It has been one hundred and twenty years since the Fourth Great Ninja War against Madara Uchiha. Following the Allied Shinobi Forces being formed the hidden villages entered a peace treaty and are currently in a state of world wide non-conflict. The Five Kage are all in excellent standing with each other and a sort of "United Nations" is in place. Ninja often travel between other villages to see far away friends and to learn from their allies, but even in such an improved world the prospect of rouge shinobi remains; and those who would steal power from others still exist.
You are part of a Chunin level exchange program with the Hidden Leaf. You are part of a small group of ninja from different villages, including the Leaf; who will be assigned to a mission to promote international unity and teamwork. However many young ninja use these programs as an opportunity to test themselves against foreign shinobi and to prove their own strength.
You find yourself in the Hidden Leaf, waiting in the training grounds. Slowly others begin to trickle in as you asses your new teammates. Now is the time to prove to everyone else, and to yourself that you are formidable ninja with a bright future.
This is going to be an RP with a deep plot and large amount of combat, with character relations and sub plots as well. It will follow a simple system of rolling for attacks and basic actions, with the rolls functioning off of player stats; meaning each character will have different stats, skills, and specialties. This is just how combat will work though, and the RP is still based around writing; I will be doing all the rolls and posting them in chat.
If you haven't watched the anime you may be a little bit lost and will have difficulty understanding alot of what is going on, so I'd recommend not applying if you haven't watch some of it. The CS and everything else will be in the OOC, But I plan to include all the jutsu and techniques from the show; as well as player created jutsu. You can be apart of any bloodline and therefor can have any bloodline trait, such as Sharingan and Byakugan. There will be a weapon system, item inventories, artifacts, and transformations (Like Sage mode, Curse mark, and the 8 Gates).
