Saw a recent status. Those people who have messed up in past RPs, especially if it's been a recent RP likely haven't changed. If it's been a bit then maybe they have.

Comic had curled up on top of the table, whimpering and bleeding from the stump of what was once his wing. The daisy chain he had been making was crumpled and covered in blood.
So as the title suggest I am proposing an Undertale RP. Now I've done two in the past and I do have some ideas on what we'd do but it would really need to be built with some dedicated RPers who wouldn't disappear.
