Ophelia watched as Seth left. She walked over to the Ares kid, and without really thinking, socked him in the jaw, "Asshole. Put some ice on that," She said as she ran after Seth.

When she got outside and looked around. She couldn't find him as first, not until she saw him climbing, "You know... You could just fly up..."

She walked over to her Pegasus and climbed on. She flew up to him and held out her hand, "Come on..."

Seth let out a breath, before taking her hand and climbing on. He wasn't into much speaking right now not much, but he could still fight. He supposed that's all he was good at was being a warrior with no other skills of the like really.

Ophelia flew them to the top of one of the buildings close by, just in case anything happened. It was still dark out so the lights of the city were a blaze. She looked out at it, "It's funny... How beautiful this city looks in the midst of a war...."

Seth shrugged, "it beautiful and the world doesn't care or the mortals that were dying for there safety." He sighed, as he looked over the sight of the city. "Sometimes I think of my old city that I grew up Houston I wonder how the place is I haven't been there in years."

Ophelia lifted her leg over the horse's head and hopped off. She looked at him, "Some of the best heroes are left unsung."

She sat down on the edge of the building and looked out onto the skyline. She nodded, "I think of home sometimes... I'm actually from Canada... I used to live in small town outside Halifax," She laughed a little and shook her head, "It was a... big change when my mom dragged me to Camp Half-Blood.... I haven't seen her since.... I... miss her sometimes...."

Seth nodded, he sat next to her. "It's ok to miss someone that means they'll always be remembered no matter what happens through the persons life." He took her hand in his and gave her a reassuring squeeze. "Just don't forget you have people always here for you."

Ophelia was a little surprised when Seth took her hand but didn't move it away from him. She smiled, "Wise words from a teenage boy," She teased.

She looked out onto the city and sighed, soon enough the war would be back on top of them and they would be back to fighting for their lives and Gods that didn't have much time for them. The thought of how Mars looked when he held Seth in his arms flashed across her mind. They might not have time for them, but it seemed like they did care.

Seth sighed, as he looked over the city. He took off his chest plate, knowing it would be useless by now. With how many claw marks and bite marks were on the thing. He set it done beside him, his sword still was on his hip. He looked over the city, "my dad had said those words to me once. It was on my first quest, just before I entered camp he wanted to talk to me about something he said those exact words to me."

Ophelia smiled, "Then maybe you are just wise beyond your years."

She sighed, "You know.... I kind of envy your relationship with your dad... the only time I've ever seen mine... well, it was on my way to save you. I've been wondering if it was a request... or if he was actually worried."

She shook her head, "I guess it is hard to be worried about on kids when you have hundreds...."

Seth looked at her, "I don't see him much anymore, but I know he's there for me. Your dad's there for you, no matter how much you think he's not he's always there." He looked at Ophelia, then he looked back over the city.

Ophelia bit her lip and nodded. She looked out to the city. She found it amusing at any other moment sitting on a roof, looking over the city of lights hand in hand would have been romantic. However, with the war and loss of Jeremy, it didn't feel right. She let go of Seth's hand and stood, walking back to her pegasus, "We should go back..."

Seth took one last glance, at the city before walking toward Ophelia. He climbed on, and they flew down, he entered the hotel again. "A few Romans had been lost today and with Jeremy. He looked at the floor for a moment.

Elliot looked at him and rubbed his shoulder, "Go get some rest, Seth."

She walked away from him and back toward the infirmary. She had failed in helping Jeremy, she didn't want to fail anyone else. She'd stay up through the night if she had to.

Seth nodded, he went toward one of the rooms. He laid down in one of the beds, and was out in an instant. He woke up an hour later, in cold sweat. He wouldn't e able to get, any good sleep with what they had done to him.

Ophelia was still in the makeshift infirmary. She wasn't as tuckered out as she had been before. She didn't have any of her battle fatigue which allowed her to help more people without tiring as quickly. However, the more serious injuries she dealt with, the more energy it took. As the sun was close to rising, Ophelia took a seat, most of the injured were dealt with. Now was the time to get back her energy before they raced back out into battle.

After a few hours, Seth was back on the street that. He was protecting with other Romans, his sword out as the monsters charged them. He charged the monsters with the rest of the Romans behind him. He cut down the monsters in front of him.

When the battle began those who could, went to war. Ophelia gathered her bow and quiver and ran out to her Pegasus. Quickly getting into the air, she took up her job from the day before. She strayed away more from the Empire State building, helping take out larger and more dangerous monsters. She hadn't a problem, till she helped take down a giant. As she shot her arrow, the giant wasn't to happy with her. He roared and before she could move grabbed hold of her flying horse. It was in that moment, when it was too late, that she realized in her hurry she'd forget about the belt Leo had given them all. She screamed as she felt the horse slip out from under her. She stared at the giant as he threw the chestnut into his mouth. She wondered how large the giant was, just how far she was falling. It seemed to take forever, she was curious as to whether or not she'd live.

Then the ground came up to meet her. She screamed in pain as hit the ground. The pain emerging from her back for absorbing her entire body. She didn't have to endure it long though before she passed out.

Seth saw Ophelia fall , "crap keep the other monsters at bay now!" The other Romans started fighting again. He made his way toward Ophelia, he cut down any monsters in his way. He felt pain on his chest, he looked down a moment to see three claw marks on his chest bleeding. He killed the monster, before he called to his father, Seth and Mars worked together to take down the giant, before Mars had to go help others in their fights. He got Ophelia onto his shoulders and started running toward the hotel.

There was only one Apollo kid in the hotel, keeping an eye on those who had to stay and rest. Everyone else had a job to do in the fight, very few injured were able to be brought to the infirmary in the midst of a war. He looked over when the doors open and Seth ran in with an unconscious Ophelia. He sprinted over to them and pointed to the closest bed, "What happened?"

He listened as Seth explained. He shook his head a little, "You shouldn't have moved her... Not like that.... It could have done something..... I wouldn't be surprised if everything is broken..." He checked her heartbeat and breathing, "Blood hell, I honestly don't know how she is alive right now..... That was a couple story drop...."

Her breathing was wheezy and shallow, which worried him. He looked up at Seth, "I... Don't think we should use our Ambrosia or Nectar on her... I'm not sure if there is a chance... And healing something like this... It would take to much energy, if someone else comes in, I need to be awake for them...." He shook his head, "I'll send some offerings to our dad and ask for help in healing her... Other than that...... There..... isn't much I can do," He scratched the back of his head with an apologetic look on his face, "Looking her over... I'd say, broken back, leg, hip, and arm... She was lucky it wasn't her neck... if she manages to heal..." He was speaking matter of fact-ly but there was a tone in his voice that he was just holding it together. Ophelia was his sister even if it was only half. They'd done a lot together... And the Apollo kids were always exceptionally close.

He stood and nodded, "I'm.... going to go.... make the offering."

Seth nodded, he was bruised up and cut in different places on his body. Somebody came up to give him nectar and ambrosia, he shook his head. "Keep it for someone else who'd need it more than me." The person nodded, Seth was back in the lobby or now. His mind going back to Ophelia, he couldn't believe she had done so stupid as that she had to know that god and half blood had to work together to kill a giant. He shook his head, as he saw more injured Romans coming in.
