I'm interested in this, too. Let's see... Yuuka or Vivi...
I'll probably add bits to this later, but for now...

Crinitia

Crinitia is a small country, and considered the homeland of the Crinitians - or animalpeople. For several centuries, it was an independent nation noted for exporting rare fruits, and being a tough place to live for humans, due to colder climates and relatively few settlements. While not a poor country, many native Crinitians choose to leave the country for less harsh living conditions - those that remain are typically suited for hunting and fighting.

However, this land was unfortunate enough to be one of the Empire's first territories to envelope. Faced with its' far superior technology and overwhelming presence, the Crinitians were forced to choose between annihilation and subjugation. While the Empire was active, the natives were treated as slave labour or conscripted soldiers; gender and age were of little importance to the Empire, who considered the Crinitians as little more than animals.

Because of the Yeln Empire's policies regarding their people, Crinitians had become a common-enough sight in their ranks, that many people today still see them as remnants of the fallen Empire, and as such, are often treated with distrust, or even outright hostility. Many people, even citizens amongst the former empire, were unaware of how cruelly treated the Crinitians were. Many believed them to be willing participants, when in truth, they were little more than cannon fodder for the empire, meant to soak up the bullets and blades of the enemy for the real forces.

Though the Empire has fallen, the country is still rocked with poverty and crime, no longer a peaceful place to live.
"Ah?!" Nanako gasped when the entire building shook. At first, she thought it was some sort of earthquake, and nearly dropped to the floor in fear. The only thing holding her back was a sense of confusion. Just as the world seemed to shake, hadn't there been a strange thumping noise from above? As if something heavy was dropped on the roof... Nanako's eyes widened at the realisation, and turned towards the breaking windows.

Nana, get outta there! Came Tamamko's urgent warning, and one that the senior would have gladly followed, but the presence of others made that difficult. Nanako may not be known as a heroic figure of justice and peace, but she was still (probably) the oldest one in the building, and she couldn't abandon those two to run away, or even transform. Hiding away right now would make it too obvious when she showed up in her magical girl form, but she was the only one here right now...

She watched the approaching tentacle with some disgust, eager to remove herself from the scene. She needed privacy to transform, after all... she couldn't let herself be seen by anyone, least of all another student at her school! But if she didn't, and they all got hurt, or...

As Nanako tried to conduct the right course of action, the redheaded underclassmen had taken her hand and was trying to lead her to safety. She had attempted to grab the other girl as well, but the stranger had disappeared from view, only to have a strange, familiar light erupt from behind a shelf. And suddenly, she attacked, slicing the tentacle in the blink of an eye.

Nanako stared at the blade-wielding magical girl. The Ripper...? She's heard of her, though they'd never interacted directly - Nanako had figured no amount of laughs would be a worth a potential knife in the gut. She didn't know much about this one, but the fact that a magical girl was already here, meant Nanako could potentially slip away, and if necessary, transform and help out. Though she'd need to take care of her fellow student first.

"...Ripper-san, thank you for your help," Nanako spoke formally, her voice almost abnormally calm for a supposed normal schoolgirl, "please, do what you can to defeat that Negari for us."
A few moments after the red-headed student had entered, Nanako stepped inside the convenience store. Unlike the younger girl, she didn't pick up on the strangely-empty premises, only noting Akane's presence with some recognition. There weren't many underclassmen with red hair like that, after all.

Given her limited time and unfamiliarity with the other girl, Nanako headed straight for the drinks. Not that she wanted to avoid conversing with fellow students, but the senior's time was limited as it was.
Strawberry milk in hand, Nanako walked to the counter, placing the drink upon it. Before she could search inside her bag for her purse, however, the emptiness of the place finally dawned on her. With a confused expression, she looked all around the shop. Weird, it was really only herself and the underclassman. Were the employees in the back?

"Nana?" A voice, normally laid-back and laden with mischief, echoed within her head. Nanako had gotten used to this form of communication after a while, but hearing Tamako's voice directly in her head had thrown off the schoolgirl for a bit. Given the neutral tone, it seemed like Tamako had noticed something odd, herself.

"Dunno if it's anything big, just a head's up, ya know?" Tamako cautioned. There wasn't a hint of major worry in her mental-voice. After all, Nanako had at this gig just long enough that she wasn't in danger of making a serious rookie mistake. Not to mention, Nanako wasn't the type to heroically charge into the front lines of battle, and the abundance of other magical girls meant that, should a Negari erupt from the ground behind her and strike, it'd probably get interrupted by twenty magical girls before Nanako needed to turn her head.

...That said, keeping on guard wouldn't exactly hurt.

