Um... I know this will probably make some people groan or roll their eyes, but I'm new to forum role-playing. I don't know what I'm doing and I guess I'm asking for someone to help me get a hang of this website and game style. This looks really interesting and I want to become a part of this community. As far as role-playing, I've only done D&D. I don't understand really any of the terms on this site or what I'm supposed to be doing, but I'm willing to learn. I already tried to join a couple posts before I realized I have no idea what I'm doing. Any help that anyone can give me would be much appreciated.

The second is a good help to start getting you familiar with terms commonly used on the site. There is also a Need Help? area where you can go and see if someone has had the same question as you, or even get an answer. :D
