Sorry it's taking me a while to cook up my sheet, but I'm having trouble keeping my muse still for this one :/ It is coming together though, just very slowly.
I'm not one for a frenemy idea. Plus my character is going to be calm as well, so there's going to be no spark there, unless we can work out a back story.

As far as frontier jobs go I'm thinking things as simple as carpenters, sailors, and even a representative of the higher-ups would be acceptable. Anything needed to start a basic city or livable environment. Think Pocahontas? Haha I'm going with a ranger/scout that can double has a hunter.

From what I understand you don't have to be a magic user, but it will be helpful not just for your character but also in the pairing. I'm going with magic that's just there to support her other skills. Just sound based stuff; my character can change her voice and throw it around within a certain radius, then she has a confuse ray type skill. That's it :)
Sure, go ahead. :) Just credit me for the image, I guess? xD
Thanks, Nevis. I'm looking for any excuse to practice digital. It's a quick way to produce art, and I need that, haha!
Whoops. Yeah, that's what I meant. I'll be sure to get it right when I actually put it on the CS.
Alrighty, I think I have a good idea of how to build the battle side of my character.

That being said, I'm posting a shout out to any powerful mage looking for a control-heavy partner. I'm right here. :D
I'm going with a ranger who is best at archery, then followed by minimal distraction and confusion based magic. Sword play will only be a backup. Being a Raevan, I don't think she'd have a lot of power to back up her swing, or the constitution to take a heavy blow from a mace or heavy hammer.

Is this a better version of what a Raevan looks like? I tried sketching something.
Sent a PM, but I think it's faster to get a reply on the thread, haha.

I was thinking that for the most part my character would have a small glorin vas, so she would be capable of magic, but would not have a lot of control over what she can do.
The kind of magic I'm thinking of giving my character is something related to distance, voice, or tiny gusts of wind. Would a glorin vas located in one's mouth and throat make it possible to change one's voice and throw it around? Or maybe create a small cry to temporarily disorient enemies within a small radius? (I guess like the move Confuse Ray from Pokemon, hehe!)
I want to do a Raevan female as well, probably a ranger or battle oriented alchemist.

I do want to know just how feathery they are though. Do they look like this or full-on tengu?
Is this still accepting players? I'm interested as well!
I'll be throwing my hat in to this. Skyrum!
My name is Ina, and I've been RPing for a couple of years.
I'm looking to expand the genre of games I join. My favorite bits in role playing is the character creation, and plotting between characters, and I love to plan games as a sidekick rather than the GM.

I look forward to playing with you all.
