly accepted her badge and sighed, thanking watts on and walking off. She picked up primeape with surprising ease. She hefted him towards the door, returning her other two pokemon. "And here I thought we where strong enough"

Liam went back to the Pokémon Center. He was peeping for the next contest.

As did Shiranui. "We have a while before we reach the next gym," he stated.

Liam began devising his plan.

Khuda healed her pokemon and sighed, walking off.
"Looks like I still have a lot of training to do, see you guys"

Lance healed his Pokemon,"same I feel like I'm falling behind you guys" Lance says running off with his Pokemon. He ran into the forest and stopped at an open area near a pond. "Perfect place to train" he looked over to his right and saw an injured Pokemon with a lilypad on top of it. Lance went over to it and the Pokemon and picked it up. "Hey don't touch that weakling" someone said, it was another trainer slightly older then Lance. "He is such a weak Pokemon he doesn't deserve a trainer" Lance gree angry. "I don't understand why you would do that to a Pokemon, with enough training and care they can be strong" Lance said. "I'll show you" Lance said rushing back to the Pokemon center. lanxe hurriedly gave the Pokemon to blissey. "I hope it will be alright"

Khuda's primeape would sock that other trainer, followed by khuda doing the same. They walked on deeper into the forest to train.

Liam saw the Pokémon that Lance had brought to the center. "What happened to the Lotad?" He inquired.

Shiranui scanned Lotad with his Pokédex. "Lotad, the Water Weed Pokémon. It looks like an aquatic plant and serves as a ferry to Pokémon that can't swim."

"Nasty trainer didn't want him no more, he didn't want me to take it to the Pokemon center, he was talking down and saying that he would never amount to anything" Lance knew that with the right training it would be a great and powerful Pokemon. "I know that with good training it will be an powerful Pokemon I feel it" Lance says clenching his fists

"That's the sort of determination I like to see in a trainer," replied Shiranui, feeling disgust towards Lotad's old trainer.

"Well, it saddens me to say it, but there are people like that in the world." Liam told Lance. "All we can do for now is wait for the Lotad to be healed up."

"Yeah, hopefully the little guy doesn't go back to him" Lance said he took a seat in the waiting room with his Pokemon.

"As long as the punk holds Lotad's Pokéball, it may not have much of a choice." Liam replied. The ER light turned off and Joy came out while Blissey pushed a gurney that the Lotad was resting on. Joy informed them that Loatd would be fine, it just needed to rest.

"That's great to hear," commented Shiranui, glad to know Lotad was otherwise fine.
