For those of you not in the know, the Toy Soldiers are a real life group of people that exist to have fun and help others to have fun, all of this furthering their goal of creating a "Utopian Playland". If you want to get backstory of them, you can google them and their website is bound to pop up, but you don't really need any prior information about these guys to participate in this roleplay.
The RP will take place in a world that's fairly unhappy. Everyone has problems that they need help with, be they personal or material. The general idea is that our characters, agents of the Toy Soldier Army, will spread from city to city to achieve a simple goal: To make people happy. They won't be there to murder everyone(although there WILL be a bit of wetwork when it comes to potential baddies who are making the populace miserable)or seize support of people by force, they will be there to teach people how to have fun with their own skills and talents. Along the way, contacts will be made in each city, allowing for more resources to open up for our characters to use. Eventually our characters will be able to create their own pocket of a Utopian Playland.
