Name: Mithias
Age: 700
Appearance: Yellow eyes, nearly white skin, long back hair.

World of Origin: Blood Compact/Hell's Coffee Lounge

Personality:

Distantly loving and peaceful. Lonely. Highly values 'family.' Loyal to a fault. Clings to morality but certainly walks the line. He has to drink blood and this of course causes moral conflict. He is protective of those who cannot defend themselves, particularly humans who usually get the short end of the deal with vampires. Although he is actually very pretty to look at, he knows he doesn't look human and more often terrifies mortals.

History:

Mithias was oblivious in his own world, fighting the eternal war between vampires and humans with the goal of establishing and maintaining balance between them. Some might say he was merely perpetuating the war itself and delaying the true peace that would come from one side gaining final victory. He had been at rest in his father's house when he awoke to find himself in a completely different environment with Lydia. he knew he had enemies on both sides but he never suspected...

Long ago he had been a Templar Knight, one of the last, and watched as all of humanity seemed to revolt against itself as the Inquisition hit. He owes the one that turned him, the one who in essence freed him from such mortal concerns and allowed him to save his former wife and child. Mithias has ever since been vigilant against corruption whenever an organization grows too big and powerful. He rejects blind faith. He entertained himself with protecting his descendants from the shadows for many generations, and since has become considerate of all humans, retaining a sense of kinship with them.

Eventually humans developed sufficient technology to potentially destroy the masquerade and threaten vampires directly and war broke out. One insane oldblood vampire named Magnus rose up to unite the vampires and take over, but he failed. Mithias had joined the resistance and had a hand in creating the "Soldier" organization which maintained the peace post-war. But the battle never truly ends.

Vampires:

Each bloodline has unique attributes. Mithias is harmed by Christian/Jewish holy things, but that's not always true with other vampires. He's ok with silver and can endure sun, but the light does dampen his senses and slow him down. He can heal rapidly and recover from injuries that would be lethal to a living creature. He doesn't technically need to breathe to survive, but he would probably pass out without oxygen eventually. Blood fuels his strength, power, healing, speed, enhanced senses. If you pierce his heart, he'll "die" but he might heal back and rise up again once you remove the object from his heart. You'd have to also chop off his head and/or burn his body to prevent that.

Abilities:

Mithias' mainstay defining ability is his complete control of his own mind. He cannot be spoken to telepathically, affected by illusions, mentally controlled, emotionally manipulated, or have his mind read in any way by any supernatural being. His mind is stealthed on the psyonic radar, a black void. In shielding himself this way, he has also negated his own ability to telepathically read others.

Mithias has some limited psychic control over heat. Think firestarter, pyrokinesis, but he can also remove heat from a substance. This power requires willpower and focus, and the amount he can do with it depends on how much focus and intent he can muster. He is easily capable of putting out a candle from across the room. He could potentially walk through a burning building without being burned, depending on how much of an inferno it is in there. He could suddenly redirect a flame thrower's fire to save his or another's life, melt a computer's motherboard, light his swords on fire to fight, generate light with a flame in his palm, ignite something flammable nearby, keep a person warm in a cold environment. He's not going to be able to stop an explosion, because it occurs too fast, but maybe he could shield off some of the heat from it if he's that close. Mithias could potentially be capable of creating a fireball or wings made of flame if he's extremely motivated and has fed recently enough.

Other: Mithias is fast and strong, but not as strong as a lot of other vampires. His bloodline is big on mental abilities and less physical. That being said, he has mastered dual-wielding swords and can fight using technique and speed mostly.

Name: Naz'Tol La Kov "The Traitor".

Age: 2,000

Gender: Male.

Appearance:

World of Origin: Original Universe, based loosely off of Dnd, mixed with Conquest of Elysium.

Personality: Naz is a demon who understands the natural balance of good, and evil, and abhors those that seek to throw it out of wack. As he sees it, good people send evil people to the inferno, where he punishes them. When a evil person is saved, he sees them as another means to send other evil beings to be tortured. As such, out of all his infernal siblings, Naz was the best choice to be summoned to help. He is understanding, and oddly moral for a demon. Of course, he is still an evil creature, at least in some ways. He savors sadistic pleasures when it comes to evil people, and will rarely allow them to become good himself, as his hunger for torture blinds him at times. However, when forced to forgo his fun by his allies, he will submit.

History:
Naz was born from the infernal pits when a torturer was needed, as hell was being rapidly filled by a war plaguing the land, evil creatures being slaughtered left and right, their spirits feeding the flames. At first, he was like the others, ravenous, and evil to his core, however when a mortal traversed the flames to find his wife who had been taken from the mortal plain by one of his fellows, Naz was more curious, that enraged. He spoke with the mortal, and learned of how the war had caused demons to spring up across the mortal plains, driven there by the dark souls that still lingered. He learned of how heroes of light and good had slaughtered the evil hordes by the thousands, and there he learned a valuable lesson.
Good, was a necessary evil for hell to maintain itself. As such, he let the man pass without trouble, an action he would of been punished for later, if the mortal had not slain several demon lords, and created a power vacuum that Naz filled with ease, using his new found knowledge to rapidly gain power. Making deals, assisting heroes with slaughtering those who seek to preform evil, betraying dark forces, and even other demons, quickly earning himself the title of "The Traitor"

Abilities: Infernal Magic: Naz is able to conjure dark flames, able to easily melt though metal armors, save for holy/enchanted armors, or sci-fi super armors. He can create flaming whips, burning spears, and other simple weapons he can wield, toss, or use in a pinch to wedge something shut. He also manages to use his infernal powers to increase his physical strength, allowing him to easily carry around 1000 lbps, and in times of need, throw things of about a ton. However, doing such feats strains his body immensely, and can backfire, resulting him extensive physical trauma which may require him to consume evil blood to heal.
Dark Summoning: Once per day, Naz can summon one of his fellow demons to help him. His siblings are all weaker than he is, but there is a lot of them. This means he could get a small group of demons following him, using them for their utility rather than straight up strength, such as flying imps to scout, or maybe a succubus to retrieve information out of someone.

Other: All of his abilities cease to function on holy grounds, or if someone presses a holy symbol to him. This also causes intense, crippling pain. Priests, and other holy men are immune to his powers, as long as they are actually working in his religion's parameters, save for religions that encourage evil on a large scale, such as murders, human sacrifices, or enforces a convert or die policy.
