Gangs of Capulet city; 1930's gang warfare rp

Hello I would like to make a gang known as The Jesters. Their leader is know as the RingMaster there getups are black suits, masks with clown faces on them. Their meeting place is a traveling circus/traders market.. They are a branch of a much larger crime field and their main attacks are through arson, theft and the art of conning people. They will do anything to get paid. Their wealth is pretty high around 700,000$ all of which is used on weapons, leading them to be some of the best armed thugs in the city. They have a fleet of all black Chryslers. They are also know all through the U.S. as the Circus Killers,Jesters and Deaths Jokers.
Backstory:
The gang officially started in 1912 New York. It is a travelling group of criminals. They stay in town for a year and then day leave before they get found out or they get killed. The Main Leaders of the gang are The RingMaster. The strong man, The Sword Swallower, The fire breather, the 3 clowns and the Reader of the future. They have goons known as carnies. Each leader has about 20 goons.

Max saw another ghost creeping up behind him.He attached the ghost with his axe."Not so fast,Boy..."The ghost said."What the fuck"he said.The ghost started attacking Max when Max saw that he started yelling"Demon from Satans corner I summon you".The demon raised from the ground.As the ghost saw the demon he disapeared.Then he saw her"No ,its not you ,your not real"Max yelled."Max dont you remember me".Suddenly Max collapsed on the ground realeasing the most demonic scream anyone has ever heard.
