Sorry for not doing anything for some time. I have been extremely busy with school work lately and not been able to do much. I will have something soon though, less than a day. Sorry again, but busy.

Veronica kept going over the plan in her head. Some issues were unavoidable, some people couldn't do much, and she was very likely going to be punished in some awful way by the facility for failing to solve a nigh-unwinnable scenario, but she would try to do as well as possible. "Once we have the cameras down, we all set out to our positions and proceed with the plan. Katherin, Ethan, try to stay out of the line of sight of the guards and do what you can even if it is beyond your role. Good luck and let's get this started." It may not have been a good pep talk, or of much help for the plan, but it was what she could muster.

The detainment method may not have been lethal, but it sure hurt! The Hairy lady was really rude for 'Hero' she thought as she awaited back-up. It was embarrassing being brought down so easily, it would not help her reputation back with the clan. "You know smoking is bad for you and the environment? And boy do you smell bad, like, really really bad." She said as the Hairy woman lit a cigarette. Trying to get a rise may not have been the best, given hoe little leverage she had at the moment, but it did serve a purpose. It would be funny to see a Hero lose their temperament, but keeping the attention on her, and not the incoming reinforcements, was the objective.
It didn't take long for some figures in coats to begin appearing interspersed in the crowds. Some in close groups, others in farther groups, and a few on top of nearby buildings. Each had a weapon they would use to get Irene out, direct threats to the Hero and holding the crowd hostage. The plan was no-doubt come up with by her second in command. The members remained hidden for now, not confronting anyone until it was time to strike.

Niremon was scanning the area when Betorn came on and reported the situation at the Base. "Good to know. We have encountered one scout so far but it was destroyed quickly. Nothing else out here, we will report back in an hour. May the Force be with you." She closed the communicator and looked at the squad. "Be ready to move out in 1 minute." They had taken out some items, one of them was even eating. Niremon saw no reason to get moving the moment she was done and decided to be kinder then other Commanders would be, mostly because she knew they would likely die on this planet.
Nire 'looked' around, the plant life was strange and exotic. The Dark side was present, though it was not apparent why or for what purpose. Many of the plants didn't seem to be more than just large structures of neutral feeling. The plants were large enough to block CIS tanks, she noted before starting to move on wards. The team didn't have a set distance goal, but five kilometers out was the only range where spy drones would be of concern.
"Ready to move out commander." One of the Clones in fresh armor said as t=he got in formation. The ground was mostly just dirt, no leaves and few vines to make noise or obstruct passage. But the dirt did leave clear tracks, several large footprints from native animals trailed off in many directions. A quick 'glance' back revealed that they had left a clear path back to base. "Quickly, Aresa, we must cover our tracks." Nire firmly stated as she turned around to let out a wave, pushing loose ground to make the tracks less noticeable.

It is an interesting thought, but I don't think they would do that. They want to know what we are capable of, and not being able to complete the mission would destroy any data they collected." She said as she stretched, getting ready for the upcoming challenges. Once everyone was ready, then they would start. What Kiiros had said about the security systems and hacking almost made sense, but V had gone for a decade without toughing a computer so...

Veronica nodded in agreement. Kiiros was definitely the most experienced for something like this, but no one would trust him enough to lead. "And as a contingency plan, you could hack in through a terminal or something if you find one. There is bound to be more than one access point and the main room may be too heavily guarded." She told him as they were about to actually get going. It may not have been the best plan, but they did what they could with what they had. Real missions would probably have more information, where the target is, systems information. Veronica was thinking about this when a new thought popped up, 'What if this mission is also seeing how we might try to escape from the facility?' It made plenty of sense. The staff could get all the information the could want by simply giving them free reign.
