Bio

I like books and food and books and really love books. I hate that bookstores aren't open all the time because I always finish my books in the middle of the night and then I have to wait until the morning before the stores open and I can go get more books!
I try to be good at the roleplay thing, but I'm real bad at it. I'm trying to learn.

Willow scratched her head as she walked back into the main tavern room. She left the robot where it was happily doing the only thing it new how to do, more importantly, it allowed her to not work, though technically she was working since she made the robot. She was wearing a dove grey tank top with black pants and boots. She also wore a knife sheathed at her hip and her hair hung in two long bright red braids going down to her waist. She made her way to a nice slightly dark corner of the room to watch the events of the Tavern life.
I hath returned from my time at the con. Got some sweet swag and I'm back in business for roleplaying!!
I'm gonna be at a convention for a few days so Willows gonna be away, she's left pretty much a robot to take care of watress/bartender duities so no one has to wait for drinks or food from an actual person to role play.
Willow rushes about, getting a pizza for Ben @POOHEAD189 from the kitchen where she had called out to the chef minutes before, then grabbing @DancingEagle the newcomer their requested drinks. She then looked around to see if anyone else needed anything before ducking out of the tavern back into the comfort of her rooms, leaving behind a near transparent humanoid figure to take care of drinks and food while she was away. The figure would stand at attention until called upon, complete the request and then return to attention until Willow decided to make it disappear again.
Willow smiled genuinely at the innocence of the request. There was something so silly about getting orange juice in the middle of a tavern, but she liked it anyway, "One of the finest glasses of juiced orange," she proclaimed as she set down a thin glass full of orange juice, "You just let me know if you want anything else," she said smiling again before going and wiping down some of the tables in the tavern room. Once she had finished that up, she returned to behind the tavern counter to wait for more people to require drinks or food.

Willow smiled towards the shade and stepped up towards him, "Hello, what can I get for you?" she asked with a tilt of her head. The creature was a curious one, not one she had ever seen before. It seemed self-conscious and so she did her best not to increase the discomfort it might feel, "We can make just about anything you want, or you could order off the menu," she added as an after-thought, knowing that many, herself included liked to get things off the menu just for the deliciousness of it.
Willow tensed as she realized she was covering herself in light and shook her head, letting the light fall back to where it natural was. She looked down at her hands, angry at herself for using magic again. Balling her hand in a fist, she plastered a smile on her face and waited for someone to need her services. While she waited, she discretely eavesdropped on the conversations going on around her. From Koru's talk of discovering the tavern to the young man calming down the shade she hadn't noticed slip in.
Willow grabbed an old apron from under the counter, in the little corner where she had always tucked it and noticed it was not the original one she had left. This one was much newer and colored in blues and blacks just like her new style and it was freshly washed. She tied it around her waist and smiled to herself. Probably one of the others who knew she'd turn up again after disappearing without a word. She hadn't seen them around either, but she hadn't exactly looked.

Willow's eyes darted to the newcomer a shiver crawling down her spine. She was surprised at the immediate hatred towards the dark hole where it's face was located. She didn't like that darkness at all, it was so unnatural. The corner where she was standing grew lighter as she wrapped thin blankets of light around herself like protection, while she probed at the darkness carefully.
She kept her eyes on the newcomer as she left her corner, the light still wrapped around her like an aura, and went to take a place behind the bar. The least she could do was her job, she decided as she picked up a rag and started mindlessly wiping down the counter and taking used glasses to the kitchen to be washed. Once that was done, she stood, leaning back, and waited for someone to need a drink.
