I like the character. It's not a bad twist on the schema of a necromancer - Accepted. Also, my character could be that contact mentioned in the bio.

Sorry about the long back story but I like fleshing out my character.

Name: Fendryn Omaren

Race: Dunmer

Age: 67

Appearance: Fendryn stands around 6 foot with un-kept charcoal black hair that comes to his neck and has massive shoulders and very physically fit. The shade of his skin is dark blue. He has a big nose, which is bent from the amount of times he’s broken it. He has little scars all over his body, from his encounters with animals in the Forrest, but none are that noticeable. He is like every Dunmer and has red eyes. He has ten black gems pierced through his left ear in a row, for no other reason than he likes the look of them, they don't do anything. Three green stripes run diagonally across his face where he has used his three middle fingers as paint brushes.

Personality: Fendryn is a very outgoing Dunmer and a complete opposite to most of his race. He usually makes friends quick and loves to drink and sing with the people he is with. He loves to wind up people who thinks take life too seriously, usually making sarcastic comments towards them. He has been the left hand man of many various mercanary companies because of his talent for leading and tactics on the battlefield.

Equipment: Leather Armour, Thick dark green hooded cloak, steel bow, 30 iron arrows, 2 steel shortswords, bed roll, various hunting and fire lighting equipment.

Class: Ex Blacksmith, current scout.

Occupation: Mercanary/sellsword

Brief History: Fendryn was raised in the city of Cheydinhal, were he and his father owned a blacksmithing company. Since an early age he had been learning how to use the forge and how to create all types of weapons and armour. When he turned fifteen his father thought that he was a friendly enough person to become the salesman when his dad was busy and he became good at bartering with the customers. In his spare time he practised with all the weapons that he was creating and stood out in dual wielding two short swords and using the bow. A few years later his dad lost a bet, were he gambled a lot of his money and his shop to another business owner. They had lost everything and would soon lose the house having no way to pay the ever increasing taxes that Cheydinhal were demanding. Fendryns father became depressed and started drink, a few weeks later was found dead, after he stumbled into one of the ponds and drowned.
Having nothing left, Fendryn sold his house, barely making any money due to the unpaid bills and decided to leave. He gathered a few bits of equipment first, which he bought with the last of his money, and headed off looking for jobs. He learned how to hunt animals so he could survive in the wilds. When he was 20 he signed up for a mercenary company. He was mainly used as a scout finding weak spots that the contracts had and finding the quickest route through the forests, sometimes when they needed him to fix their armour and weapons he would. He went to different mercenary groups after that. A few months after his 67th birthday his contract ended and he decided to leave with his two friends that he had made: a Nord Warrior named Ulrer The Tall, he was 5 foot 8 and was given the name to annoy him because any time somebody mentions his height he goes crazy. Also an Imperial Mage called Quintus Jannus who had a terrible stutter.

Name: Arenar Maro

Alias: The Archer/The Hood

Race: Imperial

Age: 29

Gender(I noticed this was omitted from the CS...):Male.

Appearance:

Some things are slightly different than seem in the image, aside from a small amount of stubble Arenar has no facial hair, and clothing wise he is sometimes seen wearing his leather armor with black hood. Arenar stands about about six foot one.

Personality:
Arenar's key character trait is undoubtedly his sense of justice. He has a very clean-cut sense of right and wrong, completely black and white with no room for compromise. He finds any sort of crime completely immoral and will go out of his way to punish those who commit crimes for any sort of reason. The only crimes he excuses are his own, which include murder and vigilantism, due to his constant pursuit of'justice' via means of tracking down and killing or severely wounding criminals. He disagrees with the law system of the Empire, as he believes they do not punish criminals enough.
Arenar has what would seem to an observer a low-level for of multiple personality disorder, though it is not a disorder given that he can switch between these two personalities basically at will. Arernar, a little while after being forced to kill a guard who was chasing him for the murder of a criminal by his arrow, decided that he would need an alter-ego to keep his "night-time activities" from messing with his daily life. As such, when he puts on his black hood and begins calling himself "Hood" or "Archer" he tends to act as though a different person from who he actually is.
When not wearing his hood, Arenar tends to be reclusive and keeps social contact to a minimum. If you do get a chance to talk to him, he will be soft spoken and generally refrains from commenting on much else other than recent happenings. But sometimes if you are attempting to discuss politics or the law with Arernar, if you look in his eyes it looks as though he is suffering some major inner pain from not shouting at you about his political and social views. When wearing his hood, Arenar is very upfront about his views on politics and the law, and will openly bad mouth those who disagree with his views on 'justice' including the Empire, or any he considers 'friend' which as of now, are none.
Generally speaking, Arenar really doesn't like people, as he considers them a distraction, as with almost everything else. Everything to Arenar is a distraction from the pursuit of justice, including being forced to hunt in order to earn money to keep himself alive. Arenar also trusts absolutely no one except himself. No matter how long he has known any person, he always believes that deep in their heart there may be some darkness, an ulterior motive, or just something wrong. As such he dislikes having to work with others, and will never trust others with anything, not even his equipment, let alone his life.
Equipment:
-Steel Bow
-Two steel daggers
-Leather armor
-50 Steel Arrows and Quiver
-Plain black hood
-Hunting Kit(Consisting of tools necessary for skinning and cleaning any kills.)
-10 lockpicks

