that used to be the old system, but it flowed to slowly, esspecialy with those that were away for certain periods, this way they can then tally up thier geear when they come back
how would you like your time system to work?

1 day = 1 month ingame
1 day = 3 months ingame
2 days = 3 months
3 days = 3 months
3 days = 6 months
7 days = 6 months

i understand everyone has a life out side, hence this question, i would prefer a 3 day barrier between the months but its up to you guys really.
okay there's enough interest to get started on this, ill begin drafting up the game stuff this week end, ill post updates as i go so you can see what will be going on.
sorry for the delay on this, working long hours leaves me little time, at the moment i may have time this week end to put into this.

for the tax and maintenance system im def set on abolishing the every person pays $2 tax, every soldier costs this much and etc etc, cause thats a headache i no longer want to deal with.

the new system will be based liek this somewhat though how i'll set it still pends.

Tax: 30% (Poor: 5%, Middle:10%, Rich 15%)
Trade: 10%
Commerce: 30%
Total 70% of total economy income.

Max expenditure: 70%
Military Spending: 30% - >still working this out :/
Industry: 20% - 20 Factory's for production
R&D: 15% - 15% to spend on Designs, etc
Construction: 5% - 5% for to spend on buildings construction

it will look something like this, a tone lot easier then a whole list of math sums, and makes more sense in the end really, there will be a debt system as well, if you want to do special massive projects, which would be like 20% over expenditure that would build up to an unlimited number or a capped still pending of like 500%, and the way to pay it off would be lowering the expense spending to gain like 5% profit or something.

It also allows you to tax your people accordingly, so if you tax your people 100% across the board you will have 300% income.

BUT this also ties into the Happiness system i will put in place, basically be on par, 50% total tax = -50% on the happiness of your nation, and so you have to gain resources or etc to increase that happiness.
a few more and i'll begin drafting up the system mec's for the game to work off.

okay how do you guys liek to see your military?

before we used a brigade into division system,

were you had to form brigades, as many as you wanted into divisions, how ever, it can get bit complex as you get bigger and such, so would you rather me keep this (or explain it better) or condense it to just divisions, or just have free reign over your military set up?
working on a new way on doing the economy, rather then have blatant numbers running around :)
ill start doing some work on it anyways, i'll post updates of the games dev anyways.
