Bio: Born in Moscow May 13, 1990  Joseph was raised in the slums of the grand city. His mother died during childbirth, and his father was an alcoholic. At the age of 6 his father left him to a local orphanage to purse personal gain in the world. By the age of 14 he was kicked out of the orphanage to live on the streets. Having to join a gang to survive, Joseph learned how to not only survive but to thrive. As the years went by the gang he joined had been getting more and more ambitious, taking control of more and more of the slums. At one point they where the strongest group in the city. That is until they where put down by local authorities. At the age of 17 Joseph was arrested and sentenced to 20 years. 

One year into his sentence Joseph was visited pay a man in a military uniform. He was given a choice, ether go with the man and become a government vigilante, or stay and rot. Not a man to turn down an opportunity, Joseph took the offer. He taken to a facility deep in Siberia. There he underwent the extreme training in order to become what the wanted. He went through not only physical training, but mental training. They broke him down then built him back up. They even gave him a code name: Steel

After half a decade of training, they began to send him on missions. Joseph didn't know at the time, but most of them where cleaning up what was left of his old gang. He didn't know any of this until three years later. He was given a simple mission, take down a powerful man who goes against the wishes of the government. Though before he could pull the trigger on the beaten man on the floor, he saw a picture of a familiar woman. It took him a moment, but he realized that it was his mother. Putting the pieces together, he realized now to he almost shot his father. Taking his helmet off he looked the man in the eye and told him to leave the country. That's all he could say. He was realizing that he knew almost every target that he was given. He ran from his homeland, he didn't know where he was running to, but he continued to move. 

A year had pasted, and he now found himself in Ankora. He knew that he couldn't anything about his past, but he felt that he could try to make a difference here. He was never one to follow all of the laws in the first place.

Personality: The years spent with the Soviet military has made him a little reserved, but if he trusted you he'll show off his since of humor. He might come off as a little aggressive from time to time, but unless you're a criminal he's probably just frustrated.

Abilities/Skills: Great at hand to hand combat, above average shot, good stamina. He's not the strongest, but is very quick.

Equipment: MP-446C "Viking" Pistol, handful of smoke bombs, two small explosives, and a combat knife. 
His armor is made of an alloy making it durable, but light. Allowing to defend him from blades, most guns, and low grade explosives.
Alignment: Chaotic good

Reputation: few people know of him, and even fewer like him
