The twins looked at each other for a moment before responding. "That's... not the only thing that makes him seem like that. Let's just say a lot has happened in his life and leave it at that..." Said Rico, obviously keeping something from the two before them. "He's a really great Pokemon though, he's kind, generous, just one of the best Pokemon you'll ever meet." Said Lulu.

When the subject focused back on the Swords of Justice, the two shook their heads. "They vanished without a trace... they said they were going out on a training mission, from what we've heard. The headed out and never came back..." He said, Lulu picking up where he left off. "Dad organized the whole guild to find them, they searched for months. But... nothing." She finished.

Finally the subject turned towards something a little less depressing. "Join us? Not unless Devon somehow learned Aura Sphere. Now that we managed to use it, we need to make sure we keep working with it." Said Rico. "Mhm, one day we might be as good as Dad!" Lulu responded.

After a little more conversation with their old friends, the two headed up to a cliff overlooking the village. Up there you could see the whole village, and there was always a quaint breeze blowing. The two laid side by side, enjoying the refreshing breeze and amazing view. "I think this view was what I missed the most from here... Apart from out friends of course!" Said Serenity, looking over to Omen, who was still deep in thought. "Still thinking about that vision you had?" She asked.

"Mhm... it was like nothing I've ever felt before... I still have no idea what it means... I'm not as attuned to this sense as my father or mother... it was so blurry, if you could say that..." He said, soon feeling one of Serenity's feelers curl over his back. "Just relax, stressing about it will only make things worse. You'll figure it out eventually, just think about the here and now. Please?" She asked, with a certain look in her eyes that Omen couldn't refuse. "Alright... you win. Let's just enjoy the view, for now." He said, Serenity smiling as she looked back over the town with Omen.

An uncomfortable expression spread across the Totodile's face as he glanced over to Spirit, still taking out his pent up emotions on one of the many punching bags that would probably meet the same fate as the rest. Man....Poor Spirit. He doesn't deserve any of that....He seems like a really decent guy....He even let me stay at the Guild for free.....I wonder if those Swords of Justice Pokémon will ever show up again? Just cause they never found them doesn't mean they're dead...

Then a rather odd question came from the Mawile next to him. Causing Devon to look over at her and tilt his head, before looking back to the twins and showing off a toothy grin after the replied. "Nope, probably can't pull off Aura Sphere, so I can't be apart of the Riolu club. But uh...Can I ask you something? Would you guys wanna help me with this whole 'save the world' thing? I know we practically just met, but...Besides Celty, I don't know who else to turn to."

He waited for a while, then as he saw that Zaru almost stepped on him without noticing he felt a bit of relief due to knowing that his disguise was working. Zaru soon sat down in a tree and once his friend was out of hearing range he snickered softly.

"Zaaaaruuuu.... This is the ghost of times paaaaast.... I've come to tell you that yoooou've been a naughty chiiild" he said with his best ghost imitation.

He then waited for effect before *poof* "Bo!" he said with a loud raised voice. He then grinned to himself. "Do not fear, your team mate Zorua is here~" he said with his smug smile.

Zeths "Relay" the Meowstic

He gave his new partner a nod as he signed them up for the mission and then headed out to the meeting spot after packing two bags for them with supplies they could need. He did suspect that they wouldn't need too much, but he decided to bring the basics as it was best to come prepared.

He then nodded "Alright, Lets see if we can find the client he said and went to outside the dungeon where they would meet before heading out to catch the criminal.

Zaru the Chimchar

The Chimchar had grown comfortable on the branch of the tree when he heard a voice. He looked around, body ready for a fight. He wasn't thinking it was some ghost; he was thinking it was an enemy Haunter who was messing with him. The haunting didn't continue though. And Milton popped out of nowhere prompting Zaru to almost use Ember on him in complete surprise. However, once he placed a name on the face, he calmed down.

"Ah, it's only you huh?" It was a passive response but his neutral face broke into a smirk as he climbed down to meet with the Zorua. "Thought you headed home. What are you doing here?" He asked curiously. He thought Milton wasn't interested in doing missions, especially since the guy didn't look too happy getting his badge. Not that Zaru was complaining, he was glad to have a partner in this mission, especially since he's already exhausting himself so he took a lot of breaks.

Kargool was excited for this mission. It's been a while since he went out into the field, and he was looking forward to actually helping with this one. Aside from these benefits, this would probably help jumpstart him into a good name to join the guild. He floated behind Relay the entire trip to the mission location with a wide smile on his face, his old Envirolock badge gleaming in the sunlight. While he was walking, he looked up and happened to see a Pelipper fly overhead. He wondered if his old buddies managed to write back fast enough to respond and send a message back.

The twins just kind of stood there when Devon asked if they would help him. They looked at each other for a moment as well, deciding to take the matter to a more private conversation. While they weren't as attuned to Aura as their dad, they could easily communicate with it as to keep many things private. Devon's such a nice person, and I want to help him, but... Yeah, I know what you're thinking. We wouldn't really be much help to him right now. If we were older and evolved we could help, also what would Dad say? Should we ask him? I don't know, this is a more personal decision... I think we should help him any way we can. Well... maybe your right...