"Thanks, Tama-chan. I'll be careful." Nanako replied with a small smile. Speaking telepathically was always odd to her, face-to-face conversations were always much better. With her fairy's warning in mind, Nanako waited for an employee to emerge, offering a small smile to the red-haired student as she did.
I'll be posting later today.
For most students, the end of a school day was to signal the gates of freedom opening up for them, allowing the youths of the country to spend the remainder of the day however they liked. For Nadeshiko Nanako, it was essentially a reminder that her extra classes started in an hour.

Nanako had long since grown out of public displays of displeasure and frustration, making it virtually impossible to notice the reluctance in which she gathered her belongings into the schoolbag by the side of her desk, exchanging farewells with her classmates everyone filed from the classroom. A few minutes later, Nanako had stepped outside the building, walking onward with an unreadable expression.
What awaited her today was several hours worth of sewing to build her skills with mending and creating clothes, helping with the cooking to... well, improve cooking, and then studying for class the next day. None of that was particularly enjoyable to Nanako, but dwelling on it was only going to build the dread to unbearable levels.

She had a little time to herself for the moment... she'd probably stop by the convenience store for a quick snack, and then... a small smile spread across her face, deciding that maybe spending half an hour as her alter-ego would help brighten her day, if only a little.
I'm interested, and should have an idea up soon for this.
Charmeine, expositing within the fluffiest room ever

"I know. I'll get things started," Charmeine replied to Juno-Seto, and quickly returned to flicking her fingers through the air before her, facing the large monitor. Judging by the constant motion of images and rapidly-forming text, the young girl was calling up as much information as possible.

"Okay... looks like these places are called Nanimori and Midchilda," Charmeine muttered, "the former's a small town with a bunch of strong fighters, and the latter's like a hub for mages. That's a bold first move..."

Her movements paused momentarily at Harry's suggestion of focusing on only one world. Her expression was unseen, biting at her lip with worry. Maybe from a pragmatic standpoint, overpowering Zuriel's allies in one world would let them defend one world... but for every world they ignored, that was essentially a free world core, and with one already in her possession, such a tactic was probably doomed from the start...

Hearing Saber's question, Charmeine shook her head and quickly started 'typing' once more. A few moments later, when the panel in the middle of the room started to glow, she finally answered the knight, "about that... it's possible to temporarily 'lock' the cores."

Turning to address the group once more, she continued, "if we can reach the core first, we can use it to eject... I guess 'foreigners' from the world, us included. No one from outside of that world can get back in for a while after that, so we won' have to keep an eye on it!"

During her explanation, the panel growed brighter, a soft, orange glow emanating from the panel, "okay, let's split into two teams! First group will head to that Nanimori place, and the others will go to Midchilda, okay?"

Gilgamesh, entering Hitmanland

Alongside the others that chose to visit the world of Hitmen, Gilgamesh walked through the portal. Compared to his usual method of traveling between worlds, this wasn't all that unpleasant. It helped he wasn't getting sucked in one end and unceremoniously dropped out the other. This was definitely a step up.

As for this place in which the invading group had entered, it was... different. Gilgamesh wasn't sure how to describe the town they appeared to have entered, though some may recognise it as looking like a typical, modern Japanese town. The theatrical warrior looked around, noting the biggest building that stood before them - a url=imgur.com/hGNWLov]place of education[/url] quite unlike anything Gilgamesh had seen before. As such, he didn't identify as anything but a stronghold, and faced the group, rubbing his hands together with excitement.

"Okay guys, before we start looking, I think we should discuss how to distribute loot! If there's any fancy swords, I'm calling dibs!"

Come to think of it... how exactly where they to find the cores? That girl with the awesome sword hadn't mentioned that, did she? ...Well, whatever. Gilgamesh was a top-class treasure hunter! He had confidence in his ability to locate rare treasures.

Right now, the group's more immediate concern was probably how... noticeable they were. There wasn't anyone in sight at the moment, but who knew how much attention they'd get if even one random bystander took notice of them?

Yuuka, entering Magitopia

"The pleasure's all mine," Yuuka replied cheerily. She seemed unfazed at this person's name was... well, more of a title than anything. Probably because Yuuka herself had obtained many titles, almost all of which made reference to her top-notch ability to mentally scar humans... and the nostlagic feeling that accompanied such titles would indicate just how long it had been since she was first assigned such things.

"Perhaps I'll accompany you," Yuuka continued, "a world of magic would suit my nature more~"

Following after the Anguished One and Alice, Yuuka paused at the portal to address Zuriel, facing her with a polite smile. After a small bow, she said, "Rest assured, we shall obtain these cores you seek~ Barring any intereference from powerful local forces, or travelling do-gooders~"

Chuckling, Yuuka stepped through the portal.
