High Casual Skyrim Sandbox Roleplay

So I'm not going to lie, I was more than a little disappointed not to see any clean cut, straight up Skyrim sandbox sort of roleplays here after rejoining. Lack of interest? Maybe, but if I know anything, it's that roleplayers love some Skyrim, so I'm thinking this is more of a reluctance for anyone to take initiative to create the roleplay in question. Now I'm not going to lie, I've not put anything together whatsoever yet. I'm just testing the waters to see if anyone would be interested in the idea of a high casual, nicely detailed but not ridiculously advanced roleplay set in Skyrim during the events of the game, barring dragons. We're going to be ignoring dragons. None of us is the dragonborn. No special treatment there.

So should I put something together, who would be interested? I'd like to keep it small-ish, around 6-8 players, but I would by no means be in any position to reject anyone if they really, really wanted a spot.

Thank you, you angel! I've been looking for this exact thing and, being extremely new and an awkward mess, I didn't want to start the role play myself.

Are you okay with me having a vampire character? He wouldn't be super powerful and I don't really want to use the vampire lord form.

Of course there's still room! I think I'm going to put any more people joining on hold after you, though, until we see just how active the people we do have are.

Hm, hadn't thought about it. Sure, I don't mind as long as no one else does and he isn't crazy powerful.

It'd be pretty interesting to see a vampire and a werewolf character. I think it would make for some interesting conflict between the two.

I'm just really into vampires. I love them in the game and a werewolf character to provide conflict would be fun!

As long as they're not sparkling in the sun, vampires are pretty freaking awesome. Nothing more intimidating than someone trying to take a bite out of your neck.

I beg to differ. I think a charging Carnifex would be more intimidating, among other things.

I'd probably agree with you but I have no idea what a Carnifex is. Tried looking it out and all I found was some band.

EDIT: Never mind, I think I found it. Looks pretty terrifying.

That's assuming that the vampire looks like a human. I'd much rather take on a werewolf than, let's say, the vampire lords from Skyrim.

There are different kinds of fear. Is it not terrifying to have a monster in your midst, wearing the face of a friend? Not knowing who to trust until their fangs are already in your neck?

Incidentally, I would quite like to play a vampire, myself. I will also apply for authorization for him to be a master Conjurer while I'm at it.

That's two vampires and (what I assume to be) a werewolf. Bit supernatural, innit? But if you think you can play it and play it fairly while still being interesting, be my guest.

I'd have to see your CS to make the final decision on that, Cruiser.

Maybe the supernaturality of our cast can be the basis of our plot.

I'll have a CS up sometime tonight. I'll warn you now not to expect me to be an overly active player, as I have a rather restrictive schedule.
