Okay so I had an idea. Something my sister and I used to do when we were kids. Like a multiple-choice story kind of thing where the one person would kinda ad-lib the story but add options for the other to choose from. If that made any sense at all. It usually turned out really goofy and it was fun, so I thought I'd give it a go.
