Jack looked around the base and found it rather odd that it was quiet. "I honestly dont know." So Jack thought for a moment and then walked further in and went to the meeting room. Walking through the hall, and seeing the door, he set his ear to the door and smiled, still holding the plate of pizza. Opening the door, he saw them all sitting and chatting, trying to find anything that may say Alien. Of course when the door opened, they all looked up to see Jack and the Doctor. They were shocked to see them and rather amazed.
"Jack. Doctor. Welcome back!" Qwen greeted, going up to them to hug them both. Ianto smiled, glad to see Jack was okay and well again.

"Jack. Doctor. Welcome back!" Qwen greeted, going up to them to hug them both. Ianto smiled, glad to see Jack was okay and well again.

"Yeah Jack is all better now," The Doctor smiled. "He was quite miserable." he knew that he was glad Jack was better. He looked at Jack's friends "But suppose at least he had me looking after him."
He looked around the base "Actually Jack plans to travel with me a bit, hope thats ok." He was smiling. "I am sure you would be ok, but we wanted to tell you guys."
He still had been wondering how Jack got so ill in the first place "He'd be ok with me of course." He was looking at Gwen and Ianto. He knew how much Jack must mean to them as a friend.

Tash and Owen smiled as they saw Jack and the Doctor, Owen noticed the Plate of Pizza and looked at them curiously. "Did you two make pizza?" He asked as Gwen had just hugged Jack who willingly hugged her back (more like in a brotherly manner). Jack nodded and set the plate down for all of them. "Made it for us, but we thought we would share." He grinned. The team said their thanks and took a slice for each of them. Jack did sit down when the Doctor told them about the immortals plan. The team listened when Qwen decided to speak up. "So soon though? You just got back."
"I know, I am sorry. I have considered all of you in my decision making. I wish to have some time helping the Doctor and catch up. I cannot stay away from you all for long." Jack told his team. Qwen nodded as did the rest. "We understand. We can hold the base down while you go with the Doctor. We have done it before." Tasha pointed out.

The Doctor sits down with them as well, he was thinking for awhile "Yeah sorry about that, has been awhile since we have seen each other," He was smiling "But since I have a time machine we could be gone awhile and still bring him back on the same day, " he chuckled a bit. He knew that he should let Jack talk with his friends a bit before they set off.
He didn't really mind when they set off. "How long has he been gone from here, after you lost him? because hes only been with me 3-4 days.?" he wondered if Jack had been missing awhile.

Jack honestly didn't know how long he was out in the middle of no where. He guessed based on the time he was sick and what it did to him. Qwen and Tash looked at each other for a moment before Qwen spoke up. "About a week if you count the time he has been with you. We were trying to find him till Ianto got the call from you." She told the Doctor. "Technically it had been 10 days. We were incredibly worried on where Jack had gone." She added.

The Doctor was looking at them "Mmm Ten days, no wonder he was a wreck when I found him, I still have no clue what happened to him." he was wondering if somebody had captured Jack in that time. He really was worried about that. 'Anyways guess glad I found him." He replied. He knew that he would make sure nothing happened to Jack now.
He leaned on Jack and relaxed a bit. "I bet you were worried, thats why I called, Ianto sounded so relieved when I said."

Ianto nodded, agreeing with the Doctor on that last part. "Yeah. And while he was freaking out before you called, Gwen and Tash were looking for Jack using what they could while I was paying attention to any extraterrestrial activity." Owen told the two.
Jack smiled a little as the Doctor leaned on him. It was a comfortable feeling. "That is alright. I still live." He said with a smile.

The Doctor was hugging Jack, he was still a bit tired from all the sleep he had missed out on. "Ah I see, well guess glad I found him," He grinned more, he knew how much Jack meant to everybody, not caring if anybody was watching he just kissed Jack.
His hearts were beating a bit faster, he wanted to be with Jack forever. "Well of course you do," He didn't say too much as he wasn't sure if any of Jack's friends knew that he couldn't die.
He though leaned into him closing his eyes. "MMM think i need better sleep before we go anywhere, have an idea where to go."
