Uril is built like the Parthenon, though he doesn’t do anything to earn the muscle he appears to be sporting. It could be chalked up to being meta-human, but that’s probably not it. He looks stalwart, like someone you could trust to catch you if you fell from a mezzanine, and he would probably toss you back up there laughing all the way. No, not that strong. But he definitely looks the part: with a chiseled face and immense chest, he is completely dashing.

Uril is in the possession of a giant bumblebee, the size of a puppy, that is linked with his meta-human powers. This creature is mostly present on his back between his shoulder blades, clinging there, or perched around his shoulder area. It has been known to cause some uproar for those squeamish over insects. It has been tested thoroughly by researches however, and as it turns out, the bee is not technically an insect: it possesses Uril’s DNA in exact replica. So in effect, it is a detached part of him, functioning on it’s own, and appearing as an overgrown bee. Really overgrown.

Uril is very passionate about the emotions of everyone around him, and enjoys seeing people holding hands and such. He’s glad to be of help when he thinks a friend or acquaintance needs guidance, sometimes overstepping his bounds and attempting to advise them too much. He just hates seeing people make mistakes when they could have simply listened to him. He is overly sensitive to backlash or ridicule, and is also very prideful in his own abilities (whether it be his meta-human power or his smarts). He prefers to not be upstaged, though he recognizes when someone is freakishly better at something than he is (which has been known to happen aboard The Promise.)

Uril was taken aboard The Promise at a very young age, though he still receives pictures of his parents every week. They show off the things they typically do around the house, and he also gets to see them at work, since they both have careers in acting. Uril fancies acting himself but realizes how out of place it would be aboard The Promise: it’s hard to escape the feeling of sterility and being observed and summed up, and to jump into the skin of a character. Once he was reprimanded for smashing a security camera, when he discovered it had been recently placed in a stowed-away corner of The Promise that he enjoyed spending time in. Besides this he entirely gets along with his colleagues aboard the station.

BOON OF THE POLLINATOR: Uril is able to send forth rays of golden dust from either his hands or his bee companion, “Officer Bee”. These rays are composed of unique independent enzymes and electrons, paired with biological energy cells, that allow them to land on a subject and begin to distribute themselves, healing them from the outside in. The rays travel at a very high velocity, slightly faster than that of an arrow shot from a modern compound bow, and make a very soft bell sound as they collide. They are extremely unlikely to miss even a running target, as the energy propelled enzymes will seek a living subject, guiding their trajectory. It is possible they can be intercepted by an unintended target, however. Beyond a certain amount of rays received, a subject being healed will be oversaturated, and will not be able to be healed any more rapidly. This means that while the Boon can keep a subject patched up, it cannot keep up with large amounts of sustained trauma. The Boon will however last on a target for almost an hour, glowing as it fixes up their skin and internal damage.

REFORM: By fusing together with his bee companion, Uril takes on a new form, and appears entirely monstrous. In this shape Uril appears as a hulking bee with some semblance of human physique left over, hunched and covered in matted hair thick with sparkling dust. He loses his ability to speak or the utilize the Boon, but the healing enzymes and energy begin to work overtime on keeping his body in perfect condition, resulting in rapid regeneration. This can assist him in such a dramatic way as the regrowth of lost limbs, those lost prior to transforming or during the adoption of the mega-bee form. His physical strength does not increase as a result of the shape change, and although wings are present on his back, they cannot be used to achieve extended flight, only to provide for dramatically lengthened leap distance. The stinger of his abdomen contains powerful venom, but is lost when a target is stung, leaving it embedded in them. It is Uril’s only mode of attack besides pinning an opponent down with his sheer weight in this form.

While Uril is at almost no risk of ashing, he can be made to suffer greatly from harm done to his companion bee. He is psychologically linked with the bee and can sense when it is in pain, immediately doing anything he can to remove it from danger’s path. This can result in him losing focus on an important task if his companion is threatened. If the bee is killed, Uril will suffer from being immediately stunned with loss, taking time to recover, then moving into a phase of grief afterward. Only after about a week is the bee able to be resurrected, with an additional week required if the body cannot be recovered, as Uril focuses his healing rays into crafting an entirely remade bee.

@JunkMail Since she wouldn't be able to keep the Corruption a secret, I will have to go with something else. I wasn't thinking of using her Corruption power on anyone else in the RP, only NPCs, and it would only enable her to keep on using her cryokinesis and feeling good in general. Sorry her personality didn't add up, I tried to make her method "using her power not on the weak, but on those who think they have a sense of superiority or who she feels like knocking down a peg". Your finishing note on your post did make me lul! If I change her history or message you about it, do you think she would be accepted? I don't mind coming up with something else. You seem like genuinely good GM for your first time, I think your criticisms are fair.