For the others in the vicinity it was more like an awkward silence than the deep conversation the two were having. The only sounds were from outside or from the beating and eventual destruction of the punching bags in the background. Finally the twins nodded in agreement of some kind and looked back to the others. "We'd be happy to help you any way we can, Devon!" Said Rico. "Right, we might not be able to help much, but we'll do what we can and get better!" Said Lulu.

The two looked past them and saw the sun had rose higher into the sky. It was now past morning, meaning lots of the places in town would be open. "I guess since Devon will be living here now, we might as well give you guys a tour of town, if you haven't had one already." Said Rico. "Right, and when it gets around lunch time, there's plenty of great places in town to get a bite to eat that we can check out!" Said Lulu cheerfully.

As a few Pokemon began to approach, the lone Flareon took it as a sign that they were there for the job. "Thank you so much for helping me!" She began as she explained her situation. "I've been travelling a lot, looking for old family members. I thought I might find some here in Valiant Village. But on my way here, some Dwebble jumped me and took all the money I had on me, which is, well, all of the money I have! Please, catch that petty thief and teach him a lesson!" She finished, looking at the two Pokemon with hopeful eyes.

He was a bit surprised when Zaru got ready to attack but let out a sigh of relief when his friend calmed down. He then Chuckled slightly as his friend mentioned his beliefs.

" Oh yeah 'only me'... Hey sorry for not bringing the cavalry dude.... I came here to rescue your sorry butt from doing something stupid... Guild rule number 1... Never go alone. What were you thinking?... It's a reason its called Rescue Team!... First mission and you already screw up the basics... Oh well, I better stick to you like glue to make sure you don't get yelled at.... So Milton Joined the team." he commented and put on a smug smirk.

He listened to the Flareon and nodded as she finished. "Worry no more... I Am Zeths, 'Relay' of the coalition of Psychers, member of Spirit Guild. And I pledge on my honor and that of my Guild that I will do my utmost to find this villain and bring it to justice... This is Kargool, my assistant for this mission... Now if you don't. Mind think of all details you can remember of this Debble,that way I can read the surface of your thoughts and project a mental image" he said as he bowed deeply to her. His eyes then glowed slightly as he raised a hand and one ear, waiting on only her permission to begin.

"Dwebble, huh. Good thing I learned Flash Cannon such a long time ago." Kargool thought, with a smile appearing on his face. He was happy to help this Flareon with her misfortunate event, crooks are rude, and naturally it was a good thing to help those in need. After hearing Relay mention something about him reading thoughts, he decided to quiet down on his own, as to not cause interference between him and this Flareon.

Zaru the Chimchar

Zaru listened as his friend ranted on about guild rules. Yes, that is true. It was against guild rules to go on missions alone. It was the main reason why he stayed behind, helping around in town instead of going on mystery dungeons most of the time. Because he didn't have a team. "For you information, I was doing just fine. It's not that hard out here, especially for a fire type like me." He pointed out.

But he grinned. "Thanks anyway. Great to know I actually am part of a team now. It makes things easier." He then looked around. "I don't know about you but I'm all ready to continue my search for Growlithe. And I'd rather find him quickly so Pachirisu would stop worrying about it." He continued, ready to move out to continue his mission. It wasn't about the money. It was helping the client.

The glance and silence the two Riolu gave off was understandable. It was a big decision that the Water-type had just offered them, and thinking it over was a reasonable thing to do. That being said, it still didn't make it any less awkward. Devon simply stood by and waited as the two thought, his brown eyes scanning over the room and his mind mentally wincing whenever a sandbag met it's horrific end.

Finally it seemed they had made their decision. One, that made Devon grin toothily. "Dude, any sort of help's awesome! Thank you guys!"

The offer to give a tour of the town was a welcome one, seeing as how yesterdays went a little less than well. The toothy grin shrunk down to just a smile as the beaten up Totodile spoke. "That sounds great. Me and Celty uh...Tried to go on one yesterday, but then that Scizor guy showed up and everyone started flipping out. Food would be cool too." Gaze panning over to Celty, he waved. "You're coming with right Celty?"

Devon directly addressed Celty, and her eyes went from the floor, to him. Scratching the back of her head, she replied awkwardly, "Uh... yeah, sure I guess. It's not as if I have anything better to do." The way she said it was odd. It was half truthful, half... not so much. "And... yeah, we were about to go on a tour when everything went south. We haven't had a decent meal in a while either so... yeah, would be nice. I can treat everyone too."

The twins smiled at the responses. "Alright! Let's go! There's a lot to show off, so be ready!" Said Lulu, already rushing out the door. Rico scratched the back of his head looking after her. "Well, there she goes again... but yeah, you'd think a place like this would be pretty small, but it's got a lot of businesses and shops around here!" He said, waving them on.

