I will attempt to post tonight. I'm on 2 different muscle relaxers so I spend most of the day asleep at the moment. I'm supposed to see a new doctor on Tuesday so hopefully they can help and I'll be awake for more than a couple hours a day.

Still in the hospital. It's a pinched nerve that they hoped would work its way out on its own but it hasn't. I'm on pain killers and muscle relaxers so I'm asleep most of the day until they decide if they want to do surgery or wait some more to see if it will work it's way out.

Side note, is anyone up for co-gming? You are still welcome to play but I'm hoping by having a co-gm me being in the hospital won't delay the start of the RP too much.

@Jinxlynx thanks for the explanation. I was at work ehich is why i wasnt responding. Its very hard to step on my toes. I absolutely do not mind discussing things if you disagree with something. As GM I am not all knowing, trust me my wife tells me all the time.

Im going to the ER and will work on Alric in the wating room if i can. I lost feeling in my shoulder at work, probably pinched a nerve but the feeling hasnt come back.

@Jinxlynx@Zhaliora I was taught by my DMs in all the campaigns I've played that it works as I described but if the majority of you have played otherwise (and I could have been taught wrong, some DMs do weird shit, myself included) we can do it as you have described, I just want to make sure everyone is creating their character the same way.

@Game MakerHow would they be higher HP? My warlock at lvl 3 would have 10+7+7 hp (2 con bonus per level), or 24, and it isn't Draconic. They would have 26 at lvl 3, and are draconic, and have a higher con modifier than me.

The way they built their level 1 sorcerer and level 2 warlock was combining the Hit Point Maximum of both classes together which is called stacking and is not allowed, you have to choose the higher of the 2. Stacking is not permitted as a way to add some draw backs to multi-classing.

And for a level 3 warlock with a constitution modifier of +2 your HP maximum is 12 (assuming you rolled an 8 on your 1d8 roll plus your constitution modifier for each level over 1).

@Joshua Tamashii Traditionally, feats start at level 4 unless you want to improve your ability scores. I handle feats differently but they will not start until level 4 or 5 so I was planning on addressing it then.

@TheUnknowable Multi-classing does not allow you to stack HP levels or other stats unless specifically stated. Multi-classing allows for versatility but there are sacrifices made in other areas. If they were allowed to stack the HP, they would have significantly higher HP than those who are not multi-classed.
