Helloooo, I used to have an old account on here which I cant seem to access any longer. I had a decent inquiry last time I posted this sort of game. My old name was Delilah rose if any of you recall. Anywho, my idea for this role play is sort of steampunk, sky pirate meets wild west muzzle loader. Not entirely steampunky, and not entirely wild west. It is going to be a descriptive style rp, and might not be suitable for beginners.

The place: Port City

Port City is a commerce and main trading port in the Timmerill Empire. The city is in a police state and heavily regulated by the Emperor and his troops. The city is in constant turmoil and skirmishes between the Emperor and several resistance groups are commonplace. Everyone in Port city is fed up with the Emperor and his regime, but no one wants to aid the resistance for fear that it may cause problems for themselves. The Emperor has deployed steam driven war machines to combat these small pockets of resistance and everything has come to a head.

I have much more detailed descriptions of everything which I will not go into on here, I am mainly doing this to see who might be interested in this type of game. There is a little bit of something for everyone, and the structure of the game will be free form, and characters may come and go as they please, and follow their own motives and agendas. The use of npc's is also acceptable within reason. This is to be a longstanding continuous game with no set limit on how long it should run. My goal is for it to last, and to become a second home for players and characters alike. I have been working on this idea for over a year, but I have not had access to the internet for several months so I am picking it back up.

Very good. I will say that it is going to be in advanced/descriptive style rp. Paragraph minimum should be at least five. The game is hinged on character growth and personal relations to other characters. Agendas and motives are solely up to the players. I will post more info tonight. I have a lot of of in depth material about the setting, districts, factions, classes, etc. I will also post a character sheet mock up, as well as one of my own characters as an example.

Again, this is a long term commitment style rp, and posting frequency should be at least once a week, or more. I usually check my rp's once a day, and I try to post often as not to disrupt the flow of the story.
