Thought of a new character, and this time I'm pretty sure he isn't a carbon copy of anyone else XD I'll be posting the CS soon.
Phoenix Wing Guild Hall "Oh shit." Vincent said as he raised his arms to cover himself. The melted metal hit him hard, the leather of his jacket taking the worse damage, but his skin still seared as some of it made it through. He fell to the ground, and rolled, trying to distance himself from War. He ran over to Rutger as the third male attacked War with some kind of metal attack. He looked at Rutger, ignoring the pain in his arms. "Random attacks won't work on this guy. We need to formulate a plan of attack if we want any chance of beating him. That includes Mr. Magnet over there." He said nodding at Felix. "I have an idea, for the two of us at least. While War is distracted, here it is: I need you to unleash your biggest, flashiest attack possible. I'll hide my knives inside the flames, and when he goes to eat them, he'll get a nasty surprise." He grinned at Rutger. "And if that fails, we can at least use that opportunity to get the magnet guy over here. What do you say?"
So much happened while I was gone @_@ I really struggled to fit Vincent back into the fray.
Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent had been knocked back by Chaos' wind, and landed on his feet, ready to fight. He saw as Damian and another new person entered the fray, (Death he overheard), and knew things were going to get rocky. Things were happening all around him, but he concentrated, trying to figure out where he would be best used. Jamie and Damian seemed to be taking on Death and Chaos, the new guy that had showed up seemed to be trying to help Rutger out with the Devil Slayer (Great...). If it was true that Devil Slayer's were nearly immune to their own element, Vincent would just have to throw a new element into the mix... "Master Jamie, Damian, I'm leaving them to you!" Vincent called behind throwing one of his dagger behind War. As it landed, he shot through into it, phasing out and jumping into the air, throwing this remaining five knives at the Devil Slayer's back. "Rutger! I got your back!"
Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent shrugged as Destruction and Chaos switched places, a bored look on his face. "I really could care less who I fight. A target is a target. I've killed beautiful women, and big burly men. It doesn't matter who your target is in my line of work." Vincent looked at Chaos, who confirmed his suspicions about their names. He wondered what kind of magic a guy named 'Chaos' would have. Just because the opponent was different didn't mean Vincent could let down his guard. "Sorry." Vincent apologized as Chaos asked if he was going to ask more questions. "I just hate going into fights blind." As Vincent spoke, his body flickered, and he was gone, his body going through three of the six knives that circled Chaos. He exited the one behind the male, and silently pulled his fist back, aiming to stab the three knives he held in his right hand right into Chaos' back.
Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent smirked as she blocked the blades, exactly as he had predicted. She was skilled with that sword, that was for sure. He kept an eye on her as he drew six more knives from his belt, and took another battle stance. He wasn't about to reveal how it magic worked just yet, he needed to set the field up a bit more. Besides, he still had no idea what her magic was. It would be unwise to show her his tricks when he tricks when she had her's a secret. "Impressive. Not many people can black all six of my knives at once." He said, eyeing Destruction. "Tell me something though. Is your name your actual name, or is it just a code name? Perhaps relates to your Magic somehow?" If this was the case, then he would have to be careful. She probably had some high-damage output magic that would spell trouble. He couldn't get caught off guard.
Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent glanced over at Jamie as the rush of water swelled past them, crashing into the trio, and missing Rutger. Vincent thought it would be over then, feeling slightly disappointed. He had been itching for a fight, and thought perhaps he could get some entertainment from one of these guys. That's when the water suddenly evaporated, and the three remained unscathed. A normal person probably would have been scared at this point, power water magic like that being evaporated like it was nothing. But Vincent just felt a jolt of excitement spark through him, especially as the female drew her sword, and asked if he wanted to dance. Vincent smirked, raising his hands in front of him. "For a pretty girl like you, I'd love to. Though your name doesn't fit your beauty." He said, as he widened his stance. His plan was simple. She had a sword, so she obviously had some skill at CQC. He had no idea what kind of magic she would use, and so he would test the waters, while setting up his playing field. All at once, he threw the six knives at her, aiming for her vitals. While he was confident about his close quarters combat, where he truly shined was his knife throwing skills. Having honed them for years, his knives were a signature part of his magic. And even if she blocked them, they were weighted, so they would always stick into the ground...giving him a perfect playing field to leap through the knives. He just had to touch the area above her heart with even his fingers...and he'd be able to leap through, and stop her heart.
Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent watched with amusement Jamie began to force the three out of the Guild. It seemed to be working on two of those, but the third was having no problem. Or at least, he hadn't been until Rutger intervened. As the third male and Rutger exited the Guild, Vincent glanced over at Jamie. "Master Jamie, if I may. Simply forcing them out of the Guild itself won't deter them. I think Rutger has the right idea. We need to show them just who they are messing with. And I'd like to prove that once and for all, I've had a change of heart." Vincent began to step forward, knives held firmly in his hands, his eyes becoming cold and calculating. "I may never have been in a Guild before, I may be new at this whole 'teamwork' thing, but I do know one thing: You don't mess with someone's Guild." He pointed his knives at the two remaining people. "Now then, who wants a taste of 'White Lightning' Vincent?"
Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent had picked up his dagger and was about to answer Damian challenge, when a stranger entered the guild. Vincent held onto his dagger as he went to stand beside the others, and listened intently to the conversation between Damian, Jamie, and the stranger, staying silent much like Rutger. Both of them seemed to be mistrustful of whoever this was, and Jamie was much more hostile to this man then they were to him, which actually surprised him. He had been a known assassin and got a warmer treatment....which meant this person must of really meant business. When it was obvious he would not be getting any information out of Jamie or Damian, he muttered something about the hard way, and two more figures entered the Guild. They were...interesting characters to say the least, and Vincent was instantly on guard when they mentioned the male could 'blow stuff up.' "Uhm, guys..." Vincent said, drawing 5 more daggers, holding each between his fingers. "I think we may have a problem on our hands..."
Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent took his seat, and a giant gulp of juice, before examining the blades himself. It was a unique type of magic, not one he had heard of. Re-quip magic, he had. Then again, he doubted many people had heard of his own magic either. He smirked, taking a knife from his belt. It was pure white, with no handle to speak of. "Well, if we are all showing off our magic, I suppose I should let you all at least have a peak at my own." Lazily, Vincent tossed the knife behind him, the end rooting itself into the floor. Vincent took a bite of his pie, chewing for a second, before his body body disappeared. The air was suddenly filled with a slight electric charge, and Vincent reappeared beside his knife, arms folded. "I call it White Raijin Magic. I can charge anything or anyone I touch with an electrical charge, and pass through it as an electrical current." As Vincent spoke, it was obvious he was very proud of his magic. "I developed it myself, and took years for me to master."
