Also, before I post next I want to fully clear up the capabilities of Velhni's bike, so I wrote up some stuff for you to look over, @tobiax tell me if anything needs changing.
Velhni's custom mag-bike looks fairly similar to Takanuvas vehicle in the original set, though smaller and less complex. It uses two methods of movement, the first being a set of four repulsor thrusters that keep the vehicle upright and in the air, as well as allowing it to move at about 5 mph, though it does allow Velhni to go off the tracks.
The second is an electromagnetic drive running along the underside of the bike which uses magnetic pull to accelerate along the “tracks” of underground (and sometimes above ground) power cables through the city. When following buried cables the bikes max speed is around 60 mph, though she drives it slower in populated areas, and can accelerate up to speeds of around 140 mph with direct access to the cables, speeds at which a specialized visor is used both to protect the eyes and keep the mask from being ripped off by speed.
The repulsor thrusters keep the bike hovering at around the same distance from the ground/cable and make the bike frictionless. This can allow a skilled driver such as Velhni to deactivate the magnetic drive and keep the speed while traveling in a straight line off the track. Not a very useful method for actually getting around, but a stunt racer can use it pull off a variety of tricks.
