I must warn you that, when it comes to the works, I tend to be a little preoccupied, or hyper-fixated, with the ones I'm already into. If I lose interest in a story within play, it may either be a short-term writer's block, or if it's time for me to recommend something else. Bear with me, if I ever reject an unfamiliar idea, or suddenly suggest a new one.
Biggest RP Pet Peeve: Whereabouts and Ghosting.
Please be present and keep me updated from time to time. I'll do the same.
It's annoying when people become invisible, miraculously appear out of nowhere, and complain, once they find a story cancelled.

Basic Comforts:
~ Primarily 1x1, since 'time' and 'waiting' are not really me.
~ Mainly female OCs, though on rare occasions, I'll take on male and non-binary roles.
~ OCxOC, CanonxOC & (rarely) CanonxCanon. I can play various canons for both of the two.
~ FxF, MxF & (rarely) MxM. I mostly lean into the dominant-role, depending on character and plot.
~ Both thread & PM, but stories with strong adult content belong in the PM. No exceptions!
~ Face-claims are preferable for live-action OCs.
~ Open to dark themes (drugs, abuse, etc.), but NO pedophilia or bestiality (except for anthros).
~ Smut-only, slice-of-life, and rushed story-lines are (also) a big NO!

"Yes", Vivienne answered simply, almost as if it was obvious, and then shrugged at his decline for rum. More for her, then. She proceeded by popping the cork off the top, and take a small swing. They were only occasional times where she would drink. Maybe not as much as the others, but it was rare to witness from the pirate woman. The brunette might have the habit of stashing them all over the place, but it's remarkable that she would drink only so little at a time. That was when she put her laced boots upon the desk in a casual manner, when Will began his explainable lecture.

She was all ears to William's point of persoective to the image of piracy. It contained at least seventy percent of the content being described, and she couldn't agree more with him. "What you say, love, is all true to what you think of us", she spoke after a moment of processing; her gaze still upon him, slightly narrowing her blue eyes. "However, not everything in this life is about murder and greed", she paused, looking at the bottle that was currently in her possession. "It was not always a willful choice to pick, not for any of us. There were times where we didn't have a choice", her voice turned solemn at this point, and her gaze went back to him.

"It was all about survival, Mister Turner. Most of us have had very poor lives, and took upon this life as an opportunity to escape the chains of labor, and the chains of authority. We didn't need those rules to hold us back, and we didn't need authority to drive us from what they expect of us", she came to a pause once again, before making a sigh, and getting up to move towards the windows behind the chair. There was a grim expression upon her as she thought about those times she had to escape that said-labour, and those times she helped her crewmates escape their own harsh realities. Speaking of harsh realities, this went back to her youngest crew member.

"I'm sure you noticed our youngest lad out there", she pointed out to William, knowing that he would cross paths with Jim. "Around here, we call him 'Jim', but back then, he was 'James Pleiades Hawkins'", the pirate added. "Good kid, he is; a strong one with a passion to experience the sea. Raised by his only mother Sarah, she and Jim were left abandoned on Tortuga by his father. But the streets of the port proved to be difficult, and Sarah passed away from disease", Vivienne remembered the memory real well. "I found him in a controversy with another crew, due to turning to a life of thievery. Pressganged here and there, someone had to rescue him", she turned to Will, taking her gun and sword off her belt, and placing them upon the desk. "I offered him a better life here within my crew, and he took it. I'm proud of him to be here. He's just a kid, William", she finished before going back to the desk, but not sitting down.

To see Mister Turner still ponder upon Abigail, she, once again, sat on the desk in front of him. "Don't worry about the girl", the pirate told him, surprisingly sounding empathetic from her previous story. "I've happen to bump into her yesterday, and not just at the jail", she hinted the last time she saw her. "Miss Ashe put up a good fight that night; as a pirate, I've never seen another lass that strong, aside from the other one", truthfully, she meant no ill-will towards Elizabeth, and if Will thought it that way, he overestimated her. "I think you overestimate me on 'heartlessness', Mister Turner. I don't have the wile to possess no heart; I tend to see empowerment in everyone", she gave a smirk to the man, a natural one that holds assuring.
Vivienne was narrowly staring at him now with her blue eyes, along with seriousness slowly creeping up within before rolling them at his assumptions, and accusations to her senses of empathy. "Well pardon me for bringing you on this ship to get her back", she countered at him in a collected, straight-forward way, sounding a little dissapointed with his quickness to jump and not analyze what she's been trying to tell him. "Mister Turner, might I advise you that you might not be looking hard enough at what I request of you?", the pirate sat on the desk in a calm manner, since she was near Will; one of her legs supporting her weight, and arms to support her balance.