The Flareon client looked slightly confused at the Mewostic. "Do... do you not know what a Dwebble looks like? It was literally a normal Dwebble... he took off down there..." She said, pointing down into the Tranquil Forest Crevice. She thought to herself for a moment. "Are these guys for real? Reading my mind to figure out who mugged me when I told them exactly who the culprit is? And he's so formal... he reminds me of the rich guys from Lively Town..." She thought.

The Zorua rolled his eyes and almost prepared to transform into Zaru and show himself some gratitude. But then his friend actually did thank him which made him grin.

"Well your welcome. Heh... As if you need to ask. Let's go get em, lead the way Zaru, your officially the team leader" he stated after all it was Zaru's mission and he didn't really know the in depth details about what they was supposed to be doing. He was eager to lend his support however, and for the purpose of sheer intimidation he transformed into his cousin A Flareon.

The Meowstic raises a brow as the Flareon replied, and once she started thinking it was difficult for him to read the surface thoughs as he already had connected to her. '*click* Real we are indeed... But yes, I do know the general shape of a Dwebble, but I it's helpful to know if you noticed any variations from the norm, size difference, cracked shells... Scars... Just in case we run into more than one Dwebble in there it would help us if we knew if it was actually the culprit... After all its unlikely they will carry a sign that say :I did it: ' he replied straight into the Flareons own mind after making a connection tone.

He glanced to Kargool and pointed in the direction the Flareon directed them. '*click* Get ready to head out... ' he said to Kargool by telephacy as well.

"Team leader? Just the mere thought of being called that makes me want to crawl under a rock." Zaru said. He never really thought himself of leader material, nor did he ever want to take it. But after that comment, he began walking. Well, it was understandable in this case since he was the one who picked up the request. So he'll just roll with it this time. Once they were back on track, he began speaking again.

"Pachirisu and Growlithe were walking around in the Crevice. But something attacked them, too fast for them to see. Pachirisu made a run for it and only noticed that Growlithe was nowhere to be seen. Fearing that whatever attacked them will come back, she enlisted the guild's help." He explained. That was what he gathered from the pokemon. "So keep an eye out for Growlithe alright?" He looked back at the Zorua-in-disguise as he said this and then looked back to where he was going. Two eyes are better than one, that was for sure.

The Vanillite looked at the Flareon's confused face, and felt like this was a bit unsettling to her, considering Relay did ask to look into her mind which was a bit... well... really interesting. A simple 'Could you tell us if there was anything of note about the culprit?' probably would've sufficed, and avoided a rather awkward encounter. "Miss, I promise to you that we will get your money back."

In Kargool's mind, he heard Relay tell him to get ready, and figuring that Relay was still reading his mind, Kargool thought his response. "Say the word and I'll be ready to follow."

Devon, Celty, and the Riolu twins swiftly left the dojo to finally take a proper tour of the town. The hustle and bustle of the midday appeared to be starting up, as the streets were a flurry of motion with many mon going about their business. The beaten up Totodile of the group titled his head upwards to look towards the grand statue in the square as he did yesterday, and smiled. "Ya know, the town's alot nicer when everyone's not running around screaming. I'm liking this already." His brown eyes then settled on the two blue canines leading him. "So, what're some fun places to go in Valiant Village guys?"

The twin Riolu led the way as they made their way into the Village Center. "Yeah, I'll tell you, battles like Dad against Flash don't happen all that often around here. Most criminals are smart enough to steer clear of this place." Said Rico. "Fun places? Hmm... well, there's Slurpuff's Bakery just down that way, he makes the most delicious pastries you've ever eaten! Then there's... Oh yeah, the Village Overlook! It's a cliff way up there above town, and from up there you can see the entire village!" She said.

Rico nodded. "There's one more place, too, but it's only really special at night. Me and Lulu sneak out a lot to go there at night." Said Rico. "Yeah, it's out in Tranquil Forest, it's amazing!" She said. "It's all up to you guys though, what do you wanna see, where do you wanna go? We're your tour guides to this place!" Finished Rico.

Soon the couple spotted something in the distance, something flying towards the village. Omen looked closely at the small speck, and picked out two colors. Red, and Blue... ah, he knew them right away. "Come on, Serenity! We've got to tell Spirit that they're here!" He said, jumping up and heading for the path back into town. "Hey! Wait for me! Why are we in such a hurry!" She yelled after him.

Flareon was now beyond freaked out, this guy just intruded on her own personal, private thoughts. The look was plain on her face. "Well, you know, from what I know about this place, Dwebble isn't exactly the most common thing around here. I doubt he'll be hard to find down there... now, just please go..." She said, getting impatient and very nervous now. She now pushed all her thoughts to the back of her mind, she didn't want this guy reading any more private matters in her mind.

The cut and beaten Totodile looked at both twins for a moment before staring up at the impressive stone statue and crossing his arms. 'Hmm'ing a bit in thought. Before looking back to the two Aura users and smiling. "How about this; we go to the bakery, grab some food to go, then have a little picnic up on the Overlook? Then if we're all feeling up to it, we can visit that place in the forest later tonight. That sound good to you guys?" Devon said as he gestured to the three other mon around him.