Jayne looks like she arrived from the pages of a fucked up fairytale where she just finished killing the wicked stepmother, to prove she herself is twice as wicked. Her tattoos are uncountable, and she rolls her eyes at anyone who asks how many there are. She is able to name the states she had them put on in, however. Even the whites of her eyes are inked purple, so that she looks as otherworldly as possible: which is how she likes to feel, as well. She feels most herself when she able to be completely expressive with the surface of her skin, be it the elegant scarring on her forehead or the tattoos of flying geese encroaching up her shoulder blades.

Jayne understands that the use of her power can bring hardship to others. It’s just that, she doesn’t care. She has become addicted to feelings of power it gives her, the rush of energy from twisting the victims of her corruption into malicious deeds. It has become akin to a drug problem for her, though those in her surroundings would have difficulty placing her as the cause of these contortions of emotion. Besides this, she herself is not needlessly cruel. She does not typically pick on those who are already down, she has a rudimentary sense of justice. She enjoys that her power can inflict harm even to the best of those around her: meaning she has some control even over people who think themselves her superiors. She once caused her seventh grade math teacher, Ms. Albright, to become so infuriated after breaking a nail that she threw a chair out of a window. Math class was then canceled for three entire days. It made Jayne feel great, so she continued to be a malignant influence ever since. She never learned to enjoy doing math, however.

Jayne was raised in a traditional American nuclear family, who she corresponds with regularly even if they are separate: her mother, father and younger sister. She doesn’t remember when or why she first used her powers, but she demonstrated her ability to freeze water so that she would be able to go to the Promise. None of her family members prior to her possessed any meta-human ability, so she impressed them when she announced she was going to the academy in the sky. She enjoyed the fact that she wouldn’t have to go to college: she had felt trapped in her classroom environment for too long, and could only entertain herself so much before she felt like freezing someone’s jugular. Her hope is that there will be more liberty granted to her on the Promise than there was below, on the ground. Freer above the clouds, right?

VILE CORRUPTION: Jayne is able to greatly increase the cruelty, maliciousness and generally aggressiveness of wounded target. As long as the target has felt pain, or emotional trauma, within the last few minutes, she can sway their mood deeply into the negative. An example would be someone who has just cut their hand chopping vegetables: or someone who has just been laughed at by bullies. These susceptible targets can then be invited to cause destruction in what they suddenly feel is an entirely justifiable act: like throwing their knife at the floor, or kicking one of the bullies in the stomach. Jayne physically gains strength and stamina by corrupting others, and recharges her Frost Blight.

FROST BLIGHT: Jayne is able to freeze liquids on contact, but at the expense of great strength and endurance. Cooling blood to standstill state takes extended concentration, so while her power cannot be used to kill at any quick pace it can be utilized to coup de grace a fallen opponent. The Cultist is also impervious to the cold, and will never suffer any ill effect from being too cold: the only difficulty for her in swimming in a vat of arctic water naked would be the lack of air.

The Cultists powers require the right circumstances: a mental or physical injury, or the presence of water or pools of liquid. Excepting these, she can only harm by touch at the expense of much of her energy, not enough besides to finish off an opponent. She is able to become stronger under the right circumstances, such as a situation of strife where her corruption can gather more energy to be used to chill what she touches.

While the Cultists Frost Contagion is regulated by the scientists aboard the promise, she possesses the discreetly dangerous emotion altering ability in total secrecy. By an immense amount of luck on her part, it was not detected in any way, perhaps overshadowed entirely by the freezing ability. This means that it has not been considered whether to kill her over her emotion controlling ability as of yet, and if she uses it wisely enough, it could remain unaddressed.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm sorry I couldn't make a better case for the character since I felt he was far from bland writing and I could get somewhere with it. But I can strike some other chord. : p

@AnaSilan Sunja Well the angels would be coming in for one species (humans) since they're the only one meant to inherit the earth in their opinion. The humans also don't have much going for them.
So my question is, would you take him with the divinity or do I need to write someone completely in a different vein?

@BlackPanther Okay but Sam and Dean were always involved with divine power even though they didn't know they were going to be used. It doesn't really matter what season it comes up in. Death always misses them by a fraction, it COULD be luck but I think it's more likely what's "been written" for them... Eh? Get it?
As well as this, usually they are two against one enemy at a time with a lot of power (the djinn for example), otherwise it would easily have consumed them.

EDIT: Also he's not a regular hunter, and he is human. Would hunters abhor him? He appears as one of them just doing his own thing, seemingly without any leads. He wouldn't abhor himself since he's unaware.