Her face was near William now, by several inches. "You want to know where Low makes berth? This is the most definitive spot", she pointed once again to the map, though her gaze remained on him. "Nassau is on the island of New Providence, one of the fewest of pirate ports in the Caribbean. Not to mention being the most prominent of strongholds we have. If you so desperately want to rescue Abigail, we shall be there by sunset, and fortunately, according to Mister Silver", she paused, getting off of the desk, and going around the desk to sit in the grand chair. "Low is currently very new to the place, as we speak, so he won't get far", from the fort, the pirate held back.

"In the meantime, relax", Vivienne reached behind her, fetching a bottle of rum from a small shelf, and two mugs. Who else wouldn't secretly stash a bottle where you might need it? She gestured to the seat before her, near Will. "Tell me, why so bleak towards me? What's this grudge against piracy?", she was really asking out of curiosity.
Pegasus made a smirk of deviousness, and his voice brought all sorts of arrogance to him. Making a chuckle at Yami's threat, all it did was bring him amusement. "You and Miss Djinn won't be getting out of here alive...not with that Dragon card, anyway", Shadow gasped in shock; she forget to warn Yugi about Pegasus' Millenium Eye: he had the power to read the mind. "That's right", she quietly said in realization. "Yami, Pegasus is in possession of a very dangerous power. One that can make this game very fatal for the both of us", she warned her friend, almost in confidence to stand by his side.

The white-haired man made another chuckle at them. "Oh, did I happen to mention that this Eye has other properties too?", he said rhetorically before his left eye began to glow once again. That is when the kneeling, now-solid form of Shadow began to whimper in pain, holding her head with one hand. "That's right; Djinni here is connected to this world: The Shadows. It can empower her, it can drain her. I can alter it to do whatever I wish, with various results", he chuckled; at this rate, due to the minor drain, the genie found herself leaning against Yami's shoulder, in order to support herself. "Yami..."
John Silver had the face of a somewhat grim when he heard their youngest recruit agree to his suggestion. So young Jim was, he was the easiest to stir; be either by the Lady Black's word, or Mister Silver's own. It was one of John's greatest attributes: his word of influence and persuasion. Vivienne didn't have a thorough thought to get inside someone's head like him, but she surely knew how to manipulate one's feelings and/or desires. That was how she got easy pardons, and how she lived for so long in the pirate life; as a woman.

The quartermaster walked the deck, away from the controversy between the captain and the new arrival, but kept an eye on them nonetheless. No one was allowed to get around Black, particularly rookies. In truth, he only used Jim to eavesdrop and report; how gossip comes around. Popular enough, the spread of rumor was the reason that Silver thrived: The report goes to him, and he tells the captain, both the temporary and the real one. A pro-storyteller, Silver was; any attempted lie from someone was easily deciphered by him, since his knowledge of human nature was continuously vast.

Vivienne kept her ground when she heard a threat in William's assumption. He has a lot to learn, she inwardly thought once again, before turning her full form to him, her bustle following this graceful manuever. "Follow me, mister Turner", she requested of him, walking past him off the helm, and down the stairs. Before she proceeded into the Captain's Cabin, the brunette came upon the prescence of her youngest member, Jim. "You alright?", she asked the youngest lad, a trace of concern upon her youthful features. She could the expressions upon Mister Hawkins at any time; for him to be the easiest to read, Vivienne wasn't that oblivious to his feelings. He was like the little brother: Youthfully impressionable; that is what made her grow fond of him, and silently amused of where his loyalty lies. It reminded her a little of the girl she rescued yesterday.

Taking her leave into the cabin, it would, of course, it have the typical qualities: a desk, a grand chair, quills upon the desk, a few maps, and a grand window behind the said-chair. The light inside was dim, faintly, but beautifully lighting up the room. Heading towards a book shelf next to the entrance, the pirate strolled to the huge desk, and rolled out one of the huge maps across its flat, old-wooden surface. It was one of those global maps that show a clear navigation of the world and, of course, the Seven Seas. "Tell me, William, have you heard of this spot?", she laid a finger upon one of the locations: Nassau.