Class: Acrobat

Occupation: Hunter/Vigilante

Brief History:
Arenar was born in Whiterun in Skyrim. His mother died in childbirth, and his father was a sickly fellow, who was generally unable to assist him past his first ten years of life. Living in Whiterun he was constantly plagued by bullies, which he learned to fight off with his fists and will, as well as tax hounds, to which he learned how to shoot a bow and arrow to make a living for himself from killing game. At age sixteen he was assaulted by a dozen boys who wanted revenge for past beatings(granted, well deserved beatings) at the hands of Arenar. it was at that point Arenar chose to defend himself with his bow. After killing of wounding many of the boys beyond recognition, Arenar realized what he had done. Most people would be horrified. But Arenar felt a sense of pride. He had slain unjust people, coming to claim their false sense of justice. But that would happen no more.
Arenar fled Skyrim, making for the city of Kvatch some distance away. After building up a small amount of gold and more suitable equipment, Arenar became a professional hunter. In the day he hunted game in order to make a living for himself, but at night he hunted those he deemed 'wicked'. He traveled for some time hunting criminals, at some point along the way adopting his alter ego, before finally returning to Kvatch at age 27. He managed to purchase a small home there, and the one known as "The Hood" or "The Archer" has become an urban legend there. They say here hunts criminals with his bow and arrow. The town is generally divided in their stance on this "Hood" character, but few believe he exists anyway. Although it would explain the string of bow and arrow murders involving thieves and other criminals...

Birth Sign: The Thief.

I like most of the character. Though, I'd like you to cut the multiple personality disorder bit - it's not something that's voluntary, your character just has an alter ego. Do some editing and I'll read over it again.

Alright, I changed it to the following:
"Arenar has what would seem to an observer a low-level for of multiple personality disorder, though it is not a disorder given that he can switch between these two personalities basically at will."
Basically what I'm trying to say is his alter ego is different enough that it would seem to a casual observer that he has multiple personality disorder, when in fact he does not, just an alter-ego he uses to keep his other activities somewhat secret.

Sure, but it's unrealistic because in Cyrodiil, psychology isn't a thing. Accepted, just don't mention MPD in the IC.

Name: Gettia Cassius

Race: Imperial

Age: 30

Appearance: Gettia has high, wide cheekbones, a heavy brow, and a long, thin chin. Her nose, eyes, and lips are all a bit too small for her face, but they're nicely even and delicately shaped. She has a pale complexion, brown eyes, and dark blonde hair usually plaited into some elaborate style. She has the typical body type of a woman of her status: completely unathletic and plump enough to know she's never had to do without. She's fairly tall, about 5'10'', and dresses in fashionable and expensive clothing.

Personality: Gettia's primary concern is looking out for herself and her own. She's capable of empathy, particularly for her close friends and family, but her thoughts towards others are usually cynical and calculating. Outwardly, she is extremely charismatic and charming and can easily make "friends," even with those she considers her enemies. At her best, she's intelligent, a good leader, and a pleasure to be around. At her worst, and never in the company of people she doesn't know, she's openly narcissistic, cruel, and proud. She's very playful because games give her a chance to show her competitive and ambitious nature without alarming anyone. She's an excellent liar, an enthralling story teller, and a decent enough singer.

Equipment: Amulet of Luck, gold and emerald ring, burgundy dress with matching shoes, 150 gold

Class: Bard is probably the closest fit. She has excellent speechcraft and mercantile skills, but no combat skills. She knows a bit about alchemy and enchanting from reading books, but has absolutely no practical experience.

Occupation: Kvatch Treasurer

Brief History: Gettia's father is a wealthy Kvatch merchant who married a very successful arena combatant. She has a younger sister, Aelia. Her mother was one of Count Goldwine's favorites, so the Cassius family was often invited to formal events at the castle. This gave Gettia many opportunities to learn about the politics of Cyrodiil, sparking her ambition. She was so sure she could do a better job of ruling than half of the Counts and Countesses she met, and was always frustrated that she was not part of the nobility. She spent her early twenties sucking up to the right people and at the age of 25 became the apprentice the previous treasurer. A few years later he retired, and Gettia took his place, but she's still eager for a higher position.

Name: Kyzerin

Race: Khajiit

Age: 28

Appearance:

Personality: Kyzerin almost always does whatever is in his best interests, putting his own needs ahead of the needs of others. He is willing to do anything to make money, but he hides his shallowness well, and does his best to appear friendly, to avoid making enemies. He has a violent temper, lashing out at people who anger him, and he is not above killing over petty arguments. He is not particularly intelligent, and he thinks that most problems can be solved with his fists, which often gets him into fights. He is very arrogant, and he believes the world owes him a fortune, and for that reason he does as little work as possible, unless the work includes violence.

Equipment:
- Leather Armour
- Steel War Axe
- 5 lockpicks

Class: Warrior

Occupation: Mercenary

Brief History: Kyzerin parents were wealthy merchants in Cyrodiil, who decided that they wanted him to follow in their footsteps. This appealed to him for a long time, until one day he wandered from the camp site, and encountered a wolf. He killed it easily, and realised he had an aptitude for killing in the process, and also found he enjoyed killing. His parents were disgusted when he told them he didn't want to be a caravan trader, and that he wanted to be a mercenary, and they forbade him from being one. Because of this he decided to run away, and soon he found himself in Kvatch, living on the streets at only 16 years of age. He originally tried to make an honest living, but his parents wealth had made him accustomed to a higher standard of life, and he soon resorted to violence to make himself more money. He spent a few years committing petty crimes, mostly stealing coin purses, before he tried anything big. He attempted to break into a the home of one of the wealthiest people in Kvatch, and his lack of training led to his capture and imprisonment, but not before he killed two guards. The 8 years he spent in prison hardened him, and made him a much more violent person. And so, on his 28th birthday he finally left prison, and became a mercenary once again.
