Lint Fugazi — Roleplayer Guild

Hey Everyone.
I'm new here, but don't be scared.  I'm not spamming. I just need help. I am trying to make an animated series (most likely on youtube.) The plot details are below in the hider, o read if you're interested. Right now I need literally every role besides writing, although I'd love a few people to help me write. So I'll give some examples of what I need

here's the plot details

Plot: The world sets in on a strange realm, called the Helleze Empire, ruled by the Siiqii. The empire is a matriarchy to the core. With the female (Helle) ruling over the male (drus). The drus are allowed only jobs maintaining the tower states the Helles live in. The Helles occupy all positions, from political to military. There is constant bickering outside of the tower state between the Helleze empire and many splintered rebel groups vying for control of tiny territorial gains. During one of these fights, the reigning Siiqii, Lixis is killed. She dies in one of her soldiers arms and is succeeded by her daughter Vxii( Pronounced Vixy) Vxii is a fickle, naive and shy Helle who is unconfident and scared about her sudden role. She is very young for the role thrust upon her (87 years old)  and naive about states and the working of her empire. Throughout the course of the series she is thrust through the workings of the states, the government and the empire as whole before she is dethroned but escapes execution, where she finally figures out life and the nature of her strange world

Things to note

Tower states:

There are seven tower states, with one in the middle and 6 surrounding. They reach to a strange roofing with, in a sense is the stratosphere to us. There and below ground (both ends) the mine a strange liquid called qal that is all the nutrients needed for survival. It is also used for medicinal purposes. This food is rationed out according to time worked but there is heavy unrest.

The horns: 

Helles are a horned society. The Helles (female) have long, inward curving horns on their foreheads. They exist as an article of Helle dominance and are often a sign of helle pride. Despite this, there exists a faction of Helles genetically born without horns, they are called the Polls. They left with Siiqii Lixis’ half-sister, who was a poll herself. There are rumors she is still alive. 

The actual world

Unrevealed until way later. (Hold my mushrooms please.) The world is actually a series of Six turtles held in the arms of a beyond gigantic creature named Xael. Xael had sought to protect 7 species from the eventual freezing of the universe as it expanded. The Helleze empire is located on the fifth turtle. All other species have died out except for the Helleze and the humans, on turtle four. There is no contact between them. There exists a strange man (human) named Jastor Herald. Who was blessed (or cursed) by Xael to live forever and to know the truth about his world. He is waiting for Vxii
