Hiiiiiiiiii~~!!

Bunnita here!^^ K so like I have been lurking (staring too...huhu) at the Tabletop forums and would like to know the difference of how it all plays out in comparison to regular RP... say Advanced forums. Soooo... questions:

Is Pens and Papers RPG similar to Tabletop?
So like is there a posting order type thingie in Tabletops?
Rolling dice... do the RPers roll dice then share results in a post?
How do you write that post including your dice roll?
How often do you roll dice anyways? Can this bunny not have to roll dice to 'make an action?' Like if muh charrie is a super experienced thief, do I have to roll to climb faster than a grunt?
I know what a DM is. It's a Dungeon Master... kinky... iknorite!!! xDDD and they are the GM of Dungeons & Dragons, k, so from what else I was told, the DM makes up everything EVERYTHING in the world around the RPers. Is it really that strict for Tabletop?

K, soooo... just asking, right? So like please dun be mean to me. I just would really like to know these answers. :]

Thanks ya, RpG!!!!

-Yes they're the same thing more or less but tabletop can include card games and boardgames too. While Pen and Paper refers specifically to stuff like D&D.

-Outside of combat only if you want it to be.

-Yes although depending on the dice roller used it maybe confined to a separate site.

-you roll for fighting and actions that would be spiced up by the chance element.

-Depends on the rules and the GM. At the most basic it's binary pass/fail. However you can have failures that let you do what you wanted to do but add a negative complication and others measure your degrees of failure or success.

-If it's as simple as that then yes, maybe

-Depends on scope and focus of the game. However if he tries and fill every little detail than he needs to write a novel and not a game.

Hi Jerkchicken ^-^!

Thanks ya for the answers. Urshums! Right k, so like some other questions then...

How does the GM make sure the RPers aren't cheating with dice rolls? Like I don't cheat cuz what's the point of playing a game then? It's supposed to be FUNfunFUNS!!!! But this other site for rolling can it sorta... idk... prove that that was really your dice rolls?

Oh and like can I as a RPer initiate a roll? Or does the DM have to say: "Hey bunny! Yes, you, roll yer furkin' dice, biyatch!!!!" Yeah... cuz Dungeon Masters, right? xDDD

K, thanks ya ;D

Well outside hacking into the site and forcing it to generate favorable results you really can't tamper. Closest thing would be to reroll a bunch of times and depending on the site it'll just record multiple rolls from you.

Also yes you can request to roll