Silver was one of those individuals who can be a bit staunch at times; especially when he and the Captain on the same page. Before he got hired on the ship, he was an individual who only served himself, but after he was seduced by the beauty of the sea, he found himself diving into opportunities; in this case, piracy. With Black, he found a familiarity within her that he can relate to himself: cunning and clever, not to mention being semi-manipulative. On his part, John Silver had the tongue that can be emphasized to his name: silver-tongue, a trait that Vivienne sometimes lacked, so he volunteered to be the back-up voice of influence, on-and-off the Ranger.

Unlike Jim Hawkins, their recent albeit youngest member, Silver admired the Captain as a partner; sometimes as a friend, he liked her way of thinking, and her quality of improvisation, giving him a clear reason to join as her quartermaster. They were equals in this life, just like the rest of the crew. Leaned up against the mast, with his arms crossed, he raised an eyebrow at Mister Hawkins' observation. He liked Jim for his talents too, mainly his talent to pickpocket, swipe, and get-away manuevers. He was another one who was clever on the crew, but for him to be the youngest, he had the weakness of influence, making him very easy to actually direct. Not that Silver and Vivienne would ever think of doing so, but Jim was only a kid, there was pity at the thought.

"I don't know", John answered the young lad in his usual 'matter-of-fact' tone. "A new member, perhaps? Miss Black was quick to bring him along, yet we don't know who he really is. Keep an eye on him for right now, and we'll just find out in a matter of time", he suggested before taking his leave, and pass the word of Black's recent order.

Vivienne was walking back to the helm of the Ranger, until she heard, once again, Mister Turner demand answers of her. 'That's right, he doesn't know this kind of life', she inwardly thought to herself while coming up with answers to his questions. "Fast enough, Mister Turner. Never underestimate the speed of the Ranger. All hands, gentlemen, we're going home!", the brunette answered the blacksmith before calling out where their next destination was: Nassau. If she was being honest with William, that is precisely where Low was heading, like every bucaneer in the Caribbean. Not to mention that the port was 'Pirates Only'; a paradise where one would spend in every way they can.

And so, the ship was moving; slowly out from the cover of the rocks, and towards the open ocean. At the moment, there was triumph...that there was no possible way of getting caught if anybody noticed them drifting in the distance.
Shadow narrowed her eyes in a more dissapointed way towards Chazz's overconfidence. Look who's talking..., she sighed to herself at his words. Her dark pink eyes closed passively for a moment, as her arms crossed her chest. "That type of attitude will get you nowhere, Chazz. Even if you win or lose this said-challenge, I will not let some snobbish student such as yourself harass another", and speaking of 'another', the Slifer Slacker made himself known through the link, and in-person. Her eyes opened, and glanced at Jaden when he ran into the room.

"Mister Princeton here just challenged me to a duel; just because I am known as the 'Queen of Games'", the former genie informed him, before turning back to the raven-haired Obelisk. "Tell me, Chazz, is this jealousy I hear from you?", she was curious as to what his game was, and why he wanted to particularly duel against her and Jaden.

That was when she remembered: they'd promised Yubel that she would participate for this match. Shadow glanced at Jaden.
'Yuki, remember what we promised Yubel. Pass me her card'.
Shadow was just finishing a drink that Alexis so generously offered a moment ago, before she felt one of those standard-issued PDAs go off on her waist. She wondered what Jaden was up to at his own dorm event, and her first thought was that this was just him checking on her. But it was a different human face...

Now she knew his full name; the Obelisk Blue whom she and Jaden just recently faced a few hours before.

Mister Princeton just challenged me to a duel.

For the first time, the thought almost made her drop her drink in surprise. However, she kept a good grip on it, as she subconsciously went over the pros and cons of the request. A certain presence calmed her, though; to be confident for her first duel alone. So, Shadow silently finished her drink, and turned off her bracelet, shutting down her presence. With the other students not noticing her pass by, the former genie snuck out towards the main building.

As Shadow stepped through the door, she turned her bracelet back on, finding herself coming face to face with the male Obelisk in the empty duel arena. "Chazz Princeton, I presume?", she called from the other side of the arena, just opposite of the raven-haired teen.
